1. A method for implementing a directional traffic card is characterized in that a flow executed on a traffic service platform side comprises the following steps:
when receiving a flow use application of any application sent by a user terminal, carrying out directional flow card matching on the application based on directional flow card information bound with the user terminal so as to determine a target directional flow card according with a matching strategy; each piece of directional flow card information bound with the user terminal comprises: the flow of the directional flow card and the use limit information of the directional flow card for each application;
supporting the running of the application using traffic in the target directed traffic card.
2. The method for implementing the directed traffic card according to claim 1, wherein the information defining the use of the directed traffic card for each application includes:
the directional flow card is used for charging discount information of the flow of the specified application and/or limiting use information of the directional flow card for the specified application;
the directional flow card information bound with the user terminal also comprises at least one of the following information: the use priority of the directional traffic card, the telephone number of the user terminal bound with the directional traffic card and the enterprise identification;
the matching strategy is a matching mode of the application and the directional traffic card based on the directional traffic card information bound with the user terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein using traffic in the target directed traffic card to support the running of the application comprises:
the flow service platform calculates the residual flow in the target directional flow card;
when the target directional traffic card has residual traffic, sending a traffic slice to a policy and charging rule functional unit (PCRF) of a data intelligent network through a capability platform for the application to use;
and when no residual flow exists in the target directional flow card, informing a data intelligent network interface to interrupt the special bearing of the target directional flow card for the application through a capability platform.
4. The method for implementing a directed traffic card according to claim 1, wherein the process executed on the traffic service platform side further comprises:
when a resource release request sent by the capability platform due to the closing of any application is received, releasing the resource required by the application and allocated to the user terminal, and settling the traffic used by the application in the target directed traffic card.
5. The method for implementing a directed traffic card according to claim 1, wherein the process executed on the traffic service platform side further comprises:
and when a request for purchasing the directional traffic card is received, selling the directional traffic card and recording the information of the sold directional traffic card.
6. The method for implementing the directional traffic card according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the process executed on the traffic service platform side further includes:
when a binding request of a user terminal for any directional traffic card is received, judging whether the same type of directional traffic card is bound for the user terminal;
if yes, directly binding the user terminal with the directional flow card;
if not, the user terminal is bound with the directional flow card after the package signing is carried out.
7. An implementation apparatus for a directional traffic card, which is arranged on a traffic service platform side, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a determining module, a judging module and a judging module, wherein the determining module is used for matching directional traffic cards of the application based on directional traffic card information bound with a user terminal to determine a target directional traffic card conforming to a matching strategy when receiving a traffic use application of any application sent by the user terminal; each piece of directional flow card information bound with the user terminal comprises: the flow of the directional flow card and the use limit information of the directional flow card for each application;
a usage module to support the running of the application using traffic in the target directed traffic card.
8. The apparatus for implementing a directed traffic card according to claim 7, wherein the information defining the use of the directed traffic card for each application comprises:
the directional flow card is used for charging discount information of the flow of the specified application and/or limiting use information of the directional flow card for the specified application;
the directional flow card information bound with the user terminal also comprises at least one of the following information: the use priority of the directional traffic card, the telephone number of the user terminal bound with the directional traffic card and the enterprise identification;
the matching strategy is a matching mode of the application and the directional traffic card based on the directional traffic card information bound with the user terminal.
9. The apparatus for implementing a directed flow card of claim 7, wherein the usage module is specifically configured to:
calculating the residual flow in the target directional flow card;
when the target directional traffic card has residual traffic, sending a traffic slice to the PCRF of the data intelligent network through the capability platform for the application to use;
and when no residual flow exists in the target directional flow card, informing a data intelligent network interface to interrupt the special bearing of the target directional flow card for the application through a capability platform.
10. A traffic service platform comprising means for implementing a directional traffic card according to any of claims 7 to 9.
