Abstract
本发明涉及高分子材料阻燃技术领域,具体是关于一种环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,包括聚碳酸酯、氧化铝、聚碳酸酯、氧化铝、聚四氟乙烯、丁二烯、丙烯腈和顺丁橡胶为主要原料制成,按重量份数计:聚碳酸酯1‑5份、氧化铝2‑4份、聚四氟乙烯为50‑80重量份、丁二烯为10‑20重量份、丙烯腈为5‑10重量份、顺丁橡胶为10‑15重量份。本发明阻燃剂添加到运动地板中的量少,但阻燃效果优异,阻燃过程中抑烟效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料阻燃技术领域,尤其是涉及一种环保户外运动地板阻燃剂。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,现如今的运动场所大量使用运动地板,运动地板一般分为室内运动地板和室外运动地板两大类。如室内的羽毛球馆、篮球馆、健身房、舞蹈房等,室外的羽毛球场、篮球场等。当今对运动地板的性能要求越来越高,而高性能的运动地板对占据市场无疑具有十分重要的意义,阻燃性能是衡量运动地板的一个重要指标,阻燃性差易造成严重的安全隐患,可能会带来无法挽回的损失,因此,生产出一款具有优异阻燃性能且安全环保的运动地板对占据市场具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全、环保、抑烟效果好的阻燃剂。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案具体如下:
一种环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,包括聚碳酸酯、氧化铝、聚四氟乙烯、丁二烯、丙烯腈和顺丁橡胶为主要原料制成,按重量份数计:聚碳酸酯1-5份、氧化铝2-4份、聚四氟乙烯为50-80重量份、丁二烯为10-20重量份、丙烯腈为5-10重量份、顺丁橡胶为10-15重量份。
进一步的,所述环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,按重量份数计:聚碳酸酯3-5份、氧化铝3-4份、聚四氟乙烯为60-80重量份、丁二烯为15-20重量份、丙烯腈为8-10重量份、顺丁橡胶为10-12重量份。
进一步的,所述环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,按重量份数计:聚碳酸酯4份、氧化铝3.5份、聚四氟乙烯为70重量份、丁二烯为18重量份、丙烯腈为9重量份、顺丁橡胶为11重量份。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂用量为所述户外运动地板质量的0.5-2.5%。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂用量为所述户外运动地板质量的1.5%。
本发明还提供了该环保户外运动地板阻燃剂的制备方法,将各组分按配比称重,将称重后的反应物引发聚合,聚合温度为100-120℃,反应过程中持续搅拌,最后将所得产物干燥粉碎即获得所述的阻燃剂。
该环保户外运动地板阻燃剂用于PP或PVC类运动地板,其中所述PP或PVC类运动地板为以PP或PVC为主要成分的运动地板。
本发明有益效果:本发明的阻燃剂满足日益严格的环保和阻燃法规的压力,具有低放热率、低生烟性和低毒性,而且阻燃效率不会降低,添加有本发明所述阻燃剂的运动地板其它各项物理性能不会受到影响。本发明阻燃剂添加到运动地板中的量少,但阻燃效果优异,阻燃过程中抑烟效果好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,包括聚碳酸酯、氧化铝、聚四氟乙烯、丁二烯、丙烯腈和顺丁橡胶为主要原料制成,按重量份数计:聚碳酸酯1份、氧化铝2份、聚四氟乙烯为50重量份、丁二烯为10重量份、丙烯腈为5重量份、顺丁橡胶为10重量份。
实施例2
一种环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,包括聚碳酸酯、氧化铝、聚四氟乙烯、丁二烯、丙烯腈和顺丁橡胶为主要原料制成,按重量份数计:聚碳酸酯5份、氧化铝4份、聚四氟乙烯为80重量份、丁二烯为20重量份、丙烯腈为10重量份、顺丁橡胶为15重量份。
实施例3
一种环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,包括聚碳酸酯、氧化铝、聚四氟乙烯、丁二烯、丙烯腈和顺丁橡胶为主要原料制成,按重量份数计:聚碳酸酯4份、氧化铝3.5份、聚四氟乙烯为60重量份、丁二烯为15重量份、丙烯腈为8重量份、顺丁橡胶为10重量份。
实施例4
一种环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,包括聚碳酸酯、氧化铝、聚四氟乙烯、丁二烯、丙烯腈和顺丁橡胶为主要原料制成,按重量份数计:聚碳酸酯3份、氧化铝3份、聚四氟乙烯为70重量份、丁二烯为18重量份、丙烯腈为9重量份、顺丁橡胶为11重量份。

1.一种环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,其特征在于,包括聚碳酸酯、氧化铝、聚四氟乙烯、丁二烯、丙烯腈和顺丁橡胶为主要原料制成,按重量份数计:聚碳酸酯1-5份、氧化铝2-4份、聚四氟乙烯为50-80重量份、丁二烯为10-20重量份、丙烯腈为5-10重量份、顺丁橡胶为10-15重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计:聚碳酸酯3-5份、氧化铝3-4份、聚四氟乙烯为60-80重量份、丁二烯为15-20重量份、丙烯腈为8-10重量份、顺丁橡胶为10-12重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计:聚碳酸酯4份、氧化铝3.5份、聚四氟乙烯为70重量份、丁二烯为18重量份、丙烯腈为9重量份、顺丁橡胶为11重量份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂用量为所述户外运动地板质量的0.5-2.5%。
5.根据权利要求4所述环保户外运动地板阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂用量为所述户外运动地板质量的1.5%。
6.如权利要求1、2、3或5所述环保户外运动地板阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将各组分按配比称重,将称重后的反应物引发聚合,聚合温度为100-120℃,反应过程中持续搅拌,最后将所得产物干燥粉碎即获得所述的阻燃剂。
7.将权利要求1、2、3或5所述环保户外运动地板阻燃剂用于PP或PVC类运动地板。
