Abstract
本发明提供了一种在线贵重金属回收设备,适用于水溶性溶液中回收贵重金属领域,包括至少一个密闭式管状的电解杯、至少一个脉冲整流器、至少一个循环泵,所述电解杯与所述脉冲整流器电气连接,所述循环泵与所述电解杯通过管道连接。借此,本发明通过改进电极的结构,并对回收设备中的金属离子溶液加以控制,实现减少金属离子的回收时间、均匀了金属离子在电解杯内的分布、回收处理得更彻底,可靠性更高。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及水溶性溶液中回收贵重金属技术领域,尤其涉及一种在线贵重金属回收设备。
背景技术
[0002] 现有的现有铜回收采用长方体电解槽加平板型阴极设计,另配置传统可控硅直流整流器作为电源。有如下缺陷:1.传统电解槽阴阳极之间的距离大,通常达到8〜10英寸,电流密度小于200A/M2,金属离子的回收时间很长;2.传统电解槽阴阳极采用平板型设计,电力线分布不均匀,电解回收之金属层厚度不均匀,易产生边缘效应;3.传统电解槽电解液采用空气搅拌或栗浦循环搅拌,只是针对整个电解槽的金属离子进行均匀性调节,浓度较低难以在后期快速增加废液中的金属离子浓度,导致效率低下,可靠性不足。
[0003]综上可知,现有技术在实际使用上显然存在不便与缺陷,所以有必要加以改进。
发明内容
[0004] 针对上述的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种在线贵重金属回收设备,其目的在于减少金属离子的回收时间、均匀了金属离子在电解杯内的分布、回收处理得更彻底,可靠性更高。
[0005] 为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种在线贵重金属回收设备,包括至少一个密闭式管状的电解杯、至少一个脉冲整流器、至少一个循环栗,所述电解杯与所述脉冲整流器电气连接,所述循环栗与所述电解杯通过管道连接。
[0006] 根据本发明所述在线贵重金属回收设备,还包括至少一个存储待回收的包含贵重金属离子的水溶液的储液桶,所述储液桶与所述循环栗、所述电解杯通过管道连接,水溶液在所述循环栗的动力输送下经所述管道在所述储液桶、所述电解杯中循环流动;所述脉冲整流器的正极与所述电解杯的阳极通过导线电连接,所述脉冲整流器的负极与所述电解杯的阴极通过导线电连接。
[0007] 根据本发明所述在线贵重金属回收设备,所述电解杯竖直设立,所述循环栗处于工作状态,水溶液通过所述电解杯的底部进入内部,再经过上部流出回到所述储液桶。
[0008] 根据本发明所述在线贵重金属回收设备,包括若干个模组化装配结构的所述电解杯,以适配不同处理量及不同浓度的水溶液。
[0009] 根据本发明所述在线贵重金属回收设备,所述阳极为内置在所述电解杯中的柱状的阳极,所述阴极为金属管制成的阴极,所述电解杯第一端设置有上盖,在第二端设置有底座。
[0010] 根据本发明所述在线贵重金属回收设备,所述阴极为耐腐蚀的钛及钛合金制成的金属管。
[0011] 根据本发明所述在线贵重金属回收设备,所述阳极为耐腐蚀的不锈钢制成的钢管。
[0012] 根据本发明所述在线贵重金属回收设备,所述上盖为聚氯乙烯或聚丙烯制作的块体,所述底座为聚氯乙烯或聚丙烯材质制作的块体。

[0018] 为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种在线贵重金属回收设备100,结合图示说明,如图1所示,本发明提供的在线贵重金属回收设备100,包括至少一个密闭式管状的电解杯
10、至少一个脉冲整流器40、至少一个循环栗30,电解杯10与脉冲整流器40电气连接,循环栗30与电解杯10通过管道连接,脉冲整流器40,为整个电解回收过程提供直流电源,电解杯10则为实际发生溶液电解过程的内部空间,这其中的水溶液又叫电解液。
[0019] 更好的是,本发明所述在线贵重金属回收设备100,还包括至少一个存储待回收的包含贵重金属离子的水溶液的储液桶20,储液桶20与循环栗30、电解杯10通过管道连接,水溶液在循环栗30的动力输送下经所述管道在储液桶20、电解杯10中循环流动;脉冲整流器40的正极与电解杯10的阳极通过导线9电连接,脉冲整流器40的负极与电解杯10的阴极通过导线9电连接。循环栗30最好是足够大的动力,可以做到快速搅拌电解杯10中的水溶液。
[0020] 优选的是所述在线贵重金属回收设备100,电解杯10竖直设立,循环栗30处于工作状态,水溶液通过电解杯10的底部进入内部,再经过上部流出回到所述储液桶。
[0021] 通过采用密闭式管状的电解杯10、脉冲整流器40和循环栗30的结构,并且该电解杯10为模组化设计,可根据具体情况设置多套装置,以使用不同处理量及不同浓度的水溶液的回收;密闭式管状的电解杯10有利于电力线的均匀分布,防止边缘效应的产生;密闭式管状电解杯10较平板电解系统的电流密度(一般约180A/M2)大大提高,可达到850A/M2;密闭式管状电解杯10内电解液配合循环栗,采用下进上出设计,增大了单位时间的输液量,配合脉冲整流器,可有效回收处理低浓度的电解液;密闭式管状电解杯10采用密闭设计,电解过程中无酸气扩散的问题;此系统可用于含贵重金属离子废液回收及在线回收处理。
[0022] 在其它实施例中,在线贵重金属回收设备100包括若干个模组化装配结构的电解杯10,以适配不同处理量及不同浓度的水溶液。并联越多的电解杯10就能带来越多的处理方式,单位时间处理的流量可以大更多,对于不同的金属离子的溶液,电解杯10的电流、电压等参数可以适应调整。
[0023] 本实施例中所述在线贵重金属回收设备100,阳极2为内置在电解杯10中的柱状的阳极,更好的是圆柱形的金属制成,阴极I为金属管制成的阴极,优选的是圆管,电解杯10第一端设置有上盖7,在第二端设置有底座8。优选的是,阴极I为耐腐蚀的钛及钛合金制成的金属管,以及阳极2为耐腐蚀的不锈钢制成的钢管,优选的是圆柱形的钢管,且钢管优选的是316号不锈钢制成,当然阳极2也可以是钢柱。
[0024] 更好的是,所述上盖为聚氯乙烯(PVC)或聚丙烯(PP)制作的块体,所述底座为聚氯乙稀(PVC,Polyvinyl chloride)或聚丙稀(PP,Polypropylene)材质制作的块体。
[0025] 更好的是所述在线贵重金属回收设备100,还包括至少一个取出电解杯10中析出后的贵重金属的治具。通过循环栗30从储液桶20中将电解液抽取,经过5金属制管状的电解杯10,最后流回储液桶20;
[0026] 以铜离子水溶液为例进行阐述,整个系统的工作流程为,由循环栗30从储液桶20中将电解液抽取,经过金属制管状的电解杯10,在脉冲整流器40为打开的状态下,含贵重金属离子废液在电解杯10的阳极和电解杯10的阴极上发生电解反应,金属离子在电解杯10的阴极上沉积,经回收处理后的溶液流回储液桶20。打开电解杯10上盖,即可使用治具,即可取出回收后的贵重金属;
[0027] 优选的是,所述脉冲整流器40与电解杯10的连接的所述导线9包括铜排外套防腐热缩管或多芯软电缆。
[0028] 本发明在线贵重金属回收设备目的是通过改进电解法从含贵重金属离子的水性溶液中回收贵重金属,能够在不添加任何药品的情况下电解析出贵重金属的方法。而采用管状的电解杯10时,通常电流可达到700A/M2,甚至更高,如此,可减少金属离子的回收时间;管状的电解杯10的阴阳极为圆形结构,电力线分布均匀,同时通过循环栗30循环电解液,更加均匀了金属离子在电解杯内的分布。管状的电解杯10内的电解液是通过循环栗30输送而来,通过增大循环栗30的流量,相当于增加电解杯单位时间内的金属离子的浓度,因此,对于电解液之金属离子回收处理得更彻底,可靠性更高。

Claims (10)
1.一种在线贵重金属回收设备,其特征在于,包括至少一个密闭式管状的电解杯、至少一个脉冲整流器、至少一个循环栗,所述电解杯与所述脉冲整流器电气连接,所述循环栗与所述电解杯通过管道连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述在线贵重金属回收设备,其特征在于,还包括至少一个存储待回收的包含贵重金属离子的水溶液的储液桶,所述储液桶与所述循环栗、所述电解杯通过管道连接,水溶液在所述循环栗的动力输送下经所述管道在所述储液桶、所述电解杯中循环流动;所述脉冲整流器的正极与所述电解杯的阳极通过导线电连接,所述脉冲整流器的负极与所述电解杯的阴极通过导线电连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述在线贵重金属回收设备,其特征在于,所述电解杯竖直设立,所述循环栗处于工作状态,水溶液通过所述电解杯的底部进入内部,再经过上部流出回到所述储液桶。
4.根据权利要求2所述在线贵重金属回收设备,其特征在于,包括若干个模组化装配结构的所述电解杯,以适配不同处理量及不同浓度的水溶液。
5.根据权利要求2所述在线贵重金属回收设备,其特征在于,所述阳极为内置在所述电解杯中的柱状的阳极,所述阴极为金属管制成的阴极,所述电解杯第一端设置有上盖,在第二端设置有底座。
6.根据权利要求5所述在线贵重金属回收设备,其特征在于,所述阴极为耐腐蚀的钛及钛合金制成的金属管。
7.根据权利要求5所述在线贵重金属回收设备,其特征在于,所述阳极为耐腐蚀的不锈钢制成的钢管。
8.根据权利要求5所述在线贵重金属回收设备,其特征在于,所述上盖为聚氯乙烯或聚丙烯制作的块体,所述底座为聚氯乙烯或聚丙烯材质制作的块体。
9.根据权利要求2所述在线贵重金属回收设备,其特征在于,还包括至少一个取出所述电解杯中析出后的贵重金属的治具。
