Abstract

本发明涉及切割设备技术领域，尤其是一种建筑装饰板切割装置，包括工作台和支腿，工作台下表面固定连接一个放置架，在放置架的上表面设有集屑桶，集屑桶内部固定连接一个风机，工作台上设有辊筒，工作台与辊筒平行的一侧固定连接一矩形框架，在工作台中部的两侧固定有支座，在支座的顶端固定有顶板，在顶板与工作台之间设有滑座，在顶板的上表面固定第一油缸,滑座上表面的中间部位装设有电机和锯片，矩形框架远离工作台的一侧设有第二油缸,在放置板下方连接第三油缸。本装置通过对切割材料的机械上料和限位切割，减少了工人大量的体力，并且风机对于处理粉尘有着很好的效果，减少切割过程中粉尘对人身体造成的危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及切割设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种建筑装饰板切割装置。
背景技术
建筑装饰板在使用前都需要进行加工切割处理，在加工过程中，板材往往很笨重，并且数量很大，给工人造成很大的体力消耗，而且在切割处理过程中，切割形成的粉尘在空气中对人身体健康会造成危害，也影响工作现场的卫生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种建筑装饰板切割装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种建筑装饰板切割装置，包括工作台，工作台为矩形方框结构，所述工作台的下表面四角固定设有支腿，所述工作台下表面固定连接一个放置架，在放置架的上表面设有集屑桶，所述集屑桶内部固定连接一个与工作台平行的风机，所述工作台上设有平行且等距离的辊筒，所述工作台与辊筒平行的一侧固定连接一矩形框，在工作台中部的两侧固定有支座，在支座的顶端固定有顶板，在顶板与工作台之间设有滑座，所述滑座的两端滑动连接在支座上，在顶板的上表面固定两个第一油缸,所述第一油缸向下穿过顶板与滑座相连接，所述滑座上表面的中间部位装设有电机和锯片，所述电机通过输出轴连接锯片，所述矩形框远离工作台的一侧设有第二油缸,第二油缸末端设有推板，推板与辊筒平行设置且与辊筒顶面相切设置，在所述矩形框的下方设有一个放置板与支腿滑动连接，且放置板的大小与矩形框的内部大小相吻合，所述放置板下方连接四个第三油缸。
优选的，所述锯片外侧装设有锯片外壳。
优选的，所述集屑桶的上部为喇叭状开口。
优选的，所述锯片正下方的辊筒中间留有间隙。
优选的，所述工作台的两侧设有限位板。
优选的，所述矩形框水平设置且上表面与辊筒上表面相切。
本发明提出的一种建筑装饰板切割装置，有益效果在于：本发明通过对切割材料的机械上料和限位切割，减少了工人大量的体力，并且风扇对于处理粉尘有着很好的效果，减少切割过程中粉尘对人身体造成的危害。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-4，一种建筑装饰板切割装置，包括工作台1，工作台1为矩形方框结构，工作台1下表面的四角固定设有支腿2，工作台1下表面固定连接一个放置架3，在放置架3的上表面设有集屑桶5，集屑桶5内部固定连接一个与工作台1平行的风机4，集屑桶5的上部为喇叭状开口，扩大对粉尘和飞屑的吸收面积，更有效的保护工人身体健康。
工作台1上设有平行且等距离的辊筒6，工作台1与辊筒6平行的一侧固定连接一矩形框19，在工作台1中部的两侧固定有支座10，在支座10的顶端固定有顶板17，在顶板17与工作台1之间设有滑座7，滑座7的两端滑动连接在支座10上，在顶板的上表面固定两个第一油缸11,第一油缸11向下穿过顶板17与滑座7相连接，滑座7上表面的中间部位装设有电机18和锯片13，电机18通过输出轴12连接锯片13，锯片13正下方的辊筒6中间留有间隙以便于切割，锯片13外侧装设有锯片外壳12，防止切割过程中锯片脱落对人身体造成伤害。
矩形框19远离工作台1的一侧设有第二油缸14,第二油缸14末端设有推板20，推板20与辊筒6平行设置且与辊筒6顶面相切设置，在矩形框19的下方设有一个放置板15与支腿2滑动连接，且放置板15的大小与矩形框19的内部大小相吻合，放置板15下方连接四个第三油缸16，将要进行切割的板材放在放置板15上，通过第三油缸16运送到矩形框19内，通过第二油缸14将板材推入辊筒6上，工作台的两侧装有限位板9，可以使板材在被切割时不偏移，从而达到精确切割的目的。

1.一种建筑装饰板切割装置，包括工作台(1)，工作台(1)为矩形方框结构，所述工作台(1)下表面的四角固定设有支腿(2)，其特征在于，所述工作台(1)下表面固定连接一个放置架(3)，在放置架(3)的上表面设有集屑桶(5)，所述集屑桶(5)内部固定连接一个与工作台(1)平行的风机(4)，所述工作台(1)上设有平行且等距离的辊筒(6)，所述工作台(1)与辊筒(6)平行的一侧固定连接一矩形框(19)，在工作台(1)中部的两侧固定有支座(10)，在支座(10)的顶端固定有顶板(17)，在顶板(17)与工作台(1)之间设有滑座(7)，所述滑座(7)的两端滑动连接在支座(10)上，在顶板(17)的上表面固定两个第一油缸(11),所述第一油缸(11)向下穿过顶板(17)与滑座(7)相连接，所述滑座(7)上表面的中间部位装设有电机(18)和锯片(13)，所述电机(18)通过输出轴(12)连接锯片(13)，所述矩形框(19)远离工作台(1)的一侧设有第二油缸(14),第二油缸(14)末端设有推板(20)，推板(20)与辊筒(6)平行设置且与辊筒(6)顶面相切设置,在所述矩形框(19)的下方设有一个放置板(15)与支腿(2)滑动连接，且放置板(15)的大小与矩形框(19)的内部大小相吻合，所述放置板(15)下方连接四个第三油缸(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑装饰板切割装置，其特征在于，所述锯片(13)外侧装设有锯片外壳(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑装饰板切割装置，其特征在于，所述集屑桶(5)的上部为喇叭状开口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑装饰板切割装置，其特征在于，所述锯片(13)正下方的辊筒(6)中间留有间隙。
