Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A control method of the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, includes: a casing 1, an outdoor fan 2, a louver member 3, a driver 6, and a controller (not shown).
Inject installation space in the shell 1, be equipped with air outlet 11 on the shell 1, outdoor fan 2 establishes in installation space, and outdoor fan 2's air-out end sets up towards air outlet 11. The shutter member 3 is movably provided on the housing 1 to open or close the outlet 11, the actuator 6 is provided on the housing 1, and the actuator 6 is connected to the shutter member 3 to drive the shutter member 3 to move. The louver member 3 includes a plurality of louvers 30, and the driver 6 controls an opening angle of at least some of the louvers 30, and the controller is electrically connected to the motor of the outdoor fan 2 and the driver 6.
It will be appreciated that the maximum opening angle of the louvres 30 is achieved when the louvres 30 are perpendicular to the plane of the outlet 11. However, when the louver 30 is opened at the maximum opening angle, the air outlet of the outdoor unit 100 is not always smooth. This is because, if the outdoor unit 100 is installed in a space of a building where a louver is installed, the air blown by the outdoor fan 2 is blocked not only by the louver members 3 of the outdoor unit 100 itself but also by the louver members on the building. The air-out resistance is big, is unfavorable for outdoor heat exchanger and the abundant heat transfer of air, also can waste too much consumption moreover.
Under such installation conditions, if the inclination angle of the louver blades 30 of the louver member 3 of the outdoor unit 100 is identical to the inclination angle of the louvers of the building, which is equivalent to the connection of the ventilation channels formed by the two louvers, the air outlet resistance of the outdoor unit 100 is small, and the air outlet amount is large. Certainly, when the existing outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner is installed, other obstacles blocking the air outlet may be encountered, and in order to ensure a large air outlet amount, the embodiment of the present invention provides the following solutions:
the louver boards 30 are driven by the driver 6 to move to different opening angles;
then, the controller obtains the operation power of the motor of the outdoor fan 2 when the louver boards 30 move to different opening angles, and the controller compares a plurality of operation powers to obtain the maximum value of the operation power;
finally, the controller via the drive 6 moves the blind slats 30 to the opening angle at which the operating power is at its maximum.
It should be noted that the power of the fan can be calculated by the current and voltage of the fan, and in general, the larger the power of the fan is, the larger the air volume is; on the contrary, if the power of the fan is smaller, the air volume is smaller.
Therefore, in the control method according to the embodiment of the present invention, detecting the operating power of the motor of the outdoor fan 2 at different opening angles of the louver 30 is equivalent to detecting the air output of the outdoor fan 2 at different opening angles of the louver 30. When the louver 30 moves to a certain angle, the power of the motor of the outdoor fan 2 is maximum, and the air output of the outdoor fan 2 is also maximum at this time. Therefore, the controller moves the louver 30 to the angle by the driver 6, so that the louver 30 is always kept at the angle with the maximum air output, thereby ensuring the maximum heat exchange efficiency of the outdoor unit 100.
The method for adjusting the opening angle of the louver boards 30 according to the power parameter of the motor of the outdoor fan 2 is not only suitable for the outdoor unit 100 to be installed in a building with louvers, but also suitable for the outdoor unit 100 to be installed in other buildings for blocking the outlet air, and has wide application range and high scheme feasibility.
According to the control method of the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner of the embodiment of the present invention, by detecting the motor power of the outdoor fan 2, at least some of the louver blades 30 of the louver are moved to the angle that keeps the maximum air output of the outdoor fan 2, so as to adjust the air output angle to the maximum air output position, thereby achieving the purposes of optimizing the heat exchange effect of the air conditioner and saving energy consumption.
In some embodiments, the controlling of the outdoor unit 100 includes the steps of:
s1: after the air conditioner is started, the outdoor fan 2 is started to operate, and the controller records the operating power P of the motor;
after the air conditioner is started, the driver 6 drives the louver boards 30 to open a set angle every interval of first set time, and the controller records the running power P of the corresponding motor of the louver boards 30 at each open angle;
s2: after the second set time when the air conditioner is started, the controller reads the maximum power PMAX in the recorded running power P and the opening angle of the louver 30 of the maximum power PMAX;
s3: the controller moves the blind slats 30 by the drive 6 to the opening angle at maximum power PMAX.
That is, after the air conditioner is turned on each time, the angle of the louver boards 30 is adjusted after the power of one round is tested, so that the louver boards 30 are readjusted to the position where the air output is large after the air conditioner is re-operated each time. Wherein, every interval first settlement time during motor power detects, the open angle adjustment of shutter plate 30 once, and this kind of test mode is simpler, realizes easily.
Here, there are various structural forms of the blind assembly, and thus there are various ways of angularly adjusting the louver plates 30 of the blind assembly when testing power.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the slats 30 include horizontal slats 31 and vertical slats 32, with the horizontal slats 31 extending in a horizontal direction and the vertical slats 32 extending in a vertical direction.
In the example of fig. 1 to 4, a bracket 4 is provided on a casing 1 of an outdoor unit 100, the bracket 4 is sleeved on an outlet 11, and a louver member 3 is installed on the bracket 4, wherein the louver member 3 includes a plurality of louvers 30, and each louver 30 is rotatably provided on the bracket 4. The support 4 is the rectangle frame, and horizontal shutter 31 is a plurality of, and a plurality of horizontal shutter 31 parallel arrangement, and a plurality of horizontal shutter 31 are on a parallel with the horizontal limit of rectangle frame. The vertical blind slats 32 are also multiple, and the multiple vertical blind slats 32 are arranged in parallel, and the multiple vertical blind slats 32 are parallel to the vertical side of the rectangular frame.
As can be seen from fig. 4, the support 4 is further provided with a vertical angle adjusting connecting rod 41, the vertical angle adjusting connecting rod 41 is connected with the plurality of horizontal louvers 31, the vertical angle adjusting connecting rod 41 can move along the vertical direction, and when the vertical angle adjusting connecting rod 41 moves, the plurality of horizontal louvers 31 can be driven to rotate, so that the air guide angle of the plurality of horizontal louvers 31 in the vertical direction can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 3, the driver 6 further includes a first driver 61 for controlling all the horizontal louvers 31 to rotate, the first driver 61 is connected to the vertical angle adjusting link 41, and the first driver 61 is used for driving the vertical angle adjusting link 41 to move up and down. Alternatively, the first driver 61 may be a motor. When the first driver 61 is a motor, a lead screw-nut mechanism may be connected between the motor and the vertical angle adjusting link 41, so that the rotation of the motor shaft is converted into the vertical movement of the vertical angle adjusting link 41. Of course, the first actuator 61 may be a cylinder or the like, and the movement of the vertical angle adjusting link 41 may be directly driven by the expansion and contraction of a cylinder rod.
As can be seen from fig. 4, the support 4 is further provided with a horizontal angle adjusting connecting rod 42, the horizontal angle adjusting connecting rod 42 is connected with the plurality of vertical louver boards 32, the horizontal angle adjusting connecting rod 42 can move along the horizontal direction, and when the horizontal angle adjusting connecting rod 42 moves, the plurality of vertical louver boards 32 can be driven to rotate, so that the air guide angle of the left direction and the right direction of the plurality of vertical louver boards 32 can be adjusted.
As shown in FIG. 3, the driver 6 further includes a second driver 62 for controlling the rotation of all the vertical slats 32, the second driver 62 is connected to the horizontal angle adjustment link 42, and the second driver 62 is used for driving the left and right movement of the horizontal angle adjustment link 42. Alternatively, the second driver 62 may be a motor. When the second driver 62 is a motor, a lead screw-nut mechanism may be connected between the motor and the horizontal angle adjusting link 42, so that the rotation of the motor shaft is converted into the horizontal movement of the horizontal angle adjusting link 42. Of course, the second actuator 62 may be a component such as an air cylinder, and the movement of the horizontal angle adjusting link 42 may be directly driven by the expansion and contraction of a rod of the air cylinder.
In this embodiment, a damper 5 may be connected to the rotating shaft of the louver 30, as shown in fig. 5, the damper 5 may utilize damping characteristics to damp the vibration of the louver 30 during rotation, so as to ensure that the louver 30 can rotate smoothly under the driving of the driver 6.
As can be seen in fig. 1 and 2, the horizontal slats 31 are located outside the vertical slats 32 in this embodiment. In fig. 2, when the air conditioner is turned off, each horizontal louver 31 is adjusted to be parallel to the plane of the air outlet 11, and the plurality of horizontal louvers 31 are sequentially connected to close the air outlet 11. The opening angle of the plurality of vertical slats 32 at this time may not be particularly limited. In fig. 1, after the air conditioner is turned on, when each horizontal louver 31 rotates to be perpendicular to the plane of the air outlet 11, the opening angle of the horizontal louver 31 is the largest; when each vertical louver 32 is rotated to be perpendicular to the plane of the outlet 11, the opening angle of the vertical louver 32 is also maximized.
In this embodiment, since the opening angle of the horizontal louver 31 and the opening angle of the vertical louver 32 are adjustable, the adjustment of the louver 30 in this embodiment is various. For example, when the angle is adjusted at intervals of the first set time, the opening angle of the horizontal louver 31 and the opening angle of the vertical louver 32 are adjusted; it is also possible to adjust the opening angle of only one of the horizontal louver 31 and the vertical louver 32 at every first set time.
In any configuration of the slats 30, the set angle may be gradually decreased as the opening angle of the slats 30 is gradually increased in step S1. That is, as the opening angle of the louver 30 is closer to the maximum opening angle, the angular change width is smaller at the time of the angle adjustment. For example, the opening angle of the louver 30 is in the interval of 0 ° to 30 °, and the amplitude of each angle adjustment (i.e. the set angle) is 10 °; the opening angle of the louver 30 is in the interval of 30 degrees to 60 degrees, and the amplitude of each angle adjustment (namely the set angle) is 5 degrees; the opening angle of the louver 30 is in the interval of 60 ° to 90 °, and the magnitude of each angle adjustment (i.e., the set angle) is 2 °. The adjusting mode accords with most air conditioner installation conditions, and the detection time can be shortened.
Here, the magnitude of the angular adjustment is not limited every time the louver 30 is rotated, and the interval time between every two angular adjustments (i.e., the first setting time) and the total time required for the entire test (i.e., the second setting time) are not particularly limited.
In this embodiment, after the driver 6 rotates the louver 30 to the opening angle at the maximum operating power, the compressor of the air conditioner is turned on. That is to say, after the air conditioner is started, the outdoor fan 2 is started and the air outlet 11 is opened firstly, when the opening angle of the louver boards 30 on the air outlet 11 is most beneficial to air outlet, the compressor starts to operate, the refrigerant in the air conditioner starts to flow, and therefore when the outdoor heat exchanger has the refrigerant to flow, the outdoor heat exchanger and the ambient air can achieve the environment state of sufficient heat exchange.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the air conditioner is turned on, the horizontal louver 31 and the vertical louver 32 are rotated by an angle every 2 seconds, and a P value and an angular position of the louver 30 are recorded; after three minutes, the recorded maximum power PMAX and the angular position of the louver 30 are read, and the horizontal louver 31 and the vertical louver 32 are operated to the position, and then the compressor is started.
Of course, in the angle adjustment according to the embodiment of the present invention, after the angle of the louver 30 with the largest air output is compared, the influence of factors such as the season and the weather on the air output of the outdoor unit 100 may be properly considered.
For example, in some embodiments, when the air conditioner is heating, the controller adjusts the opening angle of the louvres 30 at the maximum operating power down by a first preset angle. It can be understood that, when air conditioning is performed, the outdoor heat exchanger is in a cooling state, and the temperature of the airflow blown out from the outdoor unit 100 is lower than that of the external environment, so that the airflow blown out from the outdoor unit tends to sink gradually during the air conditioning heating, and thus the opening angle of the louver plates 30 can be adjusted downward by a certain degree compared to the maximum air output.
Also, in some embodiments, when the air conditioner is cooling, the controller adjusts the opening angle of the louver 30 at the maximum operating power by a second preset angle. It can be understood that, when air conditioning is performed, the outdoor heat exchanger is in a heating state, and the temperature of the air flow blown out from the outdoor unit 100 is higher than that of the external environment, so that the air flow blown out from the outdoor unit tends to gradually rise during air conditioning, and therefore, the opening angle of the louver plates 30 can be adjusted up by a certain degree compared with the maximum air output.
Specifically, in the example of fig. 1 to 4, when the air conditioner is operated for heating in winter, the outdoor unit blows cold air, the cold air sinks, and when the air conditioner receives a heating instruction, the opening angle of the horizontal louver 31 may be shifted downward by 30 °; when the air conditioner operates for refrigeration in summer, the outdoor unit blows hot air, the hot air rises, and when the air conditioner receives a refrigeration instruction, the opening angle of the horizontal louver boards 31 can be inclined upwards by 30 degrees. Of course, in application, the first preset angle and the second preset angle may be designed according to actual needs.
According to the control method of the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner of the embodiment of the invention, the outdoor unit 100 can be well adapted in any installation environment, the heat exchange efficiency of the outdoor heat exchanger is high, and the operation effect of the air conditioner is good.
