Abstract
本发明公开一种输液用防水透气膜,其主要目的在于提供一种安全耐用、强度高、透气性和防水性好的输液用透气膜。该防水透气膜采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙等生物安全高分子材料,运用熔喷技术形成纳米级纤维,纤维直径可达500~1000nm。该纳米级纤维可以直接制造成防水透气膜,也可以通过与纤维直径为1~5微米的熔喷无纺布复合后形成双层或三层复合结构,复合膜中纳米级纤维含量不低于20%。该防水透气膜经过超疏水工艺处理,疏水等级可达12级,输油等级可达6级。该防水透气膜耐水压在15kPa以上,1平方英寸面积上100mL气体的Gurley透气量在3s以下。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种输液用防水透气的高分子复合膜。
背景技术
输液通常包括药液瓶和输液管两个部分,普通输液管带有插瓶针,使用时将插瓶针插入药液瓶的瓶盖并将药液瓶倒置,药液就会自然流入输液管。由于药液瓶内是个相当密封环境,为了让药液能够持续的自然流出,通常会在插瓶针上设置一个空气管路,药液流出后空气可以由此进入药液瓶,使药液瓶内保持常压,保证药液持续流出。
在该空气管路上,通常需要防水透气膜。防水透气膜一边要防止药流渗透,一边要保持空气的正常流通,同时本身要有足够的强度和洁净度,保证不会污染药液,从而危害病人安全。
以往的防水透气膜通常使用玻璃纤维膜。玻璃纤维膜成本低廉,具有一定的防水和透气性能,一直被广泛使用。但是,玻璃纤维膜强度较低,阻水性差,并且实际使用中发现有细小纤维从膜上脱落进入药液,并随着药液最终进入人体,对人体产生较大的危害。
除了玻璃纤维膜,聚四氟乙烯膜也被认为是理想的防水透气膜材料。聚四氟乙烯微孔膜具有很强的防水性,非纤维结构保证了没有纤维脱落的现象,是一种安全的防水透气膜材料。但是聚四氟乙烯成本很高,从而限制了在输液用防水透气膜上的应用。申请人曾申请了专利201210482572.9,其中所公开的内容在具体应用中存在较大的缺陷,而且膜的结构形式也不同。
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种防水透气膜,具有安全耐用、强度高、透气性和防水性好等特点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防水透气膜,具有安全耐用、强度高、透气性和防水性好等,以及价格更低廉、利于推广应用的特点。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种输液用防水透气膜,由聚丙烯、聚乙烯等高分子材料的纳米级纤维组成,纤维直径为200~1000nm,并经过超疏水工艺处理。其中所述超疏水处理是指将含硅、氟元素的有机化合物的聚合物通过涂覆、接枝、沉积的方法,固定于滤膜表面的过程。
可选的,防水透气膜为纳米级纤维单层结构,厚度为0.5~5mm,也可与纤维直径为1~5um的无纺布材料复合形成两层或三层复合结构,其中纳米级纤维含量不少于20%,总厚度为2~6mm。
作为优选,上述的一种输液用防水透气膜中经过超疏水处理后的纳米级纤维的疏水等级为12级,输油等级为6级,或者以上的膜更利于本发明目的的实现。
作为优选,上述一种输液用防水透气膜中所述纳米级纤维的材料为聚乙烯。聚乙烯与聚丙烯有相似之处,这也是一般技术人员通常所联想的现象,但在本申请中,发明人通过对两种材料所制备所得产品性能的对比,发现聚乙烯具有更好的效果,有超出发明人对聚乙烯所预想达到效果,尤其是透气性、疏水性等特点上表现更佳。
本发明防水透气膜采用聚丙烯、聚乙烯、尼龙等高分子材料,具有良好的化学相容性和生物相容性,对人体健康安全无害。纳米级纤维提供丰富的孔隙,保证了透气量和阻水性;超疏水处理进一步提高透气膜的防水性能。
本发明防水透气膜的耐水压在15kPa以上,1平方英寸面积上100mL气体的Gurley透气量在3s以下。
有益效果:本发明所制备的产品具有安全耐用、强度高、透气性和防水性好等,以及价格更低廉、利于推广应用的特点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施作具体说明:
实施例1
本实施例选用聚丙烯作为原料,采用常规的熔融喷丝法,将聚丙烯原材料制作成直径300nm的纤维并收集,形成厚度为2mm的微孔过滤膜。然后选用纤维直径为2μm、厚度为1mm的熔喷无纺布,和上述微孔过滤膜进行热复合,最终形成厚度约3mm的复合微孔过滤膜。将该复合微孔过滤膜进行超疏水工艺处理,即形成本发明的防水透气膜。
经测试,该防水透气膜的疏水等级可达10级,输油等级可达7级,耐水压约22kPa,1平方英寸面积上100mL气体的Gurley透气量约2.3s。
本实施例中所使用的熔融喷丝、超疏水工艺等过滤膜制造方法为过滤膜行业已知的常用工艺。
实施例2

经测试,该防水透气膜的疏水等级可达10级,输油等级可达7级,耐水压约20kPa,1平方英寸面积上100mL气体的Gurley透气量约2.0s。
本实施例中所使用的熔融喷丝、超疏水工艺等过滤膜制造方法为过滤膜行业已知的常用工艺。
实施例3
本实施例选用聚乙烯作为原料,采用常规的熔融喷丝法,将聚乙烯原材料制作成直径250nm的纤维并收集,形成厚度为1.8mm的微孔过滤膜。然后选用纤维直径为2μm、厚度为1mm的熔喷无纺布,和上述微孔过滤膜进行热复合,最终形成的复合微孔过滤膜。将该复合微孔过滤膜进行超疏水工艺处理,即形成本发明的防水透气膜。
经测试,该防水透气膜的疏水等级可达12级,输油等级可达8级,耐水压约24kPa,1平方英寸面积上100mL气体的Gurley透气量约2.5s。
本实施例中所使用的熔融喷丝、超疏水工艺等过滤膜制造方法为过滤膜行业已知的常用工艺。
实施例4
本实施例选用尼龙作为原料,采用常规的熔融喷丝法,将尼龙原材料制作成直径300nm的纤维并收集,形成厚度为2mm的微孔过滤膜。然后选用纤维直径为2μm、厚度为1mm的熔喷无纺布,和上述微孔过滤膜进行热复合,最终形成厚度约3mm的复合微孔过滤膜。将该复合微孔过滤膜进行超疏水工艺处理,即形成本发明的防水透气膜。
经测试,该防水透气膜的疏水等级可达12级,输油等级可达7级,耐水压约22kPa,1平方英寸面积上100mL气体的Gurley透气量约2.3s。

Claims (4)
1.一种输液用防水透气膜,其特征在于,由聚乙烯、聚丙烯、或尼龙为材料,形成纳米级纤维单层结构,纤维直径为200~1000纳米,厚度为0.5~5mm;其中的纳米级纤维并经过超疏水处理,所述超疏水处理是指将含硅、氟元素的有机化合物的聚合物通过涂覆、接枝、沉积的方法,固定于滤膜表面的过程。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种输液用防水透气膜,其特征在于,所述纳米级纤维与纤维直径为1~5um的无纺布材料复合形成两层或三层复合结构,其中纳米级纤维含量不少于20%,总厚度为2~6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种输液用防水透气膜,其特征在于,经过超疏水处理后的纳米级纤维的疏水等级为12级,输油等级为6级。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种输液用防水透气膜,其特征在于,所述纳米级纤维的材料为聚乙烯。
