技术领域
本发明属于混合动力车辆领域,尤其涉及一种混合动力车辆变速装置。
背景技术
随着技术及社会的发展,混合动力车辆运用越来越广泛,它主要通过发动机和电动机来驱动车辆行驶。现有常见的混合动力车辆变速装置主要有两种:一种是丰田公司生产的混合动力变速装置,该变速装置基于行星齿轮机构+CVT(即无级变速方式)结构形式,这种结构由于变速采用无级变速而导致耐用性一般,且对零部件的技术要求高,这样又导致制造成本。另一种是比亚迪公司生产的双离合变速装置,搭载在比亚迪秦上,这种变速装置的发动机和电动机都通过双离合变速器变速器相连,这种结构形式的可靠性较低、成本高。还有一种混合动力变速器装置,搭载在比亚迪F3DM上,采用发动机、双电机和变速器结构,其中一个电机与发动机串联,其作用是启动电机和发电机作用,另一个电机是驱动和发电机作用,这种变速装置采用双电机,成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种集成度高、可靠性好、成本低的混合动力车辆变速装置。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种混合动力车辆变速装置,其特征在于:包括发动机(1)和输出轴(10),其中发动机(1)的输出端与输入轴(3)的输入端之间连接有离合器(2),从而通过离合器(2)有选择地与输入轴(3)结合或脱离;所述输入轴(3)上从前往后依次装有双联齿轮(4)、单边同步器(5)、第一输入轴齿轮(6)和第二输入轴齿轮(7),其中第一、二输入轴齿轮(6、7)固套在输入轴(3)上;所述双联齿轮(4)空套在输入轴(3)上,该双联齿轮的大齿轮(4a)与电动机(8)输出轴上的输出齿轮(9)常啮合,而所述单边同步器(5)可以在对应换挡操纵机构操纵下有选择地与双联齿轮(4)的小齿轮(4b)结合或脱离;
所述输出轴(10)与输入轴(3)平行设置,该输出轴上从前往后依次装有三挡齿轮(11)、第一双边同步器(12)、一挡齿轮(13)、四挡齿轮(14)、第二双边同步器(15)和二挡齿轮(16),且四个挡位齿轮均分别空套在输出轴(10)上;所述三挡齿轮(11)与双联齿轮(4)的大齿轮(4a)常啮合,从而组成第三齿轮组(T3),所述一挡齿轮(13)与该双联齿轮的小齿轮(4b)常啮合,从而组成第一齿轮组(T1);所述四挡齿轮(14)与第一输入轴齿轮(6)常啮合,从而组成第四齿轮组(T4),且所述二挡齿轮(16)与第二输入轴齿轮(7)常啮合,从而组成第二齿轮组(T2);
所述第一双边同步器(12)可以在对应换挡操纵机构操纵下有选择地与三挡齿轮(11)或一挡齿轮(13)结合,当第一双边同步器(12)与三挡齿轮(11)结合时对应三挡位(S3),当第一双边同步器(12)与一挡齿轮(13)结合时对应一挡位(S1);所述第二双边同步器(15)可以在对应换挡操纵机构操纵下有选择地与四挡齿轮(14)或二挡齿轮(16)结合,当第二双边同步器(15)与四挡齿轮(14)结合时对应四挡位(S4),当第二双边同步器(15)与二挡齿轮(16)结合时对应二挡位(S2)。
本发明是一种基于传统AMT(即手动挡变速箱)的H-AMT(即混合动力变速装置),本H-AMT在传统AMT基础上,增加了电机和单边同步器,这一看似简单的结构改动却并不简单,它导致挡位组合和换挡路线及逻辑与传统AMT完全不同,具体为:本案具有两种纯电动模式,四种混合动力模式,相邻两种混合动力模式之间可以顺序换挡,不相邻的混合动力模式之间也可以跳挡,且纯电动模式与纯电动模式之间还可以切换。并且,本案具有一根输出轴,因此只有一个输出端。由于AMT采用挡位变速,这种结构的可靠性高,所以直接导致本案的可靠性也相当高。与传统AMT换挡时会动力中断导致产生顿挫感不同,本变速装置的混合模式顺序换挡时可以实现带动力换挡,不会造成动力中断,也就不会产生顿挫感,这是本方案与传统AMT的又一重大区别。与丰田的行星齿轮机构+CVT结构形式相比,本方案最大的优点是可靠性高,零部件技术要求相对较低,从而降低了制造成本。与比亚迪生产的双离合变速装置相比,本案中的变速装置,结构简单,可靠性高,成本相对较低。因此,本案是一种与现有混合动力变速装置完全不同的混合动力车辆变速装置,它采用有级变速,并具有集成度高、部件少、可靠性好、成本低等优点,也与传统AMT有明显的实质性区别。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种混合动力车辆变速装置,包括发动机1和输出轴10,其中发动机1的输出端与输入轴3的输入端之间连接有离合器2,从而通过离合器2有选择地与输入轴3结合或脱离。当发动机1通过离合器2与输入轴3结合时,发动机1的动力输出给输入轴3。
输入轴3上从前往后依次装有双联齿轮4、单边同步器5、第一输入轴齿轮6和第二输入轴齿轮7,其中第一输入轴齿轮6和第二输入轴齿轮7固套在输入轴3上,并跟随输入轴3一起旋转。双联齿轮4通过轴承空套在输入轴3上,该双联齿轮4的大齿轮4a与电动机8输出轴上的输出齿轮9常啮合,而单边同步器5可以在对应的一套换挡执行机构操纵下,有选择地与双联齿轮4的小齿轮4b结合或脱离。当单边同步器5与双联齿轮4的小齿轮4b结合时,对应本发明的挡位S0。
输出轴10与输入轴3平行设置,该输出轴10上从前往后依次装有三挡齿轮11、第一双边同步器12、一挡齿轮13、四挡齿轮14、第二双边同步器15和二挡齿轮16,且三挡齿轮11、一挡齿轮13、四挡齿轮14和二挡齿轮16均分别空套在输出轴10上。三挡齿轮11与双联齿轮4的大齿轮4a常啮合,从而组成第三齿轮组T3,一挡齿轮13与该双联齿轮4的小齿轮4b常啮合,从而组成第一齿轮组T1。四挡齿轮14与第一输入轴齿轮6常啮合,从而组成第四齿轮组T4,且二挡齿轮16与第二输入轴齿轮7常啮合,从而组成第二齿轮组T2。在本案中,三挡齿轮11、一挡齿轮13、四挡齿轮14和二挡齿轮16的直径大小各不相同,一挡齿轮13的直径最大,二挡齿轮16次之,三挡齿轮11再次之,四挡齿轮14的直径最小。
第一双边同步器12在对应的一套换挡执行机构操纵下,可以有选择地与三挡齿轮11或一挡齿轮13结合。当第一双边同步器12与三挡齿轮11结合时对应本发明的三挡位S3,当第一双边同步器12与一挡齿轮13结合时对应本发明的一挡位S1。第二双边同步器15在对应的换挡执行机构操纵下,可以有选择地与四挡齿轮14或二挡齿轮16结合。当第二双边同步器15与四挡齿轮14结合时对应本发明的四挡位S4,当第二双边同步器15与二挡齿轮16结合时对应本发明的二挡位S2。需要特别说的是,本案中的换挡执行机构采用常规结构,其结构形式和工作原理为本领域工作人员所熟知,在此不用赘述。
图2所示的为纯电动模式E1状态(此状态下传递动力的部件用粗实线表示,未传递动力的部件用细实线表示),此状态对应本发明的纯电驱动模式一。此种状态下离合器3断开,发动机1的动力不输入,电动机8的动力通过第一齿轮组T1传到输出轴10上,且单边同步器与双联齿轮4的小齿轮4b脱开。
图3所示的为纯电动模式E2状态(此状态下传递动力的部件用粗实线表示,未传递动力的部件用细实线表示),此状态对应本发明的纯电驱动模式二。此种状态下离合器2断开,发动机1动力不输入,电动机8的动力通过第三齿轮组T3传到输出轴10上,且单边同步器与双联齿轮4的小齿轮4b脱开。
图4所示为本发明H1-P2模式(此状态下传递动力的部件用粗实线表示,未传递动力的部件用细实线表示),该模式为混合驱动模式一。此种状态下离合器2结合,且单边同步器5与双联齿轮4的小齿轮4b结合;此时,电动机8作为启动电机,拖动发动机1,使发动机1工作。发动机1和电动机8的动力均接入输入轴3,单边同步器5挂在S0位置,第一双边同步器12挂在S1位置,此时发动机1和电动机8共同作为动力输出源,提供车辆前进的动力,最后通过输出轴10上的动力输出端输出。
图5为本发明H2-P3预挂T1模式(此状态下传递动力的部件用粗实线表示,未传递动力的部件用细实线表示),该模式为混合驱动模式2。此种状态下离合器2结合,发动机1通过离合器2与输入轴3相连,固连在输入轴3上的第二输入轴齿轮7与空套在输出轴10上的二挡齿轮16组成第二齿轮组,第二双边同步器15挂在S2位置,发动机的动力通过离合器2、输入轴3、第二输入轴齿轮7、二挡齿轮16和第二双边同步器15传递到输出轴10,输出动力。第一双边同步器12挂在一挡位S1位置,电动机8通过输出齿轮、双联齿轮4的大齿轮4a、双联齿轮4的小齿轮4b、一挡齿轮13和第一双边同步器12传递到输出轴10,输出动力。该模式下发动机1和电动机8都作为动力源进行输出。
图6为本发明H2-P3预挂T3模式(此状态下传递动力的部件用粗实线表示,未传递动力的部件用细实线表示),该模式为混合驱动模式3。此种状态下离合器2结合,发动机1通过离合器2与输入轴3相连,固连在输入轴3上的第二输入轴齿轮7与空套在输出轴10上的二挡齿轮16组成第二齿轮组,第二双边同步器15挂在二挡位S2位置,发动机的动力通过离合器2、输入轴3、第二输入轴齿轮7、二挡齿轮16、第二双边同步器15传递到输出轴10,输出动力。第一双边同步器12挂在三挡位S3位置,电动机8通过输出齿轮9、双联齿轮4的大齿轮4a、三挡齿轮11、第一双边同步器12传递到输出轴10,输出动力,在这种模式下发动机1和电动机8都作为动力源进行输出。

此时,发动机1作为动力源通过第三齿轮组T3传到输出轴10上,并通过输出轴10上的动力输出端输出。发动机1通过离合器2、输入轴3、单边同步器5、双联齿轮4的大齿轮4a和输出齿轮9,将动力传给电动机8,此时电动机8作为发电机,给蓄电池充电。
图8为本发明H4-P3预挂T3模式(此状态下传递动力的部件用粗实线表示,未传递动力的部件用细实线表示),该模式为混合驱动模式5。此种状态下离合器2结合,固连在输入轴3上的第一输入轴齿轮6与空套在输出轴10上的四挡齿轮14组成第四齿轮组,第二双边同步器15挂在四挡位S4位置,双联齿轮4的大齿轮4a分别与输出齿轮9和三挡齿轮11组成一个齿轮组。发动机1作为动力源,动力通过离合器2、输入轴3、第一输入轴齿轮6、四挡齿轮14、第二双边同步器15传递到输出轴10,输出动力。电动机8在该模式下既可以作为动力源输出,也可以作为发电机给蓄电池充电。当电动机8作为动力源时,电动机8通过输出齿轮9、双联齿轮4的大齿轮4a、三挡齿轮11和输出轴10输出动力;当电动机8作为发电机时,发动机1通过离合器2、输入轴3、第一输入轴齿轮6、四挡齿轮14、第二双边同步器15、输出轴10、三挡齿轮11、双联齿轮4的大齿轮4a和输出齿轮9,将动力传递给电动机8,进而对蓄电池充电。
如图9所示,纯电动的E1状态切换到E2状态,换挡过程中动力中断(用细实线表示),混合动力的H1-P2、H2-P3、H3-P2和H4-P3四种状态之间可以带动力(用粗实线表示)顺序切换,H1-P2与H4-P3之间可以带动力跳挡,H2-P3和H4-P3之间可以带动力跳挡,H1-P2和H3-P2之间跳挡时动力中断。同时,E1状态可以带动力与H1-P2状态相互切换,E2状态可以带动力与H3-P2状态相互切换。

Claims (1)

1.一种混合动力车辆变速装置,其特征在于:包括发动机(1)和输出轴(10),其中发动机(1)的输出端与输入轴(3)的输入端之间连接有离合器(2),从而通过离合器(2)有选择地与输入轴(3)结合或脱离;所述输入轴(3)上从前往后依次装有双联齿轮(4)、单边同步器(5)、第一输入轴齿轮(6)和第二输入轴齿轮(7),其中第一、二输入轴齿轮(6、7)固套在输入轴(3)上;所述双联齿轮(4)空套在输入轴(3)上,该双联齿轮的大齿轮(4a)与电动机(8)输出轴上的输出齿轮(9)常啮合,而所述单边同步器(5)可以在对应换挡操纵机构操纵下有选择地与双联齿轮(4)的小齿轮(4b)结合或脱离;
所述输出轴(10)与输入轴(3)平行设置,该输出轴上从前往后依次装有三挡齿轮(11)、第一双边同步器(12)、一挡齿轮(13)、四挡齿轮(14)、第二双边同步器(15)和二挡齿轮(16),且四个挡位齿轮均分别空套在输出轴(10)上;所述三挡齿轮(11)与双联齿轮(4)的大齿轮(4a)常啮合,从而组成第三齿轮组(T3),所述一挡齿轮(13)与该双联齿轮的小齿轮(4b)常啮合,从而组成第一齿轮组(T1);所述四挡齿轮(14)与第一输入轴齿轮(6)常啮合,从而组成第四齿轮组(T4),且所述二挡齿轮(16)与第二输入轴齿轮(7)常啮合,从而组成第二齿轮组(T2);
所述第一双边同步器(12)可以在对应换挡操纵机构操纵下有选择地与三挡齿轮(11)或一挡齿轮(13)结合,当第一双边同步器(12)与三挡齿轮(11)结合时对应三挡位(S3),当第一双边同步器(12)与一挡齿轮(13)结合时对应一挡位(S1);所述第二双边同步器(15)可以在对应换挡操纵机构操纵下有选择地与四挡齿轮(14)或二挡齿轮(16)结合,当第二双边同步器(15)与四挡齿轮(14)结合时对应四挡位(S4),当第二双边同步器(15)与二挡齿轮(16)结合时对应二挡位(S2)。
