6. A drying and washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first drum is located below the second drum, and the first drum has a volume greater than that of the second drum.
7. A drying and washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the condenser is a water-cooled condenser.
8. A drying and washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the air outlet of the condenser is provided with an impeller.
