一种具有芯棒的高压电力架线金具
技术领域
本发明属于电力金具技术领域,具体涉及一种具有芯棒的高压电力架线金具。
背景技术
在架空电力线路的施工中,当电缆需做分支或接续时,需要用高压电力架线金具将两根绝缘导线连接在一起。高压电力架线金具具有安装简便,低成本,安全可靠免维护的特点。无需截断主电缆、无需剥去电缆的绝缘层即可做电缆分支,接头完全绝缘,可带电作业,可以在电缆任意位置作现场分支;不需使用终端箱、分线箱;且接头耐扭曲,防震、防水、防腐蚀老化;使用绝缘高压电力架线金具做电缆分支,综合效益明显,性价比优于以往的传统连接方式。
传统的高压电力架线金具主要由增强壳体、穿刺刀片、防水硅脂、高强度螺栓和螺母组成,其螺母优选力矩螺母,其结构较为成熟,也得到较为广泛的应用。但是传统高压电力架线金具也存在不足之处,夹线的压力依靠普通螺栓组件的压力,其牢固性较差,容易松动。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种全新结构、安装牢度稳定可靠的具有芯棒的高压电力架线金具。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种具有芯棒的高压电力架线金具,其特征在于:包括一个基体、两个压环和两套压爪组件;基体包括基管部、设置在基管管腔中的芯管部以及用于连接固定基管部和芯管部的连接板部;基管部两侧端的内壁上均设有内螺纹区;两个内螺纹区分居连接板部的两侧;芯管部的管壁上设有两组导向孔,该两组导向孔位于连接板部的两侧;各组导向孔包括多个导向滑孔;各导向滑孔沿芯管部径向贯穿芯管部的管壁;各套压爪组件包括多个压爪;各套压爪组件和相应一组导向孔适配;各压爪设有压板部和导向滑柱部;导向滑柱部从压板部上凸出形成,导向滑柱部的顶端设有一个受力斜面;各压爪的压板部位于芯管部的管腔中,导向滑柱部穿过相应一个导向滑孔伸出至芯管部的外侧,且位于基管部的管腔中;各套压爪组件中的压板部夹合形成一个用于夹紧电力线缆的夹线孔;两个压环分居连接板部的两侧,各压环和相应一套压爪组件适配;各压环包括设置在其内周壁上的锥形压接面和设置在压环外周壁上的外螺纹区;各压环的锥形压接面压接在各套压爪组件中压爪的受力斜面上,各压环的外螺纹区和基管部的内螺纹区适配;压板部的远离导向滑柱部的一端作为压板部的内壁,压板部的内壁上设有弧形槽;压环转动设置在芯管部的外周壁上;压环的内壁上设有和芯管部外周壁滑动邻接的圆形滑接面;压环的外周壁以及基管部的外周壁上均设有多个紧固槽;各压环沿着预设方向旋转时,通过锥形压接面推压相应一套压爪组件中压爪的受力斜面,使得各套压爪组件中的压板部向着芯管部的中心移动,从而夹紧位于夹线孔中的电力线缆;还包括位于芯管部管腔中的芯棒;芯棒的外周壁上设有四个弧形夹槽,各弧形夹槽沿芯管部轴向延伸,各弧形夹槽正对相应一个压爪内壁上的弧形槽设置;芯棒的外周壁上设有沿芯管部径向方向凸出的多个支撑定位凸板,芯管部的内周壁上设有多个定位滑槽,各支撑定位凸板的外侧端嵌置在相应一个定位滑槽中。
本发明具有积极的效果:(1)压环和基管部以螺纹方式连接,并通过锥形压接面压接各压爪使其夹紧电力线缆,其操作较为省力,且具有较好的防松动效果;(2)通过把线缆夹紧设置在芯管中心处,使得整体的重心分布较为合理,当用于高空架空电力线路上时,有利于减轻振动。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例是一种高压电力架线金具,见图1至图6所示,包括一个基体1、两个压环2和两套压爪组件3。
基体1包括基管部11、设置在基管管腔中的芯管部12以及用于连接固定基管部和芯管部的连接板部13;基管部11轴向两侧端的内壁上均设有内螺纹区111;基管部和芯管部同心设置,连接板部是位于基管部和芯管部之间的环形板,本实施例中,连接板部位于基管部和芯管部的轴向中端处,两个内螺纹区分居连接板部的两侧;具体实践中,连接板部的结构形状只需要满足将基管部和芯管部固定连接起来即可。
本实施例中的基管部、芯管部以及连接板部是一体件,在具体实践中也可采用分体件的形式。
芯管部的管壁上设有两组导向孔,该两组导向孔位于连接板部的两侧;各组导向孔包括四个导向滑孔121,该四个导向滑孔沿芯管部的周向均匀分布在芯管部的管壁上;各导向滑孔沿芯管部径向贯穿芯管部的管壁,各导向滑孔的形状是工字型。在具体实践中,导向滑孔的形状也可采用其它形状,例如圆形、方形、菱形,均是可行的。
各套压爪组件3包括四个压爪31;各套压爪组件和相应一组导向孔适配;各压爪设有压板部311和导向滑柱部312;导向滑柱部从压板部的一侧端凸出形成,导向滑柱部位于相应一个导向滑孔中,导向滑柱部的顶端设有一个受力斜面313;压板部的远离导向滑柱部的一端作为压板部的内壁,压板部的内壁上设有弧形槽314。各导向滑柱部的形状和导向滑孔的形状适配,各导向滑柱部在导向滑孔的限位作用下沿芯管部的径向方向往复滑动。
各压爪的压板部位于芯管部的管腔中,导向滑柱部穿过相应一个导向滑孔伸出至芯管部的外侧,且位于基管部的管腔中。
本实施例中,各套压爪组件中四个压板部的弧形槽夹合形成一个用于夹紧电力线缆的夹线孔4。
两个压环分居连接板部的两侧,各压环和相应一套压爪组件适配;各压环2包括设置在其内周壁上的锥形压接面21和设置在压环外周壁上的外螺纹区22;各压环的锥形压接面压接在各套压爪组件中压爪的受力斜面上,各压环的外螺纹区和基管部的内螺纹区适配。
本实施例中,各压环转动设置在芯管部的外周壁上,压环的内壁上设有和芯管部外周壁滑动邻接的圆形滑接面;但在具体实践中,压环的内周壁可以和芯管部的外周壁之间留出间隙,也是可行的。
本实施例中压环的外周壁以及基管部的外周壁上均设有多个紧固槽5,其拧转可以采用勾头扳手操作,当然也可采用其它的紧固方式,例如在压环的外周壁以及基管部的外周壁上设置六角状紧固头,也是可行的。
各压环沿着预设方向旋转时,通过锥形压接面推压相应一套压爪组件中压爪的受力斜面,使得各套压爪组件中的压板部向着芯管部的中心移动,从而夹紧位于夹线孔中的电力线缆。
本实施例中压爪组件中压爪的数量和各组导向孔中导向滑孔的数量相同,可在二至五个之间选择。
本实施例为了从绝缘电力线缆上接电或提升夹紧强度,还在各弧形槽中设有多个穿刺6;具体来说,各穿刺沿芯管部的径向凸出。穿刺的存在,可以无需对绝缘电力线缆进行剥皮处理,即可有效接电。在具体实践中,如果要夹紧的是裸线,则可不设置穿刺。
本实施例中,各压爪是通过浇铸成形制成的一体件,各穿刺在浇铸成形时制成;在具体实践中,穿刺也可采用其它方式制成;例如在各弧形槽中设有多个安装卡槽,然后把通过冲切制成的穿刺片嵌装在相应一个安装卡槽中;穿刺片包括安装部和刺刃部,安装部嵌装在安装卡槽中,刺刃部则露出安装卡槽形成穿刺。这种结构的好处是穿刺片可以采用和压爪不同的材料制成,尤其是选用和待夹线缆所用同种材料制成,有利于获得较佳电气性能。
本实施例具有以下有益技术效果:(1)压环和基管部以螺纹方式连接,并通过锥形压接面压接各压爪使其夹紧电力线缆,其操作较为省力,且具有较好的防松动效果;(2)通过把线缆夹紧设置在芯管部中心处,使得整体的重心分布较为合理,当用于高空架空电力线路上时,有利于减轻振动。
(实施例2)
本实施例和实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:见图6至图9所示,本实施例还包括位于芯管部管腔中的芯棒7;芯棒的外周壁上设有四个弧形夹槽71,各弧形夹槽沿芯管部轴向延伸,各弧形夹槽正对相应一个压爪内壁上的弧形槽设置;各弧形夹槽和相应一个弧形槽夹合形成一个夹线孔4;所以本实施例可形成四个夹线孔,可用于同时夹紧四根线缆。
芯棒的外周壁上设有沿芯管部径向方向凸出的四个支撑定位凸板72,芯管部的内周壁上设有四个定位滑槽122,各支撑定位凸板的外侧端嵌置在相应一个定位滑槽中,从而把芯棒定位在芯管部的管腔中。
(实施例3)
本实施例和实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:见图10所示,本实施例还包括电压互感器8;该电压互感器包括环形感应本体81和智能控制模块;本实施例中,芯管部的内周壁上设有环形凹槽,该环形凹槽的开口位于芯管部轴向中端的内周壁上,该凹槽沿芯管部的径向延伸至连接板部中;电压互感器的环形感应本体及智能控制模块固定在环形凹槽中。在具体实践中,电压互感器还可固定设置在其它部位上,只要使得夹线孔位于环形感应本体的孔腔中即可,也即只需要使得线缆穿过环形感应本体的孔腔即可。
智能控制模块可以包括无线收发单元,智能控制模块通过无线收发单元把环形基体感应到的二次电压或电流信号传送给远程主机,以实现精密的远程无人监控;这种结构可以充分利用空间,有利于整体的小型和一体化。
本实施例可以作为一个高压互感器使用。

1.一种具有芯棒的高压电力架线金具,其特征在于:包括一个基体、两个压环和两套压爪组件;基体包括基管部、设置在基管管腔中的芯管部以及用于连接固定基管部和芯管部的连接板部;基管部两侧端的内壁上均设有内螺纹区;两个内螺纹区分居连接板部的两侧;芯管部的管壁上设有两组导向孔,该两组导向孔位于连接板部的两侧;各组导向孔包括多个导向滑孔;各导向滑孔沿芯管部径向贯穿芯管部的管壁;各套压爪组件包括多个压爪;各套压爪组件和相应一组导向孔适配;各压爪设有压板部和导向滑柱部;导向滑柱部从压板部上凸出形成,导向滑柱部的顶端设有一个受力斜面;各压爪的压板部位于芯管部的管腔中,导向滑柱部穿过相应一个导向滑孔伸出至芯管部的外侧,且位于基管部的管腔中;各套压爪组件中的压板部夹合形成一个用于夹紧电力线缆的夹线孔;两个压环分居连接板部的两侧,各压环和相应一套压爪组件适配;各压环包括设置在其内周壁上的锥形压接面和设置在压环外周壁上的外螺纹区;各压环的锥形压接面压接在各套压爪组件中压爪的受力斜面上,各压环的外螺纹区和基管部的内螺纹区适配;压板部的远离导向滑柱部的一端作为压板部的内壁,压板部的内壁上设有弧形槽;压环转动设置在芯管部的外周壁上;压环的内壁上设有和芯管部外周壁滑动邻接的圆形滑接面;压环的外周壁以及基管部的外周壁上均设有多个紧固槽;各压环沿着预设方向旋转时,通过锥形压接面推压相应一套压爪组件中压爪的受力斜面,使得各套压爪组件中的压板部向着芯管部的中心移动,从而夹紧位于夹线孔中的电力线缆;还包括位于芯管部管腔中的芯棒;芯棒的外周壁上设有四个弧形夹槽,各弧形夹槽沿芯管部轴向延伸,各弧形夹槽正对相应一个压爪内壁上的弧形槽设置;芯棒的外周壁上设有沿芯管部径向方向凸出的多个支撑定位凸板,芯管部的内周壁上设有多个定位滑槽,各支撑定位凸板的外侧端嵌置在相应一个定位滑槽中。
