According to the embodiment, the phenomenon that the production raw materials such as coal and ore are driven to flow rapidly by the conveying belt is utilized, sundries such as wood blocks, straw and woven bags in the production raw materials are separated by the sundries separating rake, and the rake head collecting and releasing clamp can clamp the separated sundries in the hook head of the sundries separating rake and can quickly empty the sundries separating rake. Therefore, the wood block straw separator has reasonable structure and convenient operation.

Referring to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2, the straw separator for a wood block according to the present embodiment includes a double-span beam base frame 10 and a conveyor belt scraper 20, wherein the front end and the rear end of the double-span beam base frame 10 are both provided with a span beam 11, the span beam 11 transversely spans a conveyor belt above, the span beam 11 is provided with a scraper chute 12 and a transmission rack 13, the conveyor belt scraper 20 is provided on both span beams 11, the conveyor belt scraper 20 includes a double-drive case 21, a sundries separating scraper 22 and a scraper head collecting and releasing clamp 23, the double-drive case 21 is provided with a sliding clamp block 24, a transverse driving wheel 25 and a scraper clamp driving wheel 26, the sliding clamp block 24 is disposed at the tail of the double-drive case 21 and clamped in the scraper chute 12, the driving wheel 25 is in sliding fit with the transmission rack 13, the sundries separating scraper 22 includes a plurality of hook-type scraper heads 220 and transversely spans the end of the double-drive case 21, the scraper head collecting and releasing clamp 23 includes a rotary shaft type clamp 230 and a plurality of rod type clamps 231, the rotary shaft type scraper clamp 230 is disposed at the end of the separating scraper head 22 and connected with the drive wheel 26 in the rotary shaft type clamp 230.

In specific implementation, the double-span beam base frame 10 comprises an upright base frame and a suspended base frame, the upright base frame is vertically arranged at the side of the conveying belt, the span beam 11 is arranged at the top of the upright base frame, the suspended base frame is arranged above the conveying belt in an inverted hanging and suspending mode, and the span beam 11 is arranged at the bottom of the suspended base frame.
The belt spanning beam 11 is of a groove type structure, the scraper chute 12 is arranged in the middle of the side face of the belt spanning beam 11, and the transmission rack 13 is arranged at the top of the scraper chute 12.

In specific implementation, a driving motor and a transmission mechanism are arranged in the double-driving case 21, a power control line of the driving motor is connected with a power supply through the double-span beam base frame 10 and is provided with a control switch, the driving motor drives two pairs of driving shafts to simultaneously or independently rotate through the transmission mechanism, and the traversing driving wheel 25 and the clamping driving wheel 26 can be driven by the driving shafts to rotate in the forward direction and in the reverse direction.
The sliding clamping block 24 is sleeved in the scraper chute 12, and a mutually matched positioning clamping tooth 240 is arranged between the sliding clamping block and the scraper chute 12.
The positioning latch 240 enables the sliding latch 24 to firmly mount the dual-drive chassis 21 on the cross-belt beam 11 without interfering with the sliding operation of the dual-drive chassis 21 along the scraper chute 12.
In specific implementation, a screw-type latch is arranged on the outer ring of the transverse moving driving wheel 25, and is clamped in the tooth opening of the transmission rack 13, and when the transverse moving driving wheel 25 rotates, the screw-type latch pushes the tooth opening of the transmission rack 13 to push the double-driving case 21 to transversely move on the belt spanning cross beam 11.

The plurality of hook-shaped scraping heads 220 are arranged in parallel and have equal intervals, and the hook heads of the hook-shaped scraping heads 220 are arranged downwards and are close to the conveying belt.

The two ends of the rotating shaft type clamping frame 230 are provided with rotating shaft seats connected with the sundries separating and scraping device 22, the plurality of rod type clamping bodies 231 are arranged into a grid structure, the middle part of the rotating shaft type clamping frame 230 is provided with a scraping and clamping rotating wheel 232, the scraping and clamping rotating wheel 232 is provided with a driving belt 233, and the driving belt 233 is connected with the scraping and clamping driving wheel 26.
In particular, each rod-shaped clip 231 is disposed between two pairs of hook-shaped scraping heads 220, and the length of the rod-shaped clip 231 is slightly greater than the opening of the hook head of the hook-shaped scraping heads 220. The rotary shaft type clamping frame 230 is connected with the sundries separating rake 22 through a rotary shaft seat, so that the rake head collecting and releasing clamp 23 is firmly arranged at the end part of the sundries separating rake 22 and can conveniently rotate. The double-drive case 21 is driven by the scraping and clamping driving wheel 26 and controls the scraping and head retracting clamp 23 to rotate, when the scraping and head retracting clamp 23 rotates forward, sundries such as wood blocks, straws, woven bags and the like which are remained in the hook heads of the hook-shaped scraping heads 220 are clamped, and when the scraping and head retracting clamp rotates backward, sundries clamped in the hook-shaped scraping heads 220 are emptied.
In summary, the embodiment solves the problems that sundries such as wood blocks are mixed in production raw materials such as coal, ore and the like and influence the production progress, and provides the raked wood block straw separator capable of replacing the existing products.
