Abstract
本发明涉及一种玉米种子的处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)购买良种,筛选籽粒饱满、健康的玉米种;(2)使用浸种液浸种,浸种时间2‑4小时;(3)将浸种后的玉米种装入消过毒的塑料袋,密封后置于20‑25℃的避光处8‑12小时;(4)将处理好的玉米种子使用播种机合理密植。本发明方法原料常见,操作简单,通过实验,使用本发明方法处理玉米种子,玉米的亩产由505kg增长至562kg,增产率11%,同时大大降低了玉米种植过程中病虫害的发生率,确实可以达到降低种植过程中病虫害的发生率、减少农药使用量、提升玉米品质及产量的效果,利于广泛推广使用。

技术领域
本发明属于农作物栽培技术领域,具体涉及一种玉米种子的处理方法。
背景技术
玉米,是禾本科玉蜀黍属一年生草本植物,玉米用作饲料、食物和工业原料,在许多地区作为主要食物,被作为补充人体所必需的铁、镁等矿物质的来源;我国玉米种植面积和总产量仅次于美国,居世界第二位。玉米在我国分布很广,南自北纬18度的海南岛,北至北纬53度的黑龙江省的黑河以北,东起台湾和沿海省份,西到新疆及青藏高原,都有一定面积。玉米在种植过程中常见的病虫害有30余种,这就需要一种简单有效、易于推广的玉米种子处理方法,达到降低种植过程中病虫害的发生率、减少农药使用量、提升玉米品质及产量的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玉米种子的处理方法,解决上述问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种玉米种子的处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)购买良种,筛选籽粒饱满、健康的玉米种;
(2)取质量分数25%双氧水、1%聚天冬氨酸水溶液100倍液、2%氨基寡糖素水剂200倍液、50%甲基托布津500倍液、5%强力生根粉溶液、50%矮壮素100倍液、中药提取液按质量比例2:2:1:5:5:4:1均匀混合制得玉米种子浸种液;所述中药提取液按质量份数计,包括玉米叶2-4份、桑叶2-4份、冬青叶1-2份、蟾蜍草3-5份、黄芪1-2份、氯化钠0.5-1份、磷酸二氢钾0.01-0.02份、水10-15份;使用所述浸种液浸种,浸种时间2-4小时;
(3)将浸种后的玉米种装入消过毒的塑料袋,密封后置于20-25℃的避光处8-12小时;
(4)将处理好的玉米种子使用播种机合理密植。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述中药提取液按质量份数计,包括玉米叶3份、桑叶3份、冬青叶2份、蟾蜍草4份、黄芪1份、氯化钠0.8份、磷酸二氢钾0.01份、水10份。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述浸种时间为4小时。
本发明的有益效果:使用所述浸种液浸种,可以抑制玉米种表面病菌的生长、增加叶面细胞的密度和细胞壁强度,达到提高抗病虫害的能力、提高亩产量的效果;将浸种后的玉米种装入消过毒的塑料袋,密封后置于20-25℃的避光处8-12小时,可以使种子浸种液的有效成分进一步作用,更有利于杀死玉米种表面及内部的病毒真菌、使种子出苗后根系发达植株矮壮、提高促进种子萌发的酶的活性,达到提高种子的抗病抗倒伏能力、提升玉米的品质及产量的效果;通过实验,使用本发明方法处理玉米种子,玉米的亩产由505kg增长至562kg,增产率11%,同时大大降低了玉米种植过程中病虫害的发生率,确实可以达到降低种植过程中病虫害的发生率、减少农药使用量、提升玉米品质及产量的效果,利于广泛推广使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种玉米种子的处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)购买良种,筛选籽粒饱满、健康的玉米种;
(2)取质量分数25%双氧水、1%聚天冬氨酸水溶液100倍液、2%氨基寡糖素水剂200倍液、50%甲基托布津500倍液、5%强力生根粉溶液、50%矮壮素100倍液、中药提取液按质量比例2:2:1:5:5:4:1均匀混合制得玉米种子浸种液;所述中药提取液按质量份数计,由以下原料制成:玉米叶4份、桑叶4份、冬青叶2份、蟾蜍草5份、黄芪2份、氯化钠1份、磷酸二氢钾0.02份、水15份;使用所述浸种液浸种,浸种时间4小时,可以抑制玉米种表面病菌的生长、增加叶面细胞的密度和细胞壁强度,达到提高抗病虫害的能力、提高亩产量的效果;
(3)将浸种后的玉米种装入消过毒的塑料袋,密封后置于20-25℃的避光处8-12小时,可以使种子浸种液的有效成分进一步作用,更有利于杀死玉米种表面及内部的病毒真菌、使种子出苗后根系发达植株矮壮、提高促进种子萌发的酶的活性,达到提高种子的抗病抗倒伏能力、提升玉米的品质及产量的效果;

本对比例实施1与实施例1相比,不使用步骤(2)所述浸种液,仅使用清水浸种,除此外的方法步骤均相同。

本对比例实施2与实施例2相比,不进行步骤(3)所述操作,除此外的方法步骤均相同。
对照组
常规的玉米种子处理方法。
分别使用上述2个实施例、2个对比实施例与1个对照组的方法,对购买的相同玉米种子进行处理后播种,亩产结果如表1、部分病虫害发生率如表2:

由表1、表2可知,使用本发明方法处理玉米种子,玉米的亩产由505kg增长至562kg,增产率11%,同时大大降低了玉米种植过程中病虫害的发生率,确实可以达到降低种植过程中病虫害的发生率、减少农药使用量、提升玉米品质及产量的效果,利于广泛推广使用。
Claims (3)
1.一种玉米种子的处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)购买良种,筛选籽粒饱满、健康的玉米种;
(2)取质量分数25%双氧水、1%聚天冬氨酸水溶液100倍液、2%氨基寡糖素水剂200倍液、50%甲基托布津500倍液、5%强力生根粉溶液、50%矮壮素100倍液、中药提取液按质量比例2:2:1:5:5:4:1均匀混合制得玉米种子浸种液;所述中药提取液按质量份数计,由以下原料制成:玉米叶2-4份、桑叶2-4份、冬青叶1-2份、蟾蜍草3-5份、黄芪1-2份、氯化钠0.5-1份、磷酸二氢钾0.01-0.02份、水10-15份;使用所述浸种液浸种,浸种时间2-4小时;
(3)将浸种后的玉米种装入消过毒的塑料袋,密封后置于20-25℃的避光处8-12小时;
(4)将处理好的玉米种子使用播种机合理密植。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉米种子的处理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述中药提取液按质量份数计,由以下原料制成:玉米叶3份、桑叶3份、冬青叶2份、蟾蜍草4份、黄芪1份、氯化钠0.8份、磷酸二氢钾0.01份、水10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉米种子的处理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述浸种时间为4小时。
