7. The suspension apparatus of claim 3, wherein a support block surrounding the plastic member is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the plastic member, and an end of the elastic member abuts against the support block.

The suspension device for a washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the support block is formed to be inclined toward the support member in a direction extending away from the outer circumferential surface of the plastic member, an end of the elastic member is fitted in a fitting groove formed by the support block and the plastic member, and a surface of the support block facing the side of the suspension leg is formed to have a spherical shape.
9. A suspension arrangement for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 8, wherein the plastics member comprises two sub-plastics members, each extending along the axis of the suspension rod, and arranged in a direction around the suspension rod, the two sub-plastics members abutting to form the plastics member.
10. A hanger for a washing machine as claimed in claim 9 wherein the two sub-plastics members are provided with a catch and a catch, the catch on one of the two sub-plastics members engaging with the catch on the other.
11. A suspension for a washing machine as claimed in claim 10, wherein the catch and catch are formed on a surface of one of the sub-plastics parts for abutment with the other sub-plastics part.
12. A suspension for a washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the two sub-plastic members are of the same shape and size.
13. The suspension apparatus for a washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the friction member is one of felt, rubber and plastic.
14. A suspension device for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the resilient member is a spring.
15. A washing machine comprising:
a box body;
the washing barrel is arranged in the box body;
a suspension device for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 14, the suspension leg of the suspension device being connected to an upper portion of the cabinet, the damper of the suspension device being lower than the suspension leg and being connected to the washing tub.
