本发明涉及一种烟渣生物肥料的制备方法。
背景技术
一种烟渣生物肥料的制备方法涉及到生物工程领域,由于我国的烟草工业特别发 达,但每天全国各地的烟草公司遗留的烟渣无法及时处理,各地的卷烟厂每年处理烟渣的 劳动力与成本在不断增加,而且处理烟渣的特殊保密场地也十分困难,徐州卷烟厂等单位 从 2000 年代起利用废烟渣转化为生物肥料与生物农药和植物激素及土壤改良剂进行无害 化处理,经福建省顺昌文华生物工程研究所,安徽省砀山生物工程研究所,武夷山市文华茶 叶科技研发中心,福建省将乐县黄潭红边林木专业合作社,浙江省嵊县甘霖小汕植物激素 厂,中国绿色食品实业有限公司等单位试用效果特别好,达到联合国粮农组织和卫生组织规定的无公害标准,工艺简单,无废气,无废水,无废渣等环境影响。
发明内容
本发明提供一种烟渣生物肥料的制备方法,工艺简单,无废气,无废水,无废渣等环境影响。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种烟渣生物肥料的制备方法的特征是由烟渣或烟渣筒粉碎至 70 目,常温下混 入“热带假丝酵菌”,“米曲霉”的菌种,待自然升温到 70℃以上发酵,温度回降到 20-25℃时 加入“枯草芽孢杆菌”,“胶冻样芽孢杆菌”的菌种培养 10 天以上,其工艺流程是烟渣粉碎→ 混入菌种→常温发酵→转化为生物肥料。
由于烟渣含有少量“尼古丁”对蚜虫和根线虫及韭蛆具有特别好防治作用,因此有 配套的防治地上与地下害虫辅助作用,同时具备解 P,解 K,解重金属,解农药等配套作用, 改造土壤肥力等综合作用,添加 1%的“溃疡灵”与“硅藻土”达到每克 2 亿以上的有益菌, 试用废烟渣为主要原料生产的生物肥料应用与茶叶和蔬菜瓜果的田间生产上,菜园基本上 不生长杂草,其大部份杂草种子已被枯草芽孢杆菌控制,在“韭蛆”等地下害虫暴发之前已 被“尼古丁”等长期控制与驱赶,可以不使用农药,节省大量的劳力和抵抗农药超标的风险, 也是一种烟草企业对烟渣绿色环保的处理新方法。
