Abstract
本发明公开了一种结构较为简单的背胶上胶装置,包括:胶水罐、模温机、上胶辊和托辊,模温机上设置有导热输出口和导热回流口,胶水罐和上胶辊上均设置有导热导入、输出口,上胶辊的导热输入口和导热输出口上均设置有旋转接头,上胶辊的内腔壁上设置有螺旋导流桨叶,上胶辊的辊面上布满储液坑,上胶辊上罩设有导流罩,导流罩的内壁上开设有导流槽,导流罩与上胶辊之间设有间隙,导流罩的顶部开设有进液口;模温机的导热输出口与胶水罐的导热输入口之间设置有上行导热管,胶水罐的导热输出口与上胶辊的导热输入口上的旋转接头之间设置有下行导热管,上胶辊的导热输出口上的旋转接头与模温机的导热回流口之间设置有导热回流管。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种上胶装置,尤其涉及到一种用于给塑料地板(砖)背面涂覆胶水的上胶装置。
背景技术
众所周知,塑料地板(砖)以其装饰性强、脚感好、轻便的优势,克服了实木地板、强化地板、瓷砖等传统地面材料的劣势,一直以来深受国内外消费者的青睐。目前,传统的用于给塑料地板(砖)涂覆背胶的装置,其结构通常都比较繁杂,造价较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构较为简单、从而可以降低造价的背胶上胶装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种背胶上胶装置,包括:胶水罐、模温机、上胶辊以及位于上胶辊正下方的托辊,上胶辊和托辊位于胶水罐的下方,所述的模温机上设置有导热输出口和导热回流口,所述胶水罐的一侧下部设置有导热输入口、另一侧上部设置有导热输出口,所述的上胶辊一侧的转动轴上设置有导热输入口、另一侧转动轴上设置有导热输出口,上胶辊的导热输入口和导热输出口上均设置有旋转接头,上胶辊中开设有连通导热输入口和导热输出口的导热通道,导热通道的侧壁上设置有螺旋导流桨叶,上胶辊的辊面上布满网格状的储液坑,上胶辊的一侧罩设有半圆形的导流罩,导流罩的内壁上开设有导流槽,导流罩与上胶辊之间的间隙由上而下逐渐变小、直至导流罩的底部与上胶辊的底部贴靠在一起,导流罩的顶部开设有与胶水罐的出液管路相配合的进液口;所述模温机的导热输出口与所述胶水罐的导热输入口之间设置有上行导热管,所述胶水罐的导热输出口与所述上胶辊的导热输入口上的旋转接头之间设置有下行导热管,上胶辊的导热输出口上的旋转接头与模温机的导热回流口之间设置有导热回流管。
作为一种优选方案,在所述的一种背胶上胶装置中,所述的胶水罐中设置有连接其导热输入口和导热输出口的导热盘管。
作为一种优选方案,在所述的一种背胶上胶装置中,所述的托辊为橡胶托辊,所述的上胶辊由钢质材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的整个结构比较紧凑和简单,从而大大降低了造价,同时,减小了占用场地的面积,从而大大降低了单位的生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1和2,详细描述本发明所述的一种背胶上胶装置的具体实施方案。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种背胶上胶装置,包括:胶水罐10、模温机1、钢质的上胶辊7以及位于上胶辊7正下方的橡胶托辊8,上胶辊7和橡胶托辊8位于胶水罐10的下方,所述的模温机1上设置有导热输出口和导热回流口,所述胶水罐10的一侧下部设置有导热输入口、另一侧上部设置有导热输出口,所述的上胶辊7一侧的转动轴71上设置有导热输入口、另一侧转动轴71上设置有导热输出口,上胶辊7的导热输入口和导热输出口上分别设置有旋转接头5和6,上胶辊7中开设有连通导热输入口和导热输出口的导热通道,导热通道的侧壁上设置有螺旋导流桨叶73,上胶辊7的辊面上布满网格状的储液坑72,上胶辊7的一侧罩设有半圆形的导流罩9,导流罩9的内壁上开设有导流槽91,如图2所示,所述导流罩9与上胶辊7之间的间隙由上而下逐渐变小、直至导流罩7的底部与上胶辊7的底部贴靠在一起,导流罩9的顶部开设有与设置在胶水罐10底部的出液管路11相配合的进液口92;所述模温机1的导热输出口与所述胶水罐10的导热输入口之间设置有上行导热管2,所述胶水罐10的导热输出口与所述上胶辊7的导热输入口上的旋转接头6之间设置有下行导热管3,上胶辊7的导热输出口上的旋转接头5与模温机1的导热回流口之间设置有导热回流管4;在本实施例中,所述的胶水罐10中设置有连接其导热输入口和导热输出口的导热盘管(属于本技术领域的惯常技术,图中未示出)。
工作时,模温机1将加热后的导热油通过上行导热管2进入到胶水罐10中对胶水罐10中的胶水进行加热,然后,再通过导热下行管3进入到上胶辊7中对上胶辊7进行加热,最后由导热回流管4回到模温机1中。在实际工作过程中,由于导流罩9的底部与上胶辊7的底部贴靠在一起,从而可以刮除上胶辊7辊面上多余的胶水,保证了整个上胶过程中上胶量的一致性,从而保证了塑料地板(砖)背胶涂层的厚度一致。

1.一种背胶上胶装置,包括:胶水罐和模温机,其特征在于:所述的上胶装置还包括有:上胶辊和位于上胶辊正下方的托辊,上胶辊和托辊位于所述胶水罐的下方,所述的模温机上设置有导热输出口和导热回流口,所述胶水罐的一侧下部设置有导热输入口、另一侧上部设置有导热输出口,所述的上胶辊一侧的转动轴上设置有导热输入口、另一侧转动轴上设置有导热输出口,上胶辊的导热输入口和导热输出口上均设置有旋转接头,上胶辊中开设有连通导热输入口和导热输出口的导热通道,导热通道的侧壁上设置有螺旋导流桨叶,上胶辊的辊面上布满网格状的储液坑,上胶辊的一侧罩设有半圆形的导流罩,导流罩的内壁上开设有导流槽,导流罩与上胶辊之间的间隙由上而下逐渐变小、直至导流罩的底部与上胶辊的底部贴靠在一起,导流罩的顶部开设有与胶水罐的出液管路相配合的进液口;所述模温机的导热输出口与所述胶水罐的导热输入口之间设置有上行导热管,所述胶水罐的导热输出口与所述上胶辊的导热输入口上的旋转接头之间设置有下行导热管,上胶辊的导热输出口上的旋转接头与模温机的导热回流口之间设置有导热回流管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背胶上胶装置,其特征在于:所述的胶水罐中设置有连接其导热输入口和导热输出口的导热盘管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的背胶上胶装置,其特征在于:所述的托辊为橡胶托辊,所述的上胶辊由钢质材料制成。
