本发明涉及净化处理装置技术领域,尤其是一种智能家居用空气净化处理装置,包括机壳,机壳内设有风机、多个活性炭滤芯、多个紫外线灭菌灯和电子集尘器,所述风机设在机壳中部,风机外设有导风圈,所述导风圈的一侧设有开口,靠近开口处设有电子集尘器,所述电子集尘器固定在机壳底部,所述风机的两侧对称设有两条风道,所述风道呈S型盘绕在机壳内,本发明结构紧凑,有效利用了净化器内的空间,延长了空气在净化器内有效杀菌除尘的时间,提高了净化效果,且设有PLC控制器和环境传感器,根据环境指标自动工作完成空气净化,方便使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及净化处理装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能家居用空气净化处理装置。
背景技术
室内空气环境是否良好直接关系到每个人的健康,家用空气净化器一般体积较小,空气在净化器内停留的时间较短,净化效果受到很大制约,风速大时尤其如此。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在净化效果不佳的缺点,而提出的一种智能家居用空气净化处理装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种智能家居用空气净化处理装置,包括机壳,机壳内设有风机、多个活性炭滤芯、多个紫外线灭菌灯和电子集尘器,所述风机设在机壳中部,风机外设有导风圈,所述导风圈的一侧设有开口,靠近开口处设有电子集尘器,所述电子集尘器固定在机壳底部,所述风机的两侧对称设有两条风道,所述风道呈S型盘绕在机壳内,所述风道的进风口靠近电子集尘器设置,所述风道的出风口处设有风阀,所述风阀设在机壳侧面,所述活性炭滤芯设在风道的进风口处,多个所述紫外线灭菌灯沿风道内壁设置,所述紫外线灭菌灯的外侧设有反光板,所述机壳外固定有PM2.5传感器和二氧化碳传感器,所述机壳内设有控制盒,所述控制盒包括盒体,盒体内设有PLC控制器,PM2.5传感器和二氧化碳传感器传感器均与PLC控制器电连接,所述紫外线灭菌灯、风机和电子集尘器均与PLC控制器电连接。
优选的,所述机壳底部设有卡槽,所述卡槽内卡装有顶盖,所述顶盖的侧面设有多个与机壳连接的搭扣,所述顶盖的中部设有入风口,入风口上设有铝波纹过滤网。
优选的,所述紫外线灭菌灯包括灯管、灯座和石英灯套,灯管安装在灯座上,灯座固定在机壳上,石英灯套套装在灯管外。
优选的,所述机壳顶部设有两根吊杆,所述吊杆固定在屋顶上。
优选的,所述机壳和顶盖均为铝合金材质板。
本发明提出的一种智能家居用空气净化处理装置,有益效果在于:本发明结构紧凑,有效利用了净化器内的空间,延长了空气在净化器内有效杀菌除尘的时间,提高了净化效果,且设有PLC控制器和环境传感器,根据环境指标自动工作完成空气净化,方便使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种智能家居用空气净化处理装置,包括机壳3,机壳3顶部设有两根吊杆9,吊杆9固定在屋顶上。机壳3和顶盖12均为铝合金材质板。机壳3内设有风机16、多个活性炭滤芯8、多个紫外线灭菌灯4和电子集尘器15。
风机16设在机壳3中部,风机16外设有导风圈17,导风圈17的一侧设有开口,靠近开口处设有电子集尘器15,电子集尘器15固定在机壳3底部,风机16的两侧对称设有两条风道5,风道5呈S型盘绕在机壳3内,风道5的进风口靠近电子集尘器15设置,风道5的出风口处设有风阀1,风阀1设在机壳3侧面,活性炭滤芯设在风道5的进风口处,多个所述紫外线灭菌灯4沿风道5内壁设置,紫外线灭菌灯4的外侧设有反光板2。室内风经风机16抽入机壳3内,经电子集尘器15除尘再经活性炭滤芯8过滤,之后经风道5内的紫外线灭菌灯4灭菌,反光板2起到聚光加强杀菌效果的作用。
机壳3外固定有PM2.5传感器和二氧化碳传感器,机壳3内设有控制盒15,控制盒15包括盒体,盒体内设有PLC控制器,PM2.5传感器和二氧化碳传感器均与PLC控制器电连接,紫外线灭菌灯4、风机7和电子集尘器14均与PLC控制器电连接。PM2.5传感器和二氧化碳传感器实时监测室内环境,PLC控制器为西门子S7-400型PLC,PLC控制器根据室内环境指数的预设值,自动开启净化器净化空气。
机壳3底部设有卡槽13,卡槽13内卡装有顶盖12,顶盖12的侧面设有多个与机壳3连接的搭扣10,顶盖12的中部设有入风口,入风口上设有铝波纹过滤网11。通过顶盖12可以方便对净化器的检修。
紫外线灭菌灯4包括灯管、灯座和石英灯套,灯管安装在灯座上,灯座固定在机壳3上,石英灯套套装在灯管外。
工作流程:室内风经风机16抽入机壳3内,经电子集尘器15除尘再经活性炭滤芯8过滤,之后经风道5内的紫外线灭菌灯4灭菌,反光板2起到聚光加强杀菌效果的作用,PM2.5传感器和二氧化碳传感器实时监测室内环境,PLC控制器为西门子S7-400型PLC,PLC控制器根据室内环境指数的预设值,自动开启净化器净化空气。

1.一种智能家居用空气净化处理装置,包括机壳(3),机壳(3)内设有风机(16)、多个活性炭滤芯(8)、多个紫外线灭菌灯(4)和电子集尘器(15),其特征在于:所述风机(16)设在机壳(3)中部,风机(16)外设有导风圈(17),所述导风圈(17)的一侧设有开口,靠近开口处设有电子集尘器(15),所述电子集尘器(15)固定在机壳(3)底部,所述风机(16)的两侧对称设有两条风道(5),所述风道(5)呈S型盘绕在机壳(3)内,所述风道(5)的进风口靠近电子集尘器(15)设置,所述风道(5)的出风口处设有风阀(1),所述风阀(1)设在机壳(3)侧面,所述活性炭滤芯(8)设在风道(5)的进风口处,多个所述紫外线灭菌灯(4)沿风道(5)内壁设置,所述紫外线灭菌灯(4)的外侧设有反光板(2),所述机壳(3)外固定有PM2.5传感器和二氧化碳传感器,所述机壳(3)内设有控制盒(15),所述控制盒(15)包括盒体,盒体内设有PLC控制器,PM2.5传感器和二氧化碳传感器均与PLC控制器电连接,所述紫外线灭菌灯(4)、风机(7)和电子集尘器(14)均与PLC控制器电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能家居用空气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述机壳(3)底部设有卡槽(13),所述卡槽(13)内卡装有顶盖(12),所述顶盖(12)的侧面设有多个与机壳(3)连接的搭扣(10),所述顶盖(12)的中部设有入风口,入风口上设有铝波纹过滤网(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能家居用空气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述紫外线灭菌灯(4)包括灯管、灯座和石英灯套,灯管安装在灯座上,灯座固定在机壳(3)上,石英灯套套装在灯管外。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能家居用空气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述机壳(3)顶部设有两根吊杆(9),所述吊杆(9)固定在屋顶上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能家居用空气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述机壳(3)和顶盖(12)均为铝合金材质板。
