Abstract

一种具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷，包括刷柄、刷头、设于刷柄内的电路板、为其提供电力的电源、电源开关及发光管；其刷头由刷头座及可套接在其上的硅胶刷毛套组成；发光管设于刷头座内，设于刷头座内的发光管为两个，一个为可发出波长为365‑395nm的光波的杀菌发光管，另一个为可发出波长为465‑490nm的光波的美白发光管；其电路板为可配合两个发光管发出各自波长的电路。本发明结构更简单，集杀菌、美白与一身的，使用方便。

具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷
技术领域：
本发明属于口腔牙齿清洁用具，特别涉及牙刷相关技术。
技术背景：
目前，对于牙刷，一般为由刷柄、刷头及设于刷头的刷毛组成的牙刷；也有电动牙刷、振动牙刷等，其刷毛有硬有软。对于口腔、牙齿的杀菌，目前多是在牙膏中给予杀菌物质的添加，以达到在刷牙过程中杀菌的目的。也有用紫外光杀菌的牙刷，如名称为：“紫外线杀菌牙刷”，专利申请号为：“200810121955.7 ”的专利申请，其就是通过在牙刷的刷毛部位设置发出紫外线的发光管来实现口腔及牙齿杀菌的。
对于牙齿的美白，目前主要有两大类，一类是牙膏美白，其同样是在牙膏成分中添加美白物质，以达到在刷牙过程中美白牙齿的目的。另一类是，用专门的冷光美白牙齿，其是通过美白粉涂在牙齿上，通过冷光照射，达到美白牙齿的目的。如名称为：“冷光光波美白牙刷”，专利号为：“200920184981.4 ” 的专利申请，其就是通过在牙刷的刷毛部位设置LED发光管来实现口腔美白的。
发明内容：
本发明目的是针对以上现有技术的不足，设计一种结构更简单，集杀菌、美白与一身的，使用方便的具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷。
本发明目的可以通过以下技术方案实现，一种具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷，包括刷柄、刷头、设于刷柄内的电路板、为其提供电力的电源、电源开关及发光管；其刷头由刷头座及可套接在其上的硅胶刷毛套组成；发光管设于刷头座内，设于刷头座内的发光管为两个，一个为可发出波长为365-395nm的光波的杀菌发光管，另一个为可发出波长为465-490nm的光波的美白发光管；其电路板为可配合两个发光管发出各自波长的电路。
所述的具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷，其刷柄包括刷柄上体、刷柄下体及刷柄后盖，电路板及电源设于刷柄上体、刷柄下体及刷柄后盖组成的刷柄腔内，刷柄上体前端设有刷头座上盖，刷头座上盖设有出光口，刷柄下体前端设有刷头座下盖，在由刷头座上盖与刷头座下盖组成的刷头座腔内，设有杀菌发光管及美白发光管，杀菌发光管及美白发光管与电路板电连接。
所述的具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷，其刷头座上盖的出光口处设有导光罩。
所述的具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷，其刷柄腔及刷头座腔为密封防水空间，其防水是通过设于配合件之间的防水垫圈实现。
本发明目的技术进步在于，由于杀菌发光管及美白发光管两个专用发光管的设计及可套接式刷毛套的设计，使得该产品结构更简单，杀菌、美白效果突出，更换刷毛套简单，成本低。

具体实施方式：
如图1、图2所示，一种具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷，包括刷柄1、刷头2、设于刷柄1内的电路板3、为其提供电力的电源4，刷头2包括刷头座20及套接在其上的硅胶刷毛套21。其刷柄1包括刷柄上体10、刷柄下体11及刷柄后盖12。电路板3及电源4设于由刷柄上体10、刷柄下体11及刷柄后盖12组成的刷柄腔内。刷柄上体10前端设有刷头座上盖200，刷头座上盖200上设有出光口2000，刷柄下体11前端设有刷头座下盖201，在由刷头座上盖200与刷头座下盖201组成的刷头座20的空腔内，设有杀菌发光管30及美白发光管31，杀菌发光管30及美白发光管31与电路板3电连接。电源开关32设在刷柄上体10上电路板3电连接。发光管设于刷头座腔内；设于刷头座内的发光管为两个，一个为杀菌发光管，可发出波长为365-395nm的光波；另一个为美白发光管，可发出波长为465-490nm的光波。在出光口2000上设有导光罩22。
套接在由刷头座上盖200与刷头座下盖201组成的刷头座20上的柔性硅胶刷毛套21需要更换时，取下旧硅胶刷毛套21，换上新的即可。
图3为本发明的电路原理示意图，包括升压模块U1，电压控制模块U2，滤波电感L，电容C1、C2，电阻R1、R2，电源4（电路图中的E），杀菌发光管30 （电路图中的L1），及美白发光管31（电路图中的L2）。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷，包括刷柄、刷头、设于刷柄内的电路板、为其提供电力的电源、电源开关及发光管；其特征在于，刷头由刷头座及可套接在其上的硅胶刷毛套组成；发光管设于刷头座内，设于刷头座内的发光管为两个，一个为可发出波长为365-395nm的光波的杀菌发光管，另一个为可发出波长为465-490nm的光波的美白发光管；其电路板为可配合两个发光管发出各自波长的电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷，其特征在于，所述刷柄包括刷柄上体、刷柄下体及刷柄后盖，电路板及电源设于刷柄上体、刷柄下体及刷柄后盖组成的刷柄腔内，刷柄上体前端设有刷头座上盖，刷头座上盖设有出光口，刷柄下体前端设有刷头座下盖，在由刷头座上盖与刷头座下盖组成的刷头座腔内，设有杀菌发光管及美白发光管，杀菌发光管及美白发光管与电路板电连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷，其特征在于，所述刷头座上盖的出光口处设有导光罩。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的具有美白及杀菌光波的牙刷，其特征在于，所述刷柄腔及刷头座腔为密封防水空间，其防水是通过设于配合件之间的防水垫圈实现。
