本发明公开了一种阻燃橡胶配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:氯磺化聚乙烯40‑70份、氯化聚乙烯20‑30份、碳酸钙20‑30份、环烷油10‑25份、硫化剂2‑4份、白炭黑1‑4份、增强填料5‑8份、氢氧化铝5‑10份、二氧化硅1‑6份和硬脂酸1‑2份。本发明具有天然橡胶的优良性能,改善单一橡胶的缺点,且在遇热时会反应生成结晶水,吸收热量,起到阻燃的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,具体是一种阻燃橡胶配方。
背景技术
通常,人们对于阻燃橡胶的认识是在一般燃烧条件下,橡胶不燃烧而已 , 其实这是一种误解。因为 , 不存在所谓一般的燃烧条件。聚合物产品不可能以某种形式阻止燃烧, 所能做到的仅是改变其燃烧方式。如果将聚合物置于足够长的时间 , 足够高的温度和足够多的氧气条件下燃烧 , 则任何防火措施都将是无效的。
因此 , 当火燃烧起来以后 , 橡胶不可避免地也要燃烧。所谓阻燃是指橡胶延缓着火的时间 , 降低火焰传播速度和离开火源后能迅速自行熄灭的能力。一般 , 它用氧指数来表示 , 氧指数越高 , 阻燃性能越好。通常认为 , 氧指数超过 27% 为自熄性材料;低于该数值为易燃材料;而氧指数更高者则为难燃材料。如聚丙烯的氧指数为 17%, 在空气中即可燃烧。橡胶配方工作者的任务局限于改变着火条件、减慢火焰蔓延的速度和抑制火势增长的势头。

本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃橡胶配方,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种阻燃橡胶配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:氯磺化聚乙烯40-70份、氯化聚乙烯20-30份、碳酸钙20-30份、环烷油10-25份、硫化剂2-4份、白炭黑1-4份、增强填料5-8份、氢氧化铝5-10份、二氧化硅1-6份和硬脂酸1-2份。
上述一种阻燃橡胶配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:氯磺化聚乙烯40-68份、氯化聚乙烯20-28份、碳酸钙20-28份、环烷油10-24份、硫化剂2-3份、白炭黑1-3份、增强填料5-7份、氢氧化铝5-8份、二氧化硅1-5份和硬脂酸1-1.8份。
上述一种阻燃橡胶配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:氯磺化聚乙烯55份、氯化聚乙烯25份、碳酸钙25份、环烷油18份、硫化剂3份、白炭黑2.5份、增强填料6份、氢氧化铝8份、二氧化硅4份和硬脂酸1.5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明具有天然橡胶的优良性能,改善单一橡胶的缺点,且在遇热时会反应生成结晶水,吸收热量,起到阻燃的效果。

一种阻燃橡胶配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:氯磺化聚乙烯70份、氯化聚乙烯30份、碳酸钙30份、环烷油25份、硫化剂4份、白炭黑4份、增强填料8份、氢氧化铝10份、二氧化硅6份和硬脂酸2份。
实施例3
一种阻燃橡胶配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:氯磺化聚乙烯55份、氯化聚乙烯25份、碳酸钙25份、环烷油18份、硫化剂3份、白炭黑2.5份、增强填料6份、氢氧化铝8份、二氧化硅4份和硬脂酸1.5份。
本发明具有天然橡胶的优良性能,改善单一橡胶的缺点,且在遇热时会反应生成结晶水,吸收热量,起到阻燃的效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种阻燃橡胶配方,其特征在于,按照重量份由以下原料组成:氯磺化聚乙烯40-68份、氯化聚乙烯20-28份、碳酸钙20-28份、环烷油10-24份、硫化剂2-3份、白炭黑1-3份、增强填料5-7份、氢氧化铝5-8份、二氧化硅1-5份和硬脂酸1-1.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种阻燃橡胶配方,其特征在于,按照重量份由以下原料组成:氯磺化聚乙烯55份、氯化聚乙烯25份、碳酸钙25份、环烷油18份、硫化剂3份、白炭黑2.5份、增强填料6份、氢氧化铝8份、二氧化硅4份和硬脂酸1.5份。
