Abstract
The invention discloses a dedusting and deashing device. The dedusting and deashing device comprises a rolling brush sweeper, an ash collection tank, a dust suction hood and a dust suction air pipe, wherein the rolling brush sweeper is mounted in the ash collection tank, and the two ends of the rolling brush sweeper are fixed through elastic supporting mechanisms; height-adjustable supporting legs are mounted at the bottom of the ash collection tank; a dust suction opening is formed in one side of the ash collection tank; the dust suction hood is in a horn shape, the large open end of the dust suction hood is mounted in the dust suction opening, and the small open end of the dust suction hood is connected with one end of the dust suction air pipe; and the other end of the dust suction air pipe is used for being connected with the orifice of a main air pipe or an external dust collector. The dedusting and deashing device provided by the invention has the advantages that the structure is simple, both accumulated ash and dust can be removed, the occupied space is small, moving is convenient, the application range is wide, and the manufacturing cost is low.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dust removal, in particular to a dust removal and ash removal device.
Background
At present, the dust removal and ash removal system is widely applied to various workshops and workshops of metal and nonmetal mines, but the currently used dust removal and ash removal device has the defects of single function, poor operation flexibility, low construction efficiency and high cost.

and the other end of the dust collection air pipe is used for being connected with the main air pipe or the pipe orifice of an external dust collector.
Furthermore, the running direction of the working surface of the rolling brush cleaner faces the dust collection opening.
Furthermore, the other end of the dust collection air pipe is provided with a quick connector.
Further, the elastic support mechanism is a spring, a pneumatic telescopic support rod, a hydraulic telescopic support rod or an electric telescopic support rod.
Further, the dust absorption air pipe comprises a straight pipe section and a bent pipe section; the bend section and the straight pipe section are of an integrally formed structure, or the bend section is a wear-resistant elbow which is detachably connected with the straight pipe section.
Compared with the prior art, the dust removing and ash cleaning device provided by the invention can greatly simplify the dust removing and ash cleaning operation, and has the advantages that:
the structure is simple, and the site construction and installation are convenient;
secondly, not only can the accumulated dust be cleaned, but also the dust can be removed, the generation of secondary raised dust is avoided, and the quality of the site environment can be maintained;

The embodiment of the invention provides a dust removal and ash removal device, which comprises: the device comprises a rolling brush cleaner 1, an ash collecting groove 2, a dust hood 5 and a dust collection air pipe 6; wherein,
the rolling brush cleaner 1 is arranged in the dust collecting groove 2, and two ends of the rolling brush cleaner are fixed through an elastic supporting mechanism 3;
the bottom of the ash collecting groove 2 is provided with a supporting leg 4 with adjustable height; one side of the dust collecting groove 2 is provided with a dust suction port;
the dust hood 5 is horn-shaped, the large opening end of the dust hood is arranged at the dust absorption opening, and the small opening end of the dust hood is connected with one end of the dust absorption air pipe 6;
and the other end of the dust collection air pipe 6 is used for being connected with a main air pipe 8 or a pipe orifice of an external dust collector.
Preferably, the running direction of the working surface of the rolling brush cleaner 1 is set towards the dust suction opening. Thereby facilitating the cleaning of the dust.
As a preferable scheme of the present invention, the other end of the dust collection air pipe 6 is provided with a quick coupling 7. Therefore, the pipe joint at the upper end of the dust collection air pipe 6 can be connected with the main air pipe 8 of the workshop dust collector and also can be connected with the pipe orifice of the dust collector.
In addition, the elastic supporting mechanism 3 is used for ensuring that the working surface of the rolling brush is constantly in contact with the surface to be cleaned; specifically, the elastic support mechanism 3 is preferably any one of the following structures:
a spring;
a pneumatic telescopic supporting rod; namely a telescopic rod structure driven by a cylinder;
a hydraulic telescopic supporting rod; namely a telescopic rod structure driven by a hydraulic oil cylinder;
an electric telescopic support rod; namely an electrically driven telescopic rod structure.
Referring to fig. 1, the dust suction duct 6 may include a straight duct section and a bent duct section; the bend pipe section and the straight pipe section can be of an integrally formed structure; or the bend section is a wear-resistant elbow which is detachably connected with the straight section.
The invention provides a dust removing and ash cleaning device, which comprises: the rolling brush cleaner is arranged in the ash collecting groove, two ends of the rolling brush cleaner are fixed through the elastic supporting mechanism, the height-adjustable supporting legs are arranged in the ash collecting groove, and the height of the rolling brush cleaner can be adjusted according to the field environment. One side of the dust collecting groove is provided with a dust hood which is horn-shaped, the other end of the dust hood is provided with a dust collecting air pipe, the elbow part of the dust collecting air pipe can be integrated with the air pipe, and a wear-resistant elbow can be independently arranged. The other end of the dust-collecting air pipe is provided with a quick connector which can be connected with a main air pipe of a workshop dust remover and also can be connected with a pipe orifice of an external dust remover, and if the device is fixed, the dust-collecting air pipe and the main air pipe can be connected into a whole by adopting a flange.
As can be seen from the above, the dust removing and ash removing device provided by the invention can greatly simplify the dust removing and ash removing operation, and has the advantages that:

and the other end of the dust collection air pipe is used for being connected with the main air pipe or the pipe orifice of an external dust collector.
2. The dust and ash removing device of claim 1, wherein the running direction of the working surface of the rolling brush cleaner is arranged towards the dust suction port.
3. The dust and ash removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the other end of the dust suction air pipe is provided with a quick coupling.
4. The dust and ash removing device of claim 1, wherein the elastic support mechanism is a spring, a pneumatic telescopic support rod, a hydraulic telescopic support rod or an electric telescopic support rod.

The dust and ash removing device of claim 1, wherein the dust suction air duct comprises a straight duct section and a bent duct section; the bend section and the straight pipe section are of an integrally formed structure, or the bend section is a wear-resistant elbow which is detachably connected with the straight pipe section.
