Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile brake pedal, and belongs to the technical field of automobile accessories.
Background
The principle of the braking system is to create a great friction force to convert the kinetic energy of the vehicle into heat energy. Most small vehicles currently use hydraulic braking because the fluid is almost incompressible and can transmit almost 100% of the power. The basic principle is that the driver depresses the brake pedal, applies pressure to the brake fluid in the master cylinder via the brake link, the fluid transfers the pressure to the piston of each wheel brake caliper via the brake fluid line, and the piston drives the brake caliper to clamp the brake disc, thereby generating a large friction force to slow the vehicle.
The brake pedal is one of the most important components during operation of the vehicle. The brake pedal of most vehicles today does not have a fixed standard. In a general automobile design, the distance L between a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal is about 7-10 cm. When the driver drives the vehicle, the right foot rotates around the heel to control the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal, and the rotation angle is about 45 degrees.
For a typical vehicle, the brake pedal is a certain height difference from the accelerator pedal. Taking the Ford Fox model as an example (a model is taken as an example), the brake pedal is 11cm away from the bottom plate in a relaxed state, and is 7.5cm away from the bottom plate in a compressed state. The accelerator pedal is 6cm from the base plate in the relaxed state. The effective stroke of the brake pedal is 3.5cm, and the space below the brake pedal is about 7cm idle. The existing brake pedal has some defects in the use process, possibly causes accidents, and causes loss to personal safety and property safety: first, when an emergency is encountered during the running of the vehicle, and emergency braking is required, the driver's sole may be caught on the right side of the brake pedal and cannot brake immediately when moving from the accelerator pedal to the brake pedal. Second, in highly stressed conditions, the driver's sole may slip off the pedal from the left side of the brake pedal with excessive effort during movement.
The above conditions can lead to the reduction of the reaction time of a driver, the extension of the braking time, the occurrence of accidents, and the serious threat to personal safety, property safety and public safety. In particular, when a woman drives with high-heeled shoes, the sole is not in actual contact with the bottom plate of the vehicle, but is suspended in mid-air, so that the requirement on a brake pedal is higher, and the possibility of occurrence of the problems is greatly increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an automobile brake pedal.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides an automobile brake pedal, includes the footboard body, the upper end of footboard body is connected with the brake connecting rod, the right side of footboard body is connected with curved surface part, curved surface part comprises upper portion and lower part, upper portion has the upper curved surface, and lower part has the lower curved surface, the left side of footboard body is connected with the barrier, the height of barrier is greater than the height of footboard body.
According to the automobile brake pedal, the directions of the upper curved surface and the lower curved surface are opposite.
The automobile brake pedal is characterized in that the joint of the upper curved surface and the lower curved surface is an arc.
According to the automobile brake pedal, the length of the blocking part is smaller than that of the pedal body, and the blocking part is located below the left side of the pedal body.
According to the automobile brake pedal, the height of the blocking piece is twice as high as that of the pedal body.
In the automobile brake pedal, the highest position of the curved surface part and the surface of the pedal body are in the same plane.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the automobile brake pedal is simple in structure, the height difference between the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal is obviously reduced by arranging the curved surface part, the probability of the sole being caught is greatly reduced, the radian of the curved surface part meets the requirements of human engineering, and the condition that the sole slides out of the brake pedal can be effectively prevented. The invention improves the brake pedal, does not shorten the distance between the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal, and does not influence the normal running of the vehicle.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for more clearly illustrating the technical aspects of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, the automobile brake pedal comprises a pedal body 1, wherein a brake connecting rod (not shown) is connected to the upper end of the pedal body 1, a curved surface part 2 is connected to the right side of the pedal body 1, the curved surface part 2 is composed of an upper part 21 and a lower part 22, the upper part 21 and the lower part 22 are integrally formed, the upper part 21 is provided with an upper curved surface 23, the lower part 22 is provided with a lower curved surface 24, a blocking part 3 is connected to the left side of the pedal body 1, and the height of the blocking part 3 is larger than that of the pedal body 1. The highest position of the curved surface part 2 is in the same plane with the surface of the pedal body 1.
Further, the curved surfaces of the upper curved surface 23 and the lower curved surface 24 are opposite in direction, so that sharp edges are prevented from occurring at the intersection, and the joint of the upper curved surface 23 and the lower curved surface 24 is in a circular arc shape, so that the sole is further prevented from being caught by the edge of the brake pedal.
The length of the blocking part 3 is smaller than that of the pedal body 1, and is positioned below the left side of the pedal body 1. The height of the blocking member 2 is twice the height of the pedal body 1. The part close to the toe is not normally used, so the length of the blocking part 3 can be smaller than the length of the pedal body 1, thereby being attractive and reducing the cost. After improvement, the situation that the sole slides out of the brake pedal is effectively prevented. The invention improves the brake pedal, does not shorten the distance between the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal, and does not influence the normal running of the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 3, the right side of the pedal body 1 is connected with the curved surface portion 2, so that the vertical distance H' of the curved surface portion 2 is greater than or equal to the vertical height difference Δh between the pedal body 1 and the accelerator pedal 4 in a relaxed state, and is as close as possible to the vertical height difference Δh1 between the pedal body 1 in a relaxed state and the accelerator pedal 4 in a compressed state, but is necessarily smaller than the vertical height difference H1y between the pedal body 1 in a compressed state and the vehicle bottom plate 5, so as to ensure that the curved surface portion 2 does not affect the effective braking stroke of the pedal body 1, and ensure the normal braking of the vehicle. The curved surface part 2 obviously reduces the height difference between the pedal body 1 and the accelerator pedal 4, and greatly reduces the probability of the sole being caught. The radian of the curved surface meets the requirement of human engineering.
h1 f-the vertical height of the pedal body 1 to the vehicle floor 5 in the relaxed state;
h1y, namely the vertical height of the pedal body 1 to the vehicle bottom plate 5 in a pressed state;
h2, the accelerator pedal 4 is in a released state and reaches the vertical height of the vehicle bottom plate 5;
Δh1—the height difference from the relaxed state of the pedal body 1 to the compressed state of the accelerator pedal 4;
Δh2—the height difference from the state of compression of the pedal body 1 to the state of release of the accelerator pedal 4;
Δh—the difference in height from the pedal body 1 to the accelerator pedal 4 in the relaxed state;
delta-pedal body 1 thickness;
h' —the vertical height of curved surface portion 2;
l' —the oblique length of the curved surface portion 2;
furthermore, the angle alpha' of the curved surface part of the pedal body 1 is not larger than alpha, so that the pedal body is more ergonomic and more comfortable for a driver to drive a vehicle.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that modifications and variations could be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical principles of the present invention, and such modifications and variations should also be regarded as being within the scope of the invention.
