Technical Field

Background
Since the 'osseointegration' theory created by the teaching of Branemark lays the theoretical foundation for dental implant, the dental implant technology is rapidly developed and widely applied, a series of problems caused by clinical tooth loss are solved, and the method becomes one of the most ideal current restoration methods.
The retention mode of the implant prosthesis mainly comprises intraoral adhesion retention and extraoral adhesion retention.
The conventional intraoral adhesion and retention method is a method of fixing an abutment to an implant by intraoral screws and then adhering a crown to the abutment. The method comprises the following specific steps: fixing and repairing the abutment on the implant by using a central screw (the torsion reaches 30N.cm), then placing a small cotton ball and a filler above the central screw head of the abutment to protect the central screw channel of the abutment, and then adhering and fixing the prosthesis on the abutment.
The external-oral cemented fixation method is a method in which a crown is cemented to an abutment outside the mouth to form an integrated crown (bridge) of the abutment, and the integrated crown (bridge) is fixed to an implant by screws. The method comprises the following specific steps: opening a round hole with the same diameter as the central screw channel of the abutment on the occlusal surface or the lingual fossa of the dental crown, then filling a small cotton ball and a filling material in the central screw channel of the abutment, then bonding and fixing the dental crown and the abutment in vitro into a whole (called the integral crown of the abutment or the integral bridge of the abutment), then taking out the cotton ball and the filling material filled in the central screw channel of the abutment, cleaning up the adhesive overflowing from the central screw channel of the abutment and the connection part of the abutment and the prosthesis, and then fixing the integral crown of the abutment (the integral bridge of the abutment) on the implant by using a central screw (the torque reaches 30 N.cm).
There are many disadvantages associated with conventional intraoral adhesive retention methods, such as: 1. incomplete cleaning of the adhesive causes peri-implantitis; 2. the looseness of the abutment retention screw is not easy to be perceived, thereby causing the breakage of the abutment and the breakage of the prosthesis; 3. once any problem occurs, the prosthesis is not easily detached, etc., and thus, the conventional intraoral adhesive retention method is gradually eliminated in clinical practice.
Compared with the mode of bonding and retaining in the mouth, the method for bonding and retaining outside the mouth is safer, and the adhesive can be cleaned up, so that the occurrence of peri-implantitis is reduced; the prosthesis is convenient to disassemble and easy to replace, so that the success rate of long-term repair is improved, and the prosthesis becomes a mainstream method for planting repair at present.
However, in a large number of clinical practices, it is found that the extraoral adhesion retention method takes time and labor to take out the cotton balls and fillers in the abutment holes and clean the adhesive overflowing into the abutment holes in the process of adhering the prosthesis and the abutment body outside, thereby reducing the clinical work efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is divided into two embodiments according to the different arrangement of the anti-slip layer, which are described below.
Example 1
An auxiliary device for the external bonding of a dental crown of a dental implant and an abutment as shown in fig. 1-3 comprises a base 4 for receiving an abutment 10, wherein the base 4 comprises an upper surface 3 and a lower surface 5, a tubular column 2 is vertically arranged on the upper surface 3 of the base 4, a sleeve 1 is sleeved outside the tubular column 2, the outer side surface of the tubular column 2 is in clearance fit with the inner side surface of the sleeve 1, the outer side surface of the sleeve 1 is in clearance fit with the inner side surface of a through hole 9 of the dental crown and the inner side surface of a screw hole 11 of the abutment, and one end of the sleeve 1, which is far away from the base 4, is a closed end, namely the upper end of the sleeve is a closed end. As a preferred embodiment, the outer side surface of the end of the sleeve 1 close to the closed end is provided with an anti-slip layer. The anti-slip layer in this embodiment is a roughened surface 12 provided on the outer surface of the casing 1. The rough surface 12 may be a threaded surface or a ground surface, and is ground on the outer surface of the casing 1. As the material of the sleeve 1 is preferably stainless steel material, and the screw hole 11 is extremely small, the sleeve 1 is also very thin, and is easy to slip in the manual operation process, and the friction between the fingers and the sleeve 1 can be increased through the anti-slip layer, so that the sleeve 1 and the tubular column 2 or the sleeve 1 and the prosthesis 6 can be smoothly separated in one go.
As a preferred embodiment, the upper surface 3 of the base 4 is horizontally arranged, and the matching tubular column 2 is vertically arranged on the upper surface 5 of the base 4, so that the abutment 10 can be kept in a vertical state when being placed on the base 4, which is also very important for the bonding of the abutment 10 and the dental crown 8, because the abutment 10 and the dental crown 8 are kept in an upright state during the bonding process, the condition that the dental crown is bonded in a distorted way during the bonding process of the abutment 10 and the dental crown 8 is avoided, and the quality and the later use of the prosthesis are ensured.
In a preferred embodiment, the lower surface 5 of the base 4 is horizontally disposed. The base 4 can be placed on the horizontal table top conveniently in the whole operation process, hands are not needed to hold the base, and two hands are liberated, so that the whole operation process can be realized by one doctor. Of course, the base can be made large enough and heavy enough to ensure its stability when placed on a table for operation.
The invention also provides a use method of the auxiliary device for the external adhesion of the dental implant crown and the abutment, which comprises the following steps: sleeving the sleeve 1 outside the pipe column 2, penetrating the base station 10 through the sleeve 1 and placing the base station on the base 4, coating an adhesive on the bonding surface of the base station 10 and the dental crown 8, penetrating the dental crown 8 through the sleeve 1 and bonding the dental crown 8 with the base station 10, separating the sleeve 1 from the pipe column 2 after the adhesive is completely solidified, and cleaning up the adhesive 7 at the bonding position of the dental crown 8 and the base station 10. As a preferred embodiment, the base is placed on a table for operation.
It should be noted that each set of abutment and crown to be cemented has an indication of the cemented position when leaving the factory, so that the medical staff can easily find the cemented position, which is not described herein again.
The abutment and the dental crown are bonded by the method, so that the bonding step is greatly simplified, the time of clinical operation is reduced, and the clinical efficiency is improved.
Example 2
Different from the embodiment 1, the anti-slip layer in the embodiment is the anti-slip pad 13 sleeved on the outer surface of the sleeve, the outer surface of the sleeve 1 is provided with the concave platform 14 for receiving the anti-slip pad 13, and the outer surface of the anti-slip pad 13 is flush with the outer surface of the sleeve 1, so that the base 10 and the dental crown 8 are not influenced to penetrate through the sleeve 1. The specific structure of the concave platform means that the end part of the sleeve 1 used for holding by hand is processed into a section with an outer diameter smaller than the normal outer diameter of other parts of the sleeve 1, and the section with the smaller outer diameter becomes the concave platform 14. The difference between the outer diameter of the concave 14 and the normal outer diameter of other parts of the casing 1 is the thickness of the non-slip mat 13, and the length of the concave 14 is the length of the non-slip mat 13, that is, the non-slip mat 13 is a ring structure which is sleeved on the periphery of the concave 14 and has a size corresponding to the concave 14. The non-slip mat 13 can adopt elastic rubber or silica gel, and the internal diameter of the non-slip mat 13 is slightly smaller than the external diameter of the concave station 14, so that when the protective mat 13 is sleeved on the concave station 14, the concave station 14 can be tightly wrapped, and the non-slip mat 13 is prevented from separating from the casing 1 when the pipe column 2 and the casing 1 are separated, and the purpose of actual separation cannot be achieved.
