Abstract
The invention discloses an air purification device applicable to a long and narrow underground space at a construction period. The air purification device comprises an air filter, an air supply system, a water circulation system and an air exhaust system, wherein a reaction cavity is formed in the air filter; the reaction cavity contains alkaline solutions; an air inlet is formed in one side of the air filter, and is connected with the air supply system; a water outlet is formed in the bottom end of the air filter and is connected with the water circulation system; an air outlet is formed in the top end of the air filter and is connected with the air exhaust system; an alkaline solution tank for supplying the alkaline solutions to the reaction cavity is also arranged above the air filter; and a solution conveying pipeline is arranged at the bottom end of the alkaline solution tank and extends into the reaction cavity. The air supply system 1 comprises a funnel-shaped air supply cover 101, a fan and an air supply pipe 104, the air supply pipe 104 is S-shaped, one end of the air supply pipe 104 is connected with the funnel-shaped air supply cover 101, and the other end of the air supply pipe is connected with the air inlet. The air inlet is provided with a flange 201 which is connected with the blast pipe 104. The fan is arranged in the funnel-shaped air supply cover 101, and comprises a motor 102 and a spiral fan blade 103 driven by the motor 102 to rotate.

A circular plate 203 is arranged above the semicircular plate 202, a plurality of second through holes are formed in the circular plate 203, and the circular plate 203 is located below the liquid level of the solution in the reaction chamber. The circular plate 203 is used for prolonging the reaction time of the mixed gas in the reaction cavity and discharging the filtered air from the air outlet after passing through the second through hole.
The bottom end of the air filter 2 is provided with a water outlet 210, and the water outlet 210 is connected with the water circulation system 3. The air filter 2 is detachably connected with the water circulation system 3. The water circulation system 3 comprises a backwashing sewage processor 301, a water tank 302, a water pump 302 and a water pipe 305, wherein one end of the backwashing sewage processor 301 is connected with the water outlet 210 of the air filter 2 through the water pipe 305, the other end of the backwashing sewage processor is connected with the water tank 302 through the water pipe 305, one end of the water pump 303 is connected with the water tank 302 through the water pipe 305, the other end of the water pump 303 is connected with the following spray pipe 206 through the water pipe 305, and a second water valve 304 is arranged on the water pipe 305 between the water pump 303 and the spray pipe 206.
An alkaline solution tank 4 for supplying alkaline solution to the reaction chamber is also arranged above the air filter 2. The alkaline solution tank 4 is detachably connected with the air filter 2. The bottom end of the alkaline solution tank 4 is provided with a liquid conveying pipeline 401, and the liquid conveying pipeline 401 extends into the reaction cavity. The upper part of the liquid conveying pipeline 401 is provided with a first water valve 402, and the bottom end of the liquid conveying pipeline 401 is positioned below the semicircular arc plate 202.
The reaction cavity is also internally provided with a spraying device which is positioned above the liquid level of the solution in the reaction cavity, the spraying device comprises a spraying pipe 206 and a plurality of spray heads 207 arranged at the bottom end of the spraying pipe 206, the spraying pipe 206 is annular, the spraying pipe 206 is communicated with a liquid conveying pipeline 401, and the spraying pipe 206 is communicated with a water conveying pipeline 305. The spray tube 206 comprises a circular ring or a plurality of circular rings which are sleeved with each other and communicated with each other. Preferably, a plurality of spray heads 207 are respectively disposed at different radial positions of the circular spray pipe 206. The alkaline solution in the alkaline solution tank 4 enters the spraying device through the liquid conveying pipeline 401 and is sprayed out from the spray head 207 to realize atomization, so that a layer of water mist is continuously distributed above the inner part of the reaction cavity, toxic gas and dust particles in the treated mixed gas are further purified, and the content of harmful gas is reduced. The water in the water tank 302 enters the spraying device through the water pipe 305 under the action of the water pump 303 and is sprayed out from the spray head 207 to realize atomization, so that a layer of water mist is continuously distributed above the inner part of the reaction cavity, and the reaction solution which flows out from the second through hole of the circular plate 203 along with the processed mixed gas is diluted, thereby avoiding secondary pollution.

The top of air cleaner 2 is provided with flange plate 205, the air outlet is seted up on flange plate 205, and air outlet department is provided with wire net 501. The air outlet system 5 comprises an air outlet pipeline 502 and a telescopic bag-shaped structure 503 which are connected, and the air outlet pipeline 502 is connected with the air outlet.
