Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for detecting the power interference resistance of a touch screen according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, which includes steps S01 to S02.
And step S01, scanning the touch screen by the controllable power supply interference signal according to a preset scanning mode, wherein the preset scanning mode is that the touch screen is scanned sequentially according to the sequence of signal amplitude from small to large, and each scanning is performed sequentially from the initial frequency within a preset frequency range.
Step S01 is inputting a controllable power interference signal to the touch screen from the lowest signal amplitude, and sequentially increasing its frequency from large to small in the preset frequency range, so that the touch screen receives a scanning signal with a certain signal amplitude and a continuously increasing frequency, when the touch screen receives all the frequencies in the preset frequency range, the signal amplitude of the controllable power interference signal is increased by one level, and then the frequency is sequentially increased from large to small in the preset frequency range again. Wherein the lowest signal amplitude is a preset value, and the initial frequency is the minimum frequency in the preset frequency range.
The controllable power supply interference signal is a sine wave interference signal and is an interference signal simulating an actual working power supply signal of the touch screen. The controllable power supply interference signal can be generated through the function signal generator, the generation process is that the relevant parameters of the power supply interference signal are generated to the function signal generator, the function signal generator can imitate the power supply interference signal according to the parameters, and the function signal generator can control the frequency and the amplitude of the generated interference signal, so that the controllable power supply interference signal can be generated.
It can be understood that the interference signal will interfere with the touch screen only when the frequency is the same as or close to the operating frequency of the touch screen, but if the amplitude of the interference signal is weak, although the frequency of the interference signal is within the frequency range of the interference touch screen, the touch screen will not work normally, so the capability of the touch screen against power interference is mainly expressed in how large the amplitude of the interference signal can be.
Although the interference signal is at the same or similar working frequency of the touch screen
Therefore, the preset frequency range is the value range of the working frequency of the touch screen, the general value range of the working frequency of the touch screen is between 50KHz and 500KHz, and the working frequency of the touch screen can be set to any value of between 50KHz and 500 KHz.
It should be noted that the interference signal is input to the touch screen through the grounding network of the touch screen.
And step S02, when the touch screen is detected to be incapable of working normally, recording the current signal amplitude and the current frequency of the controllable power supply interference signal.
The step of detecting that the touch screen cannot normally operate may be implemented according to the flowchart in fig. 2, please refer to fig. 2, which shows a flowchart of detecting that the touch screen cannot normally operate, including steps S11 to S12.
And step S11, acquiring the click position information and the corresponding induction position information of the touch screen.
The click position information is position information clicked on the touch screen by a user, the induction position information is position information which is correspondingly induced after the click position information is obtained, and under the normal condition of the touch screen, the click position information is consistent with the induction position information.
And step S12, when the click position information is judged to be inconsistent with the induction position information, detecting that the touch screen cannot work normally.
It can be understood that when it is determined that the click position information is inconsistent with the sensing position information, it indicates that a phenomenon of a point jump or a point false alarm occurs on the touch screen, and the touch screen cannot normally operate.
It should be noted that, in the step S02, when it is detected that the touch screen cannot normally operate, the first time when it is detected that the touch screen cannot normally operate is when the click position information is inconsistent with the sensing position information.
It can be understood that the amplitude of the interference signal is proportional to the intensity, that is, the larger the amplitude of the interference signal is, the larger the intensity of the interference is, so that the current signal amplitude recorded in step S02 is the maximum capability of the touch screen to resist power interference, when the touch screen normally works, a power supply higher than the current signal amplitude can be avoided, so that the phenomenon that the touch screen cannot normally work can be avoided, and the current frequency when the touch screen cannot normally work is recorded in step S02, which indicates that the working frequency set by the touch screen is close to the current frequency, when the touch screen normally works, the power supply with the working frequency close to the current frequency can be avoided, and further the phenomenon that the touch screen cannot normally work can be avoided.
In summary, in the method for detecting the power interference resistance of the touch screen, the touch screen is scanned by the controllable power interference signal according to a preset scanning mode, the preset scanning mode is that the touch screen is scanned sequentially according to the sequence of the signal amplitudes from small to large, and the scanning starts sequentially from the initial frequency within a preset frequency range every time, when the touch screen is detected to be incapable of working normally, the current signal amplitude and the current frequency of the controllable power interference signal are recorded, and the current signal amplitude recorded at this time is the strength of the maximum power interference signal which can be borne by the touch screen, namely, the power interference resistance is obtained.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a method for detecting the power interference resistance of a touch screen according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, which includes steps S21 to S24.
And step S21, scanning the touch screen by the controllable power supply interference signal according to a preset scanning mode, wherein the preset scanning mode is that the touch screen is scanned sequentially according to the sequence of signal amplitude from small to large, and each scanning is performed sequentially from the initial frequency within a preset frequency range.
And step S22, when the touch screen is detected to be incapable of working normally, recording the current signal amplitude and the current frequency of the controllable power supply interference signal.
It can be understood that the current signal amplitude and the current frequency recorded in the step S22 are recorded when the touch screen is detected to be incapable of working normally for the first time, and the current signal amplitude is the strength of the maximum power interference signal that the touch screen can bear, so that the step S22 has completed detecting the power interference resistance of the touch screen, and since the interference signal interferes with the touch screen when being the same as or close to the working frequency of the touch screen, the step S22 only finds out a frequency that causes the phenomenon that the touch screen cannot work normally, that is, the current frequency, and therefore it is also necessary to find out other frequencies that cause the phenomenon that the touch screen cannot work normally within the preset frequency range.
And step S23, scanning the controllable power supply interference signal of the current signal amplitude on the touch screen sequentially from the next frequency of the current frequency within the preset frequency range.
In step S23, a controllable power supply interference signal with the current signal amplitude is input to the touch screen, and its power is gradually increased from the next frequency of the current frequency within the preset frequency range, so that the touch screen receives a scanning signal. The purpose of step S23 is to input the frequency in the preset frequency range to the touch screen from the current frequency to the later frequency at the current amplitude, that is, to continuously input the frequency that is not input in step S22 to the touch screen at the current amplitude, so as to obtain all the frequencies that generate interference on the touch screen in the preset frequency range except the current frequency.
And step S24, recording the frequencies of all the controllable power supply interference signals of the current signal amplitude when the touch screen cannot work normally after the current frequency.
In the method for detecting the power interference resistance of the touch screen in this embodiment, through step S21 to step S24, on the one hand, the interference resistance of the touch screen can be detected, that is, the interference resistance of the touch screen is the current amplitude, and on the other hand, all frequencies that will interfere with the touch screen within the preset frequency range can be detected, so that during normal use, when the touch screen normally works, a power source lower than the current signal amplitude can be used, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that the touch screen cannot normally work, and at the same time, avoiding the use of the frequencies recorded in step S22 and step S24, further avoiding the phenomenon that the touch screen cannot normally work.

Further, the system 10 for detecting the power interference resistance of the touch screen further includes a second signal scanning module 15 and a second recording module 16.
