一种聚氯化铝反应釜用搅拌装置,包括设置于反应釜顶端的顶端的支架,设置于支架上的驱动电机,驱动电机主轴连接旋转轴,旋转轴由上下两段构成,下段伸入反应釜内,下段末端设置有圆球状弹性垫层,旋转轴近顶端设置有搅拌叶片,搅拌叶片为对称的方形板,方形板下边缘和最外边缘设置有耐磨塑料,上段底端开设有中心沉头孔,顶端与驱动电机主轴固定,下段顶端插入上段中心沉头孔内,下段顶端与中心沉头孔底面之间设置有弹性体,使旋转轴底端压紧于反应釜底面。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚氯化铝生产设备,尤其涉及反应釜用搅拌装置。
背景技术
目前,由于聚氯化铝反应釜中的聚氯化铝半成品容易沉淀在底部,并且工业运用
的反应釜比较大,深度方向也比较深,深入聚氯化铝反应釜较深的搅拌装置的叶片容易被沉积在底部的沉淀卡住或造成搅拌轴旋转困难,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种可在底部堵塞时,旋转轴可实现弹性收缩,从而降低旋转阻力,降低能耗的聚氯化铝反应釜用搅拌装置。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种聚氯化铝反应釜用搅拌装置,包括设置于反应釜顶端的顶端的支架,设置于支架上的驱动电机,驱动电机主轴连接旋转轴,其特征在于旋转轴由上下两段构成,下段伸入反应釜内,下段末端设置有圆球状弹性垫层,旋转轴近顶端设置有搅拌叶片,搅拌叶片为对称的方形板,方形板下边缘和最外边缘设置有耐磨塑料,上段底端开设有中心沉头孔,顶端与驱动电机主轴固定,下段顶端插入上段中心沉头孔内,下段顶端与中心沉头孔底面之间设置有弹性体,使旋转轴底端压紧于反应釜底面。
作为优选,弹性体为压缩弹簧或橡胶垫。
作为优选,旋转轴下段插入旋转轴上段中心沉头孔内的端部侧壁上设置有凸块,中心沉头孔对应凸块设置有滑槽。
本发明有益效果:本发明通过改进旋转轴,大大降低了能耗,实现了自动调节旋转轴高度,结构简单便于实施。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种聚氯化铝反应釜用搅拌装置,包括设置于反应釜1顶端的顶端的支架2,设置于支架2上的驱动电机3,驱动电机3主轴连接旋转轴4,旋转轴4由上下两段(4.1、4.2)构成,下段4.2伸入反应釜1内,下段4.2末端设置有圆球状弹性垫层5,旋转轴4近顶端设置有搅拌叶片6,搅拌叶片6为对称的方形板,方形板下边缘和最外边缘设置有耐磨塑料7,上段4.1底端开设有中心沉头孔,顶端与驱动电机3主轴固定,下段4.2顶端插入上段4.1中心沉头孔内,下段4.2顶端与中心沉头孔底面之间设置有弹性体8,使旋转轴4底端压紧于反应釜1底面。弹性体8为压缩弹簧或橡胶垫。旋转轴4下段4.2插入旋转轴4上段4.1中心沉头孔内的端部侧壁上设置有凸块4.2.1,中心沉头孔对应凸块4.2.1设置有滑槽4.1.1。

1.一种聚氯化铝反应釜用搅拌装置,包括设置于反应釜顶端的顶端的支架,设置于支架上的驱动电机,驱动电机主轴连接旋转轴,其特征在于旋转轴由上下两段构成,下段伸入反应釜内,下段末端设置有圆球状弹性垫层,旋转轴近顶端设置有搅拌叶片,搅拌叶片为对称的方形板,方形板下边缘和最外边缘设置有耐磨塑料,上段底端开设有中心沉头孔,顶端与驱动电机主轴固定,下段顶端插入上段中心沉头孔内,下段顶端与中心沉头孔底面之间设置有弹性体,使旋转轴底端压紧于反应釜底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氯化铝反应釜用搅拌装置,其特征在于弹性体为压缩弹簧或橡胶垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氯化铝反应釜用搅拌装置,其特征在于旋转轴下段插入旋转轴上段中心沉头孔内的端部侧壁上设置有凸块,中心沉头孔对应凸块设置有滑槽。
