Abstract
The invention discloses a tipping bucket type initial rainwater drainage device, which comprises a box body (4), a water inlet pipe (1), a drainage pipe (2), a rainwater pipe (3) and a tipping bucket (5), wherein the water inlet pipe (1) is arranged on the top surface of the box body (4), the tipping bucket (5) is arranged in the box body (4) below the water inlet pipe (1), one side wall at the bottom of the box body (4) is provided with the rainwater pipe (3), and the other side wall opposite to the rainwater pipe (3) is provided with the drainage pipe (2); a rotating shaft (7) is arranged at the bottom edge of the side wall of the box body where the rainwater pipe (3) is positioned, the bottom edge of the tipping bucket (5) is fixed on the rotating shaft (7), and a water discarding hole (9) is formed in the tipping bucket wall facing the water discarding pipe (2); the side wall of the box body where the rainwater pipe (3) is positioned is provided with a heterogenic magnet which is attracted with the tipping bucket wall magnet (6). The invention has the advantages that: can effectively separate the initial rainwater from the middle and later rainwater, and has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, no electric control part, small occupied area and no need of manual operation.

Background
China is a country with water resource shortage and serious water pollution, and the collection and the utilization of rainwater are necessary choices. The rainfall quality is greatly different in different stages of rainfall duration due to the influence of factors such as atmosphere, underlying surface and the like, and the initial runoff rainwater contains a large amount of pollutants, so that the pollution degree of the rainwater in the middle and later stages is low. In order to collect rainwater with better water quality, the difficulty and the cost for treating the rainwater are reduced, the pollution of the initial rainwater to water bodies is reduced, the initial rainwater is generally directly discharged into a sewage pipeline and is sent to a sewage plant for treatment, and the middle-stage and later-stage rainwater is collected and utilized.
The existing initial rainwater discarding device is divided into automatic discarding and mechanical discarding according to a power source; the device can be divided into various types such as positive displacement type, semi-positive displacement type, cyclone separation type, turnover type, switching type, flow type, rainfall type and the like according to the flow discarding principle. These initial rainwater drainage devices each have the following disadvantages: the cyclone separation type, turning plate type, switching type and other automatic flow discarding devices and the flow type mechanical flow discarding devices cannot collect the late-stage rainwater, so that the rainwater collection efficiency is low; the volume type and semi-volume type rainwater drainage devices have large occupied area and need to manually drain and discard a drainage pool; the rain and flow mechanical flow discarding device has high cost, high management and maintenance cost and needs to consume electric energy.

Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the tipping bucket type initial rainwater drainage device which can effectively separate initial rainwater from middle and later rainwater, and has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, no electric control part, small occupied area and no need of manual operation.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by the technical scheme that the invention comprises a box body, a water inlet pipe, a drainage pipe, a rainwater pipe and a tipping bucket, wherein the water inlet pipe is arranged on the top surface of the box body, the tipping bucket is arranged in the box body below the water inlet pipe, and the tipping bucket is a triangular bucket with an upward opening; a rainwater pipe is arranged on one side wall of the bottom of the box body, and a flow discarding pipe is arranged on the other side wall opposite to the rainwater pipe; the bottom edge of the side wall of the box body where the rainwater pipe is positioned is provided with a rotating shaft, two ends of the rotating shaft are provided with spring devices, the edge of the bottom of the tipping bucket is fixed on the rotating shaft, and a water discarding hole is formed in the tipping bucket wall facing the water discarding pipe; the magnet is arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the tipping bucket wall close to the rainwater pipe, and the opposite magnet attracted with the tipping bucket wall magnet is arranged on the side wall of the box body where the rainwater pipe is positioned.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the following technical effects: the two states of draining the initial rainwater and collecting the middle and later rainwater are freely switched by utilizing the weight of the initial rainwater, the restoring force of the rotating shaft winding device and the magnetic force of the magnet, and the device has the advantages of no electric control device, high reliability, small occupied area, simple structure and high rainwater collecting rate; and the device has small volume and can be arranged at the lower part of a rainwater collecting main pipe or a rainwater grate.

as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the invention comprises a box body 4, a water inlet pipe 1, a drainage pipe 2, a rainwater pipe 3 and a tipping bucket 5, wherein the water inlet pipe 1 is arranged on the top surface of the box body 4, the tipping bucket 5 is arranged in the box body 4 below the water inlet pipe 1, and the tipping bucket 5 is a triangular bucket with an upward opening; a rainwater pipe 3 is arranged on one side wall of the bottom of the box body 4, and a drainage pipe 2 is arranged on the other side wall opposite to the rainwater pipe 3; the bottom edge of the side wall of the box body where the rainwater pipe 3 is positioned is provided with a rotating shaft 7, two ends of the rotating shaft 7 are provided with a clockwork spring device 8, the bottom edge of the tipping bucket 5 is fixed on the rotating shaft 7, and the tipping bucket wall facing the waste flow pipe 2 is provided with a waste water hole 9; the magnet 6 is arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the tipping bucket wall close to the rainwater pipe 3, and the opposite magnet attracted with the tipping bucket wall magnet 6 is arranged on the side wall of the box body where the rainwater pipe 3 is positioned.
The number, size and position of the drainage holes 9 are determined according to the specific conditions of the local rainwater amount, and the drainage holes 9 can enable part of the initial rainwater to flow out of the drainage holes before reaching the maximum volume of the tipping bucket.
The working process of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, before the beginning of rainfall, the tipping bucket 5 is kept in an upright state under the magnetic force of the magnet 6, the rainfall initial stage has small rainwater runoff, the rainwater flows into the tipping bucket 5 from the water inlet pipe 1, and then flows into the drainage pipe 2 from the drainage hole 9 on the tipping bucket 5; when the rainfall entering the tipping bucket 5 is larger than the rainfall flowing out of the drainage hole 9, the water level in the tipping bucket 5 gradually rises, the gravity center of the tipping bucket 5 gradually moves leftwards, when the rainfall in the tipping bucket 5 reaches the maximum volume of the tipping bucket 5, the weight of the rainwater and the gravity of the tipping bucket 5 are larger than the magnetic force of the magnet 6, and the tipping bucket 5 overturns around the rotating shaft 7.
As shown in fig. 2, the tipping bucket 5 is turned over to open the rainwater pipe 3, close the drainage pipe 2, and simultaneously the springs in the spring devices 8 at the two ends of the rotating shaft 7 are screwed. At this time, all of the initial rainwater in the dump bucket 5 flows into the reject pipe 2, and the impact of the rainwater on the dump bucket 5 adds a gravity of the dump bucket 5 to the spring restoring force, so that the dump bucket 5 cannot return to the upright state. Because the spring restoring force is slightly larger than the self weight of the tipping bucket 5, when the rainfall is reduced to the moment that the impact force of rainwater on the tipping bucket 5 and the self weight of the tipping bucket 5 are smaller than the spring restoring force, namely, the runoff of the rainwater is almost stopped, the spring restoring force drives the tipping bucket 5 to rotate to restore to a certain angle, and the attractive force of the magnet 6 restores the original position of the tipping bucket 5.

A tipping bucket type initial rainwater discarding device is characterized in that: the device comprises a box body (4), a water inlet pipe (1), a waste flow pipe (2), a rainwater pipe (3) and a tipping bucket (5), wherein the water inlet pipe (1) is arranged on the top surface of the box body (4), the tipping bucket (5) is arranged in the box body (4) below the water inlet pipe (1), and the tipping bucket (5) is a triangular bucket with an upward opening; a rainwater pipe (3) is arranged on one side wall of the bottom of the box body (4), and a waste flow pipe (2) is arranged on the other side wall opposite to the rainwater pipe (3); a rotating shaft (7) is arranged at the bottom edge of the side wall of the box body where the rainwater pipe (3) is positioned, spring devices (8) are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft (7), the bottom edge of the tipping bucket (5) is fixed on the rotating shaft (7), and a water discarding hole (9) is formed in the tipping bucket wall facing the water discarding pipe (2); the magnet (6) is arranged on the outer side of the upper part of the tipping bucket wall close to the rainwater pipe (3), and the opposite magnet attracted with the tipping bucket wall magnet (6) is arranged on the side wall of the box body where the rainwater pipe (3) is positioned.
