Abstract
本发明公开了复古镀铜铝单板,包括铝基板层,该单板还包括依次设置在铝基板层正面的镀铜面层和装饰层,以及设于铝基板层背面的增强筋层;镀铜面层与铝基板层之间设有锆钛氧化层;装饰层包括从铝基板层往外依次设置的复古氧化层和清漆层。镀铜面层和装饰层之间设有光氧化催化层。本发明可塑性好,质量轻,强度高,便于施工安装,清洁保养方便,可回收使用再生处理,有利于环保,节约资源。通过在铝基板层和底漆层之间设置锆钛氧化层可进一步提高铝基板层的抗腐蚀性,提高铝基板层强度和使用寿命;通过清漆层可以提高产品的耐风、耐水、耐晒性,提高产品的色牢度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑用装饰材料,具体地说涉及一种复古镀铜铝单板或其加工用拉丝装置,该铝单饰板可适用于建筑墙体、屋顶、门厅、窗户的装璜、保温等。
背景技术
现有建筑用铜饰面大多为铜质板,板重量大,成本高,且成型效果差;由于重量太大,对建筑本身的承载要求较高,对骨架要求很高,且不利于安全;普通的铜板由于表面易于氧化,达不到美观要求,并且容易念灰尘,需要经常经济,不然美观性能欠佳。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了可塑性好、质量轻、强度高、具有自清洁性能的铝基材装饰板,并且其便于施工安装,清洁保养方便,可回收使用再生处理,有利于环保,节约资源 。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:复古镀铜铝单板,包括铝基板层,该单板还包括依次设置在铝基板层正面的镀铜面层和装饰层,以及设于铝基板层背面的增强筋层;镀铜面层与铝基板层之间设有锆钛氧化层;装饰层包括从铝基板层往外依次设置的复古氧化层和清漆层 。
进一步地,镀铜面层和装饰层之间设有光氧化催化层。
进一步地,光氧化催化层的厚度为1.5-2.8µm。
进一步地,增强筋层与铝基板层连成一体,并且包括横向增强筋和纵向增强筋,纵向增强筋上设有钩挂槽。
进一步地,铝基板层的厚度为:0.8mm~10.0mm。
进一步地,铝基板层的厚度为:0.8mm~4.0mm。
进一步地,复古氧化层为复古涂层或者机械拉丝制成,采用机械拉丝制成复古氧化层时,使用百洁刷在板材表面拉丝。
用于加工复古镀铜铝单板的拉丝装置,包括拉丝平台、Y向滑轨、X向滑轨、滑动夹头;其中:Y向滑轨固定在拉丝平台的水平方向上;X向滑轨,通过Y向滑块和Y向动力源连接在Y向滑轨上往复运动,其上连接有滑动夹头; 滑动夹头,包括连接部和夹持部,连接部通过X向动力源和X向滑块连接在X向滑轨上往复运动,夹持部夹持百洁刷。
进一步地,X向动力源和Y向动力源共同连接PLC控制装置,从而实现同步作动。
进一步地,X向动力源和Y向动力源为伺服电机、伺服气缸或者伺服油缸中的一种或者数种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明可塑性好,质量轻,强度高,便于施工安装,清洁保养方便,可回收使用再生处理,有利于环保,节约资源。通过在铝基板层和底漆层之间设置锆钛氧化层可进一步提高铝基板层的抗腐蚀性,提高铝基板层强度和使用寿命;通过清漆层可以提高产品的耐风、耐水、耐晒性,提高产品的色牢度。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1所示,复古镀铜铝单板,包括铝基板层1,该单板还包括依次设置在铝基板层1正面的镀铜面层2和装饰层3,以及设于铝基板层1背面的增强筋层4;镀铜面层2与铝基板层1之间设有锆钛氧化层6;装饰层3包括从铝基板层1往外依次设置的复古氧化层32和清漆层31 。
在上述实施例中,镀铜面层2和装饰层3之间设有光氧化催化层5。 并且光氧化催化层5的厚度为1.5-2.8µm,其自清洁效果最佳,并且具有较好的耐候性能。
在上述实施例中,增强筋层4与铝基板层连成一体,并且包括横向增强筋41和纵向增强筋42,纵向增强筋42上设有钩挂槽43,便于安装,质量较轻。
在上述实施例中,铝基板层的厚度为:0.8mm~10.0mm。优选地,铝基板层的厚度为:0.8mm~4.0mm。
在上述实施例中,更为具体地说,复古氧化层32为复古图层或者机械拉丝制成,人工可进行图案处理(乱丝、斜丝),复古图层为拉丝涂料制成,复古氧化层32的颜色一般为紫铜、黄铜、青铜,采用机械拉丝制成复古氧化层时,使用百洁刷在板材表面拉丝。
此外机械拉丝一般为,将百洁刷捆绑在可往复摆动的机械设备上,该机械设备往复摆动,进而带动百洁刷在复古镀铜铝单板上进行拉丝。为了实现更高的复古氧化层的机械拉丝,其拉丝装置至少包括在X水平方向和Y水平方向能够自由调整的拉丝设备。
更为具体的说, 如图2所示,用于加工上述实施例中的复古镀铜铝单板的拉丝装置,包括拉丝平台7、Y向滑轨8、X向滑轨9、滑动夹头10;其中:Y向滑轨8固定在拉丝平台7的水平方向上;X向滑轨9,通过Y向滑块11和Y向动力源12连接在Y向滑轨8上往复运动,其上连接有滑动夹头10; 滑动夹头10,包括连接部101和夹持部102,连接部101通过X向动力源13和X向滑块14连接在X向滑轨9上往复运动,夹持部102夹持百洁刷15。该拉丝设备的使用,提高了复古氧化层的机械拉丝效率,并且拉出的丝的图案和形状可控,质量能够得到较好的保证。
在该拉丝装置的实施例中,X向动力源13和Y向动力源12共同连接PLC控制装置16,从而实现同步作动。而且X向动力源13和Y向动力源12为伺服电机、伺服气缸或者伺服油缸中的一种或者数种,使用时成本较低,操作方便。
本发明的实施例公布的是较佳的实施例,但并不局限于此,本领域的普通技术人员,极易根据上述实施例,领会本发明的精神,并做出不同的引申和变化,但只要不脱离本发明的精神,都在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.复古镀铜铝单板,包括铝基板层(1),其特征在于:该单板还包括依次设置在铝基板层(1)正面的镀铜面层(2)和装饰层(3),以及设于铝基板层(1)背面的增强筋层(4);所述镀铜面层(2)与铝基板层(1)之间设有锆钛氧化层(6);
装饰层(3)包括从铝基板层(1)往外依次设置的复古氧化层(32)和清漆层(31);镀铜面层(2)和装饰层(3)之间设有光氧化催化层(5);
复古氧化层(32)为复古涂层或者机械拉丝装置制成,采用机械拉丝装置制成复古氧化层时,使用百洁刷在板材表面拉丝;复古镀铜铝单板的拉丝装置包括拉丝平台(7)、Y向滑轨(8)、X向滑轨(9)、滑动夹头(10);其中:
Y向滑轨(8)固定在拉丝平台(7)的水平方向上;
X向滑轨(9),通过Y向滑块(11)和Y向动力源(12)连接在Y向滑轨(8)上往复运动,其上连接有滑动夹头(10);
滑动夹头(10),包括连接部(101)和夹持部(102),连接部(101)通过X向动力源(13)和X向滑块(14)连接在X向滑轨(9)上往复运动,夹持部(102)夹持百洁刷(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复古镀铜铝单板,其特征在于:光氧化催化层(5)的厚度为1.5-2.8µm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复古镀铜铝单板,其特征在于:增强筋层(4)与铝基板层连成一体,并且包括横向增强筋(41)和纵向增强筋(42),所述纵向增强筋(42)上设有钩挂槽(43)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复古镀铜铝单板,其特征在于:所述铝基板层的厚度为:0.8mm~10.0mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复古镀铜铝单板,其特征在于:所述铝基板层的厚度为:0.8mm~4.0mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复古镀铜铝单板,其特征在于:所述X向动力源(13)和Y向动力源(12)共同连接PLC控制装置(16),从而实现同步作动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的复古镀铜铝单板,其特征在于:所述X向动力源(13)和Y向动力源(12)为伺服电机、伺服气缸或者伺服油缸中的一种或者数种。
