In the method, the program information management module, the broadcast control agent module, the DVB-to-IP multicast forwarding module and the media server module can be arranged in the home gateway.
The above method has the following advantages:
a media server module in the Home LAN does not need to concern about DVB network characteristics, so that the development difficulty is reduced, and even the media server module can be developed by a third-party service provider;
the media server module in the Home LAN can be directly applied to an interactive network Television (IPTV) service;
the home gateway can also directly use a media server module in an interactive network Television (IPTV) service;
data of the DVB network can be shared by a plurality of components on an IP LAN in the home gateway without influencing the current playing and without needing additional television Cable (Cable) receiving resources.

receiving a request for joining a multicast group, and acquiring a distributed frequency point and a program number of a broadcast control program corresponding to a multicast group address in a DVB network; receiving a broadcast control program stream in the DVB network by adopting a DVB protocol according to an issued frequency point and a program number of the broadcast control program in the DVB network; and analyzing the broadcast control program stream to obtain an effective load, then packing the effective load according to a data transmission protocol of an IP network to obtain the IP multicast stream, and transmitting the packed effective load to a media server module.

the media server module receives a first broadcast control request from a Home network based on an Internet Protocol (IP) address on a Home local area network (Home LAN); wherein, the first broadcast control request comprises: broadcasting a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of a program in the Home LAN;
the media server module sends a second broadcast control request containing a program identifier to the broadcast control agent module according to the URL of the broadcast control program in the first broadcast control request in the Home LAN and based on the IP address on the IP Local Area Network (LAN);
the broadcast control agent module converts the broadcast control program identifier in the second broadcast control request into a multicast group address of the broadcast control program on the IP LAN, and sends the multicast group address of the broadcast control program on the IP LAN to the media server module based on the IP address on the IP LAN;
the media server module adds a multicast group according to the multicast group address of the broadcast control program on the IP LAN based on the IP address on the IP LAN to obtain the IP multicast stream of the broadcast control program, converts the obtained IP multicast stream into an IP unicast stream, and sends the IP unicast stream to the Home network terminal based on the IP address on the Home LAN.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the media server module sending a second broadcast request to a broadcast agent module comprises:
the media server module analyzes the URL to obtain the broadcast control program identifier, or searches the broadcast control program identifier corresponding to the URL in the first broadcast control request in a first corresponding relation between the pre-stored URL and the broadcast control program identifier, and sends a second broadcast control request containing the broadcast control program identifier to the broadcast control agent module based on an IP address on an IP LAN.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the broadcast program identifier is a program identifier of a live program; the converting the broadcast control program identifier in the second broadcast control request into the multicast group address of the broadcast control program on the IP LAN includes:
the broadcast control agent searches a second corresponding relation between the program identifier of the pre-established live program and the multicast group address on the IP LAN for the multicast group address on the IP LAN corresponding to the program identifier of the live program in the second broadcast control request;
or, the broadcast control agent sends the program identifier of the live program to a Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) to IP multicast forwarding module; the DVB-to-IP multicast forwarding module searches a multicast group address on the IP LAN corresponding to the program identifier of the live program in a second corresponding relation between the program identifier of the live program and the multicast group address on the IP LAN, which is established in advance, and sends the searched multicast group address on the IP LAN to the broadcast control agent.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, prior to the method:
the broadcast control agent module or the DVB-to-IP multicast forwarding module establishes a second corresponding relation between the program identifier of the live program and the multicast group address on the IP LAN in advance.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the pre-establishing, by the broadcast control agent module or the DVB-to-IP multicast forwarding module, the second correspondence between the program identifier of the live program and the multicast group address on the IP LAN comprises:
the broadcast control agent module receives a program information change message from a program information management module based on an IP address on an IP LAN, acquires program information of a live program from the program information management module, and sends a provision request to the DVB-to-IP multicast repeater module; the program information comprises a program identifier of a live program, and the Provisioning request comprises the program identifier of the live program;
the DVB-to-IP multicast forwarding module allocates a multicast group address on an IP LAN for each program identifier in the Provisioning request;
the DVB-to-IP multicast forwarding module sends a second corresponding relation between a program identifier of a live program and a multicast group address on an IP LAN to the broadcast control agent module; the broadcast control agent module stores the received second corresponding relation; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and the DVB-to-IP multicast forwarding module stores a second corresponding relation between the program identifier of the live program and the multicast group address on the IP LAN.

The method of claim 1, wherein the broadcast program identifier is a program identifier of an on-demand program; the step of converting the broadcast control program identifier in the second broadcast control request into the multicast group address of the broadcast control program on the IP LAN by the broadcast control agent module includes:

the DVB-to-IP multicast forwarding module allocates the multicast group address on the IP LAN for the on-demand program and sends the allocated multicast group address on the IP LAN to the broadcast control agent module.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the joining the multicast group according to the multicast group address of the broadcast control program on the IP LAN, and obtaining the IP multicast stream of the broadcast control program comprises:
the media server module sends a multicast group joining request to a DVB-to-IP multicast forwarding module; wherein, the request for joining the multicast group comprises the multicast group address of the broadcast control program on the IP LAN; the DVB-to-IP multicast forwarding module acquires the issued frequency point and the program number of the broadcast control program corresponding to the multicast group address in the DVB network; receiving a broadcast control program stream in the DVB network by adopting a DVB protocol according to the issued frequency point and the program number of the broadcast control program in the DVB network; and analyzing the broadcast control program stream to obtain an effective load, then packing the effective load according to a data transmission protocol of an IP network to obtain the IP multicast stream, and transmitting the packed effective load to the media server module.
8. An apparatus for implementing broadcast control service, comprising:
the media server module is used for receiving a first broadcast control request from a Home network based on an Internet Protocol (IP) address on a Home local area network (Home LAN); wherein, the first broadcast control request comprises: broadcasting a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of a program in the Home LAN;
according to the URL of the broadcast control program in the first broadcast control request in the Home LAN, based on the IP address on the IP local area network LAN, sending a second broadcast control request containing a program identifier to the broadcast control agent module;
the broadcast control agent module is used for converting the broadcast control program identifier in the second broadcast control request into a multicast group address of the broadcast control program on the IP LAN, and sending the multicast group address of the broadcast control program on the IP LAN to the media server module based on the IP address on the IP LAN;
the media server module is further to: based on the IP address on the IP LAN, adding a multicast group according to the multicast group address of the broadcast control program on the IP LAN to obtain an IP multicast stream of the broadcast control program, converting the obtained IP multicast stream into an IP unicast stream, and sending the IP unicast stream to the Home network terminal based on the IP address on the Home LAN.
