Abstract
The invention discloses a driving method of a display panel, the display panel and a display device, wherein the driving method comprises the following steps: controlling the number of display frames to be output according to the gray scale data of a frame of picture to be displayed and the frame rate, and selecting a frame rate control table which corresponds to the gray scale data and has the same number with the number of the display frames from a pre-stored database; arranging and combining the selected frame rate control tables according to the pulling direction of each row of pixel data in the selected frame rate control tables to the common voltage, so that each row of pixel data in the combined frame rate control tables has no pulling direction to the common voltage; and dividing the area corresponding to the combined frame rate control table in the display panel, and driving the display panel to display the gray scale. The driving method provided by the embodiment of the invention performs optimal arrangement by using the selected frame rate control table combination mode, can reduce the pulling of the common voltage, further reduce the noise caused by pulling, improve the image quality and optimize the display effect.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of display technologies, and in particular, to a driving method of a display panel, a display panel and a display device.
Background
A Frame Rate Control (FRC) method is a type of gray scale display method that uses a plurality of frames, and performs gray scale expression by controlling column voltages for each Frame. The FRC algorithm simulates the effect of one frame of the original image with a plurality of frames of images to display more colors, and the perceived brightness is the accumulation of the plurality of frames due to the visual inertia of human eyes. Since the center of the common voltage VCOM of the Panel is affected by various factors such as temperature, pressure, etc., it cannot be guaranteed that the VCOM setting is always the optimum state. With higher and higher resolutions nowadays, the impact of such pulling on picture quality is also getting worse.
Therefore, how to reduce the pulling of the common voltage VCOM and optimize the display effect when the FRC is introduced is a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, embodiments of the present invention provide a driving method of a display panel, a display panel and a display device, which can reduce pulling of a common voltage, thereby reducing noise caused by pulling, improving image quality and optimizing display effect.
