Description

Object carousel data downloading method and system based on DSM-CC protocol
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of digital televisions, in particular to a method and a system for downloading object carousel data based on a DSM-CC protocol.
Background
The DSM-CC (Digital Storage Media Command and Control) protocol, is an important component of the DVB standard (Digital video broadcasting). With the popularization of digital television services, data broadcasting services based on the DSM-CC protocol are more and more popular, and users have become accustomed to browsing web pages, browsing web text data, browsing web audio and video data, and the like from televisions, which brings more functions and resources to users.
The DSM-CC Data carousel (DC-Data carousel) is a Data broadcasting service supporting a server side to periodically transmit a Data module to a user side, wherein the Data module is repeatedly and circularly broadcasted in a broadcast Data stream, and if the client side wants to receive a specific or designated Data module (web page, text, picture, audio and video and other Data) in the Data carousel, the Data module only needs to be received when the Data module is broadcasted. The object carousel (object _ OC) is a layer of encapsulation added on the basis of the data carousel, encapsulates data using the bio (broadcast inter-ORB protocol) format, and refers to the data as an object. The Object carousel mainly includes srg Service Gateway Object (Service Gateway Object), dir Directory Object (Directory Object), File Object (File Object), Stream Object (Stream Object), and Stream Event Object (Stream Event Object), and through parsing these objects, corresponding directories can be established, and data of corresponding objects of DSM-CC can be parsed, such as: the data such as pictures, texts, audios and videos can be analyzed.
However, in a broadcast data stream, a large amount of DSM-CC data may exist, a large amount of network picture data, network text data, and even relatively large audio/video data are stored in different OC data, and most of current DSM-CC data downloading methods download all DSM-CC data in the broadcast data stream through blind search, which requires that all DSM-CC data be prepared in advance, and a user can quickly find and return the data to the user when requesting the data. However, in practical situations, if DSM-CC data is too large, a large amount of storage space is wasted, and when a user requests to receive the data, the data cannot be downloaded in advance, and the user's requirement may be only a certain picture or a certain text data in a certain OC object, or only a certain section of audio/video data, and only the OC data needs to be downloaded. The data carousel of the DSM-CC generally downloads data regardless of whether the data is needed by the user, which greatly wastes the storage space and system resources of the digital television equipment (e.g., set-top box), cannot quickly and timely feed back the data needed by the user to the user, greatly wastes user time, and brings bad experience to the user.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an object carousel data downloading method based on DSM-CC protocol in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s10: a cache space is partitioned in the memory of the digital television equipment.
In this embodiment, a buffer space with a set size is first divided from the memory of the digital television device to buffer data.
S20: when the digital television equipment works, each OC data in DSM-CC data is sequentially downloaded to a cache space from a broadcast data stream, a set time is reserved after all OC data are downloaded to the cache space, and the OC data are cleared, continuously downloaded next OC data and circulated.
After the buffer space is divided, because the DSM-CC data in the broadcast data stream are stored in the OC data of each other and are periodically transmitted in the broadcast data stream in a circulating manner, when the digital television apparatus is in operation, that is, during the transmission of the broadcast data stream, the DSM-CC data are also periodically transmitted in a circulating manner, in an embodiment, when the DSM-CC data are periodically transmitted in a circulating manner, each OC data in the DSM-CC data are sequentially downloaded from the broadcast data stream to the buffer space. Because the buffer space is limited, in the downloading process, all OC data (each OC data has its own OC data PID (data packet identifier), and the corresponding OC data can be determined by the OC data PID) are downloaded to the buffer space and then cleared only by reserving the set time (which can be realized by adjusting the size of the buffer space), the next OC data is continuously downloaded and circulated, so that one OC data always exists in the buffer space and the excessive memory space is not occupied.
S30: when a user requests data, the URL address sent by the user is obtained and analyzed, and OC data corresponding to the URL address is obtained.
When a user needs to request DCM-CC data at the moment, the URL address of the data needing to be sent by the user carries out data request, the URL address sent by the user is obtained and analyzed, and OC data corresponding to the URL address is obtained. Specifically, a server side ID is determined according to a URL address sent by a user, a corresponding OC data PID is determined at the server side, and OC data corresponding to the URL address is determined through the OC data PID.
S40: and detecting whether the OC data currently cached in the cache space is OC data corresponding to the URL address, if so, acquiring the OC data from the cache space and delivering the OC data to the user, and if not, downloading the corresponding OC data to the server side according to the corresponding relation and delivering the OC data to the user.
After determining the OC data corresponding to the URL address, since the cache space in step S20 is always circularly caching the OC data, it is detected whether the OC data currently cached in the cache space is the OC data corresponding to the URL address, and if so, the OC data can be directly obtained from the cache space without downloading again, and can be quickly handed to the user. If not, the OC data needs to be downloaded to the server side according to the corresponding relation.
Further, the step of downloading the corresponding OC data to the server according to the corresponding relationship specifically includes: resolving a server end ID and an OC data PID according to the URL address, receiving a corresponding PMT table (program mapping table) in the broadcast data stream according to the server end ID, resolving the OC data PID corresponding to the URL address by resolving the PMT table, receiving and storing section data of DSM-CC according to the received OC data PID, resolving the section data through the specification of a DSM-CC protocol, and obtaining the OC data after resolving. Further, when analyzing section data, messages of four objects are mainly stored, which are: stream message, file message, Directory message and service gateway message, and storing the four object messages to obtain OC data.
In addition, if a plurality of OC data corresponding to the URL address are available, all OC data PIDs are acquired and downloaded at the same time, and the downloading efficiency is improved.
The object carousel data downloading method based on the DSM-CC protocol comprises the steps of allocating a buffer space in a memory of a digital television device in advance, continuously and circularly downloading OC data of DSM-CC data from a broadcast data stream when the digital television device works, clearing one OC data after downloading the OC data and reserving the set time, continuously downloading the next OC data, caching one OC data in the buffer space all the time, firstly detecting whether the corresponding OC data exists in the buffer space when a user requests the data, directly calling the OC data from the buffer space if the OC data exists, not going to a server end to download only the corresponding OC data according to the corresponding relation, only downloading the required OC data without downloading all the DSM-CC data, thereby greatly saving the storage space and system resources of the digital television device (such as a set top box), and quickly and timely feeding back the data required by the user to the user, the time of the user is saved, and good experience is brought to the user.
Meanwhile, the present invention also provides an object carousel data downloading system based on DSM-CC protocol, as shown in fig. 2, the system includes:
the buffer space allocation module 100 divides a buffer space in the memory of the digital television device.
In this embodiment, the cache space allocation module 100 firstly divides a set size of cache space into the memory of the digital television device to cache data.
The buffer space data downloading module 200 sequentially downloads each OC data in the DSM-CC data to the buffer space from the broadcast data stream when the digital television device works, and after all OC data are downloaded to the buffer space, the OC data are cleared after a set time is reserved, and the next OC data are continuously downloaded and are cyclically performed.
After the buffer space is divided, because the DSM-CC data in the broadcast data stream are stored in the OC data of each other and are periodically transmitted in the broadcast data stream in a circulating manner, and when the digital television apparatus is in operation, that is, during the broadcast data stream transmission process, the DSM-CC data are also periodically transmitted in a circulating manner, in an embodiment, when the DSM-CC data are periodically transmitted in a circulating manner, the buffer space data downloading module 200 sequentially downloads each OC data in the DSM-CC data from the broadcast data stream to the buffer space.
The URL address processing module 300 obtains and analyzes a URL address sent by a user when the user requests data, so as to obtain OC data corresponding to the URL address.
When a user needs to request DCM-CC data at this moment, the URL address where the user needs to send data requests data, and the URL address processing module 300 obtains the URL address sent by the user, analyzes the URL address, and obtains OC data corresponding to the URL address. Specifically, the URL address processing module 300 determines a server ID according to a URL address sent by a user, determines a corresponding OC data PID at the server, and determines OC data corresponding to the URL address through the OC data PID.
The OC data obtaining module 400 detects whether the OC data currently cached in the cache space is OC data corresponding to the URL address, and if so, directly obtains the OC data from the cache space to deliver the OC data to the user, and if not, downloads the corresponding OC data to the server according to the corresponding relationship to deliver the OC data to the user.
After determining the OC data corresponding to the URL address, since the cache space is always circularly caching the OC data, the OC data acquisition module 400 detects whether the OC data currently cached in the cache space is the OC data corresponding to the URL address, and if so, the OC data can be directly acquired from the cache space without downloading again, and can be quickly delivered to the user. If not, the OC data needs to be downloaded to the server side according to the corresponding relation.
Further, the OC data acquisition module 400 analyzes a server ID and an OC data PID according to the URL address, receives a PMT table (program mapping table) corresponding to the broadcast data stream according to the server ID, analyzes the OC data PID corresponding to the URL address by analyzing the PMT table, receives and stores section data of the DSM-CC according to the received OC data PID, analyzes the section data according to the specification of the DSM-CC protocol, and acquires OC data after the analysis. Further, when parsing section data, the OC data obtaining module 400 mainly stores messages of four objects, which are: stream message (streaming), file message (file message), Directory message (Directory message) and service gateway message (service gateway message), and storing the four object messages to obtain OC data.
In addition, if there are a plurality of OC data corresponding to the URL address, the OC data acquisition module 400 acquires all of the OC data PIDs and downloads them at the same time, thereby improving the downloading efficiency.
The object carousel data downloading system based on the DSM-CC protocol comprises that a buffer space is pre-allocated in a memory of a digital television device by a buffer space allocation module 100, when the digital television device works, the buffer space data downloading module 200 continuously and circularly downloads OC data of DSM-CC data from a broadcast data stream, and one OC data is cleared after being downloaded for a set time and is continuously downloaded for the next OC data, one OC data is always cached in the buffer space, when a user requests data, an OC data acquisition module 400 firstly detects whether corresponding OC data exists in the buffer space or not, if so, the corresponding OC data is directly called from the buffer space, a server end is not required to download only the corresponding OC data according to a corresponding relation, only the required OC data is required to be downloaded, and all DSM-CC data are not required to be downloaded, so that the storage space and system resources of the digital television device (such as a set top box) are greatly saved, the data required by the user can be quickly and timely fed back to the user, so that the time of the user is saved, and good experience is brought to the user.
The invention relates to a method and a system for downloading object carousel data based on DSM-CC protocol, wherein a buffer space is pre-allocated in a memory of a digital television device, when the digital television device works, OC data of DSM-CC data is continuously and circularly downloaded in a broadcast data stream, and one OC data is cleared after being downloaded for a set time, the next OC data is continuously downloaded, one OC data is always cached in the buffer space, when a user requests data, whether the corresponding OC data exists in the buffer space is firstly detected, if so, the corresponding OC data is directly called from the buffer space, a server end is not needed to download only the corresponding OC data according to a corresponding relation, only the required OC data needs to be downloaded, and all DSM-CC data does not need to be downloaded, thereby greatly saving the storage space and system resources of the digital television device (such as a set top box), the data required by the user can be quickly and timely fed back to the user, so that the time of the user is saved, and good experience is brought to the user.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
