Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗菌弹性墙体PVDF装饰膜，包括由下而上依次设置的PVDF基材、第二缓冲层、第一缓冲层和印刷面层，所述第二缓冲层中填充有可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒，所述可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒的粒径为0.1～0.3mm，所述第一缓冲层中设置有相互连接成面的气囊，所述印刷面层的上层再设置有银离子防菌层。该墙体装饰膜使与墙壁的刚性碰撞变为弹性碰撞，同时减弱了墙壁对外的反作用力，作为儿童活动场所的墙壁装饰，能够降低儿童意外撞墙受伤的概率，保护儿童的人身安全，同时具有抑制细菌传播的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种墙体装饰膜，具体涉及一种抗菌弹性墙体装饰膜。
背景技术
目前国内外高分子装饰膜已经完成替代木纹纸而节约了大量木材，高分子装饰膜作为墙壁装饰材料已经得到广泛应用，针对不同的装饰环境，装饰膜的实际性能也相应地在不断变化。儿童游乐园是低龄儿童活动玩耍的地方，在活动过程中不可避免存在意外摔碰的现象，特别是当追逐中的孩子沿着墙壁奔跑时，一不小会撞到墙壁，而造成伤害，因此，对于儿童游乐园这样特殊场合的墙壁装饰需要特别考虑到墙壁装饰膜的柔软和缓冲性能，以减轻儿童撞伤程度或避免受伤。
另外，为了保护儿童，防止细菌传播，对装饰膜的抗菌性也是需要考量的一项指标。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种抗菌弹性墙体PVDF装饰膜，特别适用于儿童游乐园的墙壁装饰，能够避免儿童撞伤意外，同时也避免了细菌传播。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：一种抗菌弹性墙体PVDF装饰膜，包括由下而上依次设置的PVDF基材、第二缓冲层、第一缓冲层和印刷面层，所述第二缓冲层中填充有可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒，所述可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒的粒径为0.1～0.3mm，所述第一缓冲层中设置有相互连接成面的气囊，所述印刷面层的上层再设置有银离子防菌层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：在基材和印刷面层之间增加了第一缓冲层和第二缓冲层，增加了装饰膜的厚度，使具有一定的弹性，用于装饰墙壁后，填充在第一缓冲层中的气囊能够使与墙壁的刚性碰撞转变为弹性碰撞，填充在第二缓冲层中的可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒能够吸收一部分撞击力，而减弱墙壁对外的反作用力，减轻甚至消除了意外撞墙受伤。另外，设置在在外层的银离子抗菌层能够减少墙壁细菌滋生，避免细菌在接触装饰膜墙面时传播。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本实施例中的抗菌弹性墙体PVDF装饰膜，包括由下而上依次设置的PVDF基材、第二缓冲层、第一缓冲层和印刷面层，第二缓冲层中填充有可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒，所述可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒的粒径为0.1～0.3mm，第一缓冲层中设置有相互连接成面的气囊，印刷面层的上层再设置有银离子防菌层。
上述抗菌弹性墙体PVDF装饰膜在基材和表面印刷面层之间增加了第一缓冲层和第二缓冲层，并分别填充有连接成面的气囊和颗粒填充物，使与墙壁的刚性碰撞变为弹性碰撞，同时减弱了墙壁对外的反作用力，作为儿童活动场所的墙壁装饰，能够降低儿童意外撞墙受伤的概率，保护儿童的人身安全。同时具有有效防止细菌通过装饰膜墙壁传播。

1.一种抗菌弹性墙体PVDF装饰膜，其特征在于：包括由下而上依次设置的PVDF基材、第二缓冲层、第一缓冲层和印刷面层，所述第二缓冲层中填充有可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒，所述可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒的粒径为0.1～0.3mm，所述第一缓冲层中设置有相互连接成面的气囊，所述印刷面层的上层再设置有银离子防菌层。
