家用燃气灶喷射器炉头属家用燃气灶技术领域。发明解决了老式家用燃气灶炉头火焰无力、低温、低能效、易回火的缺陷。喷射器炉头有喷嘴座、喷嘴、炉头座、炉头圈、射道管、射道座、风门套、风门螺杆、风门弹簧、调节螺母构件组成。喷嘴装在喷嘴座上,喷嘴座嵌装在炉头座上的定位槽内,射道管压装在射道座的定位孔内,射道管下口装风门套,风门套上的螺丝孔装风门螺杆,风门弹簧套在风门螺杆上后,风门螺杆穿出炉头座上的专用孔拧上调节螺母,然后将射道座定位在炉头座上,射道管上口与炉头圈的进气口对接组合后为喷射器炉头,炉头上可选配各款色火盖,空气量大小由调节螺母控制风门套上下工作控制。喷射器炉头利用喷射器原理提高预混气喷射力,使燃烧火焰有冲击力,产生高温,达到低耗高能效,节能低碳目的,适用于各种气种。

老式家用燃气灶炉头其结构决定选配任何火盖,燃烧火焰无力、低温、低能效、易回火。
发明内容
为解决老式家用燃气灶炉头的缺陷,本发明提供一种家用燃气灶喷射器炉头,本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是由喷嘴座、喷嘴、炉头座、射道管、射道座、炉头圈、风门套、风门螺杆、风门弹簧、调节螺母构件组成。
喷嘴装在喷嘴座上,喷嘴座嵌装在炉头座上的定位糟内。射道管压装在射道座上的定位孔内。射道管的下口装风门套。风门套上的螺丝孔装风门螺杆。风门弹簧套在风门螺杆上后风门螺杆穿出炉头座的专用孔拧上调节螺母,然后将射道座定位在炉头座上。此时喷嘴与射道管下口中间空间为空气进口。空气量大小由调节螺母控制,风门套上下工作调节空气进口大小。射道管上口与炉头圈的进气口对接组合后为喷射器炉头,炉头上可选配各种通用火盖。
喷射器炉头利用喷射器原理提高预混气的喷射力,使燃烧火焰有冲击力,实现低耗高能效、节能、低碳目的。
喷射器炉头有单喷嘴、双喷嘴、三喷嘴或多喷嘴其结构相同。
喷射器炉头的主要构件:炉头座、炉头圈、射道座,采用绿色制造工艺无切削加工,板料冲压成型。
本发明的显著效果是制造、安装、使用、维护、简易、方便、低耗高能效、节能低碳、安全不回火。主要构件采用无切削加工艺,板料冷冲压成型。可配各种通用火盖,实用性强,适用于各种气源。

具体实施方式
喷嘴座1上装喷嘴2后嵌装在炉头座4的定位槽内,射道管5压装在射道座6上的定位孔内后,射道管下口装上风门套7,风门套上的螺丝孔拧上风门螺杆8,风门弹簧9套在风门螺杆上后,风门螺杆穿进炉头座4上的专用孔内后,拧上调节螺母10,此时将射道座6定位在炉头座4上组合,组合后喷嘴2与射道管5下口的中间空间为空气进口13,炉头圈11的进气口12与射道管5的上口对接组合后为喷射器炉头。

1.家用燃气灶喷射器炉头其特征是由喷嘴座、喷嘴、炉头座、炉头圈、射道管、射道座、风门套、风门螺杆、风门弹簧、调节螺母构件组成,喷嘴装在喷嘴座上,喷嘴座嵌装在炉头座上的定位槽内,射道管压装在射道座的定位孔内,射道管下口装风门套,风门套上的螺丝孔装风门螺杆,风门弹簧套在风门螺杆上后,风门螺杆穿出炉头座上的专用孔拧上调节螺母,然后将射道座定位在炉头座上,射道管上口与炉头圈的进气口对接组合后为喷射器炉头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用燃气灶喷射器炉头其特征是射道座与炉头座定位组合后,射道管下口与喷嘴的中间空间为空气进口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家用燃气灶喷射器炉头其特征是炉头座、炉头圈、射道座三主要构件采用无切削加工工艺,板料冷冲压成型。
