Detailed Description
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a detergent box for a washing machine, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, comprising a first box body 1 and a second box body 2, wherein the first box body 1 is disposed above the second box body 2, and the first box body 1 and the second box body 2 can be independently opened and closed (see fig. 3 and 4).
The detergent box provided by the invention is provided with the two box bodies which are separated from each other up and down and can be opened and closed independently, so that the defect that the detergent box in the prior art is easily misplaced or detergents with different purposes are mixed when the detergents are put in can be effectively prevented, and the convenience of use of a user is improved.
For example, the first box 1 may be used for dispensing detergent (such as laundry detergent, washing powder, etc.), and the second box 2 may be used for dispensing softener, etc. When specifically using, the user can open first box body 1 and second box body 2 respectively, makes the opening of corresponding box body expose to put in corresponding washing articles for use, put in the back and close along with the hand, the detergent problem of misplacing or mixing can not appear.
Preferably, the first container 1 and the second container 2 are pivotally opened and closed (see fig. 3 and 4). Compared with the drawer type structure in the prior art, the switch in a pivoting mode has the advantages that the resistance in the switch process is obviously reduced, the switch is smoother, and the operation of a user is easier.
For example, the first container 1 and the second container 2 are pivotally mounted, preferably with the pivot axis vertical, so that the first container 1 and the second container 2 can maintain the container opening upward in any state between and on opening, and thus meet the capacity requirement.
In practice, the first container 1 and the second container 2 can be pivoted around different axes, for example, the pivoting axes are located on the left side and the right side, so that the two containers can be opened towards different pivoting directions.
Preferably, however, said first 1 and said second 2 packet are pivotable with respect to each other about the same axis, as shown in figures 3 and 4. For example, the pivots of the first container 1 and the second container 2 are on the same side and the axes coincide so that they are preferably openable towards the same pivoting direction. With this arrangement, the installation of the first case 1 and the second case 2 can be simplified, for example, pivoting structures can be provided on the first case 1 and the second case 2 to be engaged with each other, and the first case 1 and the second case 2 can be installed on the same pivot.
Preferably, the first box 1 and the second box 2 are both cylindrical structures. As shown in fig. 1-8, the first container 1 and the second container 2 are preferably cylindrical in shape, and preferably have the same outer diameter, so that in the closed position, the outer surfaces of the two containers can be aligned to form a complete cylinder, which is both aesthetically pleasing and space-saving.
When the embodiment is adopted, when in specific use, a user can open the first box body 1 and the second box body 2 respectively to put in corresponding washing supplies, and can also open the first box body 1 and the second box body 2 simultaneously, because the first box body 1 is arranged above the second box body 2, the first box body 1 can cover the opening of the second box body 2, at the moment, the washing agent can not be accidentally sprayed into the second box body 1 when being put into the first box body 1, and after the washing agent is put into the first box body 1, the first box body 1 is closed, the opening of the second box body 2 can be exposed, and at the moment, the washing agent can be put into the second box body 2, and obviously, the softener can not be sprayed into the first box body 1. It can be seen that in either way, no problems of misplacing or intermixing of detergents occur.
In the detergent box of the present invention, the upper side of the first box 1 and the second box 2 is opened directly to form the feeding opening, and thus, the first box includes a box wall 11 and a box bottom 12 (as shown in fig. 5 and 6), and the second box 2 includes a box wall 21 and a box bottom 22 (as shown in fig. 7 and 8). In order to discharge the detergent from the respective container body, a liquid outlet may be provided in the respective container wall 11, 21 and/or container bottom 12, 22, and preferably a valve assembly is provided at the respective liquid outlet to open or close the liquid outlet as desired. Obviously, when installed in a washing machine, the liquid outlet communicates with the interior of the washing drum of the washing machine, and in the case that the liquid outlet is opened, the liquid in the corresponding box body can flow into the washing drum.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, the detergent box of the washing machine of the present invention further includes a pivot 5, and the first box body 1 and the second box body 2 are sequentially sleeved on the pivot 5. Through setting up solitary pivot, can make the installation of first box body 1 and second box body 2 simpler, the structure after the installation is also more firm reliable.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the engagement with the pivot shaft 5, the first case 1 includes a first boss portion 13, and the first case 1 is fitted over the pivot shaft 5 with an inner hole of the first boss portion 13. The first boss 13 may be disposed outside the box wall 11 of the first box 1, or may be disposed inside the box wall 11 (as shown in fig. 5 and 6). Obviously, the solution of arranging the first sleeve portion 13 inside the box wall 11 is more preferable, which does not affect the overall appearance of the whole detergent box and is therefore more aesthetic (see fig. 1-4), while also not occupying additional space.
Similarly, in order to facilitate the engagement with the pivot shaft 5, the second container 2 includes a second sleeve portion 23, and the second container 2 is sleeved on the pivot shaft 5 with an inner hole of the second sleeve portion 23. The second sleeve portion 23 may be disposed outside the box wall 21 of the second box 2, or may be disposed inside the box wall 21 (as shown in fig. 7 and 8). Obviously, the solution of arranging the second collar portion 23 inside the box wall 21 is more preferable, which does not affect the overall appearance of the whole detergent box and thus is more aesthetic (see fig. 1-4), while not occupying additional space.
Preferably, in order to better fix the first and second cases 1 and 2 and to more conveniently install the detergent box itself in the washing machine, the detergent box of the present invention further includes a first base 3 and a second base 4, as shown in fig. 1-4, 9-10. Wherein, the first base 3 is arranged above the first box body 1 and is relatively fixed with the upper end of the pivot 5; the second base 4 is installed below the second casing 2 and is fixed to the lower end of the pivot 5. The preferred shape of first base 3 and second base 4 is discoid, and the external diameter is unanimous with the external diameter of cylindric first box body 1, second box body 2 to when first box body 1 and second box body 2 were in the closed condition, the lateral surface of first base 3, first box body 1, second box body 2, second base 4 formed a complete face of cylinder, thereby made the outward appearance succinct pleasing to the eye.
Preferably, the pivot 5 may have an inner hole extending axially, that is, the pivot 5 may be a hollow structure, and the liquid outlet of the first box body 1 and/or the second box body 2 can communicate with the inner hole of the pivot 5. By skillfully utilizing the inner space of the pivot 5, the appearance of the detergent box of the invention can be optimized, so that the detergent box is more concise and beautiful. In practical implementation, the inner hole of the pivot 5 can directly penetrate through the lower end face of the pivot 5 and serve as a final liquid discharge outlet which is communicated with the inside of a washing drum of the washing machine. Of course, the final drainage outlet may also be provided on a side wall near the lower end face of the pivot shaft 5, as long as it is exposed in the assembled state.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the inner hole side wall of the pivot 5 is provided with a liquid through port 51, 52 in the middle and at the bottom, respectively, and for example, the liquid outlet 14 of the first box 1 and the liquid outlet of the second box 2 correspond, respectively, and when the first box 1 and/or the second box 2 are in the closed position, the liquid outlet of the first box 1 and/or the second box 2 is communicated with the liquid through port. Obviously, in order to realize this solution, the liquid outlet 14 of the first box 1 and the liquid outlet of the second box 2 are preferably arranged on respective boss portions, i.e. the liquid outlet 14 of the first box 1 is arranged on the first boss portion 13 (as shown in fig. 4), and the liquid outlet (not shown) of the second box 2 is arranged on the second boss portion 23.
As shown in fig. 4, taking the first box body 1 as an example, the liquid outlet 14 of the first box body 1 is arranged at a position close to the bottom of the first box body 1, and one or more liquid outlets 14 may be arranged and extend at a certain angle in the circumferential direction of the first sleeve portion 13, correspondingly, one or more liquid through ports 51 on the pivot 5 may also be arranged and also extend at a certain angle (preferably the same angle as the liquid outlet 14 extends) in the circumferential direction of the pivot 5. The liquid passage port 51 corresponds to the liquid outlet port 14 in the axial direction of the pivot 5. Thus, when the first box body 1 is rotated to a proper position, the liquid through port 51 is aligned with the liquid outlet port 14, and the two are communicated with each other; when the first container 1 rotates a certain angle, the liquid inlet 51 and the liquid outlet 14 are completely dislocated and are not communicated with each other. Therefore, by reasonably limiting the circumferential position of the pivot 5 during the assembly process, it can be ensured that the liquid through port 51 is aligned with the liquid outlet 14 when the first box body 1 is in the closed position, and the liquid through port 51 is staggered from the liquid outlet 14 and is not aligned when the first box body 1 is in the open position.
The relationship between the liquid outlet of the second box body 2 and the liquid inlet 52 on the pivot 5 is similar, and the detailed description is omitted.
Preferably, a valve assembly is arranged in the inner hole of the pivot shaft 5 for opening or closing the liquid through port. Preferably, a valve assembly is provided at the position of the liquid through port 52 communicating with the liquid outlet of the second box 2 (for example, for dispensing softener), so that the on-off of the liquid through port 52 can be controlled as required to prevent softener from flowing into the washing drum prematurely.
Fig. 12 and 13 show a preferred embodiment of the valve assembly, which may comprise an annular piston 6, which annular piston 6 is provided with a radial through hole 61, and which annular piston 6 is arranged to be movable (in the illustrated embodiment, axially) between a first position, in which the radial through hole 61 is not in communication with the liquid passage port 52 (the situation shown in fig. 13), and a second position, in which the radial through hole 61 is in communication with the liquid passage port 52 (the situation shown in fig. 13 is reached by the downward movement).
Preferably, said annular piston 6 is movable in the axial direction between a first position and a second position, i.e. sliding up and down in the inner bore of the pivot 5, as shown in fig. 13. To achieve this up-and-down movement, a drive mechanism 7 may be provided, for example, below the annular piston 6. Preferably, the driving mechanism 7 may include an annular electromagnet and a spring, and the annular piston 6 may have an annular permanent magnet or an annular iron plate fixedly connected to a bottom surface thereof, so that when the annular electromagnet is powered on, the annular permanent magnet or the annular iron plate may be attracted to move downward to drive the annular piston 6 to the second position, and the spring is compressed; when the annular electromagnet is de-energized, the annular piston 6 is reset under the action of the spring and returns to the first position.
Alternatively, the annular piston 6 can also be moved in the circumferential direction between the first position and the second position, i.e. rotated in the bore of the pivot 5, so that the through-opening 61 and the through-opening 52 are offset or aligned in the circumferential direction.
The unique water channel structure of the detergent box of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 11.
