Abstract
本发明公开了一种高温蝶阀用轴承组合件,包括轴承壳、阀杆,在轴承壳内设置至少有二瓣组成的分体式轴承,分体式轴承与轴承壳锥面配合,在轴承壳内、分体式轴承下方设置抵压在轴承壳内部台阶上的套筒,在分体式轴承上设置弹簧,弹簧上设置与轴承壳螺纹连接的可调弹簧座;在弹簧座上设置工具孔。本发明结构合理,分体式轴承在弹簧力的作用下始终与阀杆保持合理间隙,通过调整弹簧座,进而方便调整弹簧力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高温蝶阀用轴承组合件。
背景技术
高温阀门不是一直处于工艺参数的温度下工作的,偶尔也在常温下工作,例如调试时,有的工艺系统就是要求阀门温度变化的情况下工作,甚至有的工艺流程是冷热交变,这时阀杆与轴承的配合间隙成为阀门失效的主要因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,能方便、及时调整,始终保持阀门正常工作的高温蝶阀用轴承组合件。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高温蝶阀用轴承组合件,包括轴承壳、阀杆,其特征是:在轴承壳内设置至少有二瓣组成的分体式轴承,分体式轴承与轴承壳锥面配合,在轴承壳内、分体式轴承下方设置抵压在轴承壳内部台阶上的套筒,在分体式轴承上设置弹簧,弹簧上设置与轴承壳螺纹连接的可调弹簧座;在弹簧座上设置工具孔。
所述弹簧为波形弹簧、碟形弹簧或圆柱形弹簧。
套筒的热膨胀系数大于分体式轴承及轴承壳的热膨胀系数。
分体式轴承为二瓣、三瓣或四瓣形式。
本发明结构合理,分体式轴承在弹簧力的作用下始终与阀杆保持合理间隙,通过调整弹簧座,进而方便调整弹簧力。

具体实施方式
一种高温蝶阀用轴承组合件,包括轴承壳1、阀杆2,在轴承壳内设置至少有二瓣组成的分体式轴承3,分体式轴承与轴承壳锥面配合,在轴承壳内、分体式轴承下方设置抵压在轴承壳内部台阶上的套筒4,在分体式轴承上设置弹簧5,弹簧上设置与轴承壳螺纹连接的可调弹簧座6;在弹簧座上设置工具孔7,用于插入工具旋转弹簧座。
所述弹簧为波形弹簧、碟形弹簧或圆柱形弹簧。
套筒的热膨胀系数大于分体式轴承及轴承壳的热膨胀系数。
分体式轴承为二瓣、三瓣或四瓣等形式。
Claims (4)
1.一种高温蝶阀用轴承组合件,包括轴承壳、阀杆,其特征是:在轴承壳内设置至少有二瓣组成的分体式轴承,分体式轴承与轴承壳锥面配合,在轴承壳内、分体式轴承下方设置抵压在轴承壳内部台阶上的套筒,在分体式轴承上设置弹簧,弹簧上设置与轴承壳螺纹连接的可调弹簧座;在弹簧座上设置工具孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温蝶阀用轴承组合件,其特征是:所述弹簧为波形弹簧、碟形弹簧或圆柱形弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高温蝶阀用轴承组合件,其特征是:套筒的热膨胀系数大于分体式轴承及轴承壳的热膨胀系数。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的高温蝶阀用轴承组合件,其特征是:分体式轴承为二瓣、三瓣或四瓣形式。
