Abstract
本发明属于椎弓根螺钉技术领域,具体涉及一种防爆丝椎弓根螺钉,包括椎弓根钉、连接棒和顶丝,椎弓根钉上具有钉座,钉座上具有凹槽,连接棒穿过所述凹槽,顶丝容置于所述凹槽内,顶丝的两侧设有凸出的卡扣,钉座上与卡扣位置对应处设有卡孔,卡扣嵌置于卡孔内以使顶丝压紧连接棒。本发明的防爆丝椎弓根螺钉,通过卡扣式结构可以将顶丝的径向膨胀力化解为轴向压力,减少爆丝可能性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于椎弓根螺钉技术领域,具体涉及一种防爆丝椎弓根螺钉。
背景技术
目前,对于脊柱创伤、滑脱、退行性疾病和其他单段或多段骨折后椎体不稳,多采用脊柱固定器固定。现在市面上的固定器品种较多,但大部分都通过椎弓根螺钉、椎弓根万向螺钉、连接棒等其他相应部件组成。目前基本的固定棒锁定结构是顶丝直接旋入椎弓根钉U形槽从而锁定固定棒。其不能克服的缺点是顶丝锁定后由于镙纹直接与螺钉U形槽连接,扭力过大后极易造成U形尾翼形变而至爆丝,从而引起植入物的失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防爆丝椎弓根螺钉,通过卡扣式结构可以将顶丝的径向膨胀力化解为轴向压力,减少爆丝可能性。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:包括椎弓根钉、连接棒和顶丝,椎弓根钉上具有钉座,钉座上具有凹槽,连接棒穿过所述凹槽,顶丝容置于所述凹槽内,顶丝的两侧设有凸出的卡扣,钉座上与卡扣位置对应处设有卡孔,卡扣嵌置于卡孔内以使顶丝压紧连接棒。
优选的,所述顶丝包括卡扣和本体,本体呈具有圆弧倒角的矩形状,卡扣设于本体的两侧,卡扣的一端与本体连接,另一端为外翻的折弯部,所述折弯部卡嵌于卡孔内。
优选的,所述折弯部与本体之间间隔形成弹性储能空间。
优选的,所述钉座呈U型。
优选的,U型钉座的内侧壁具有沿钉座的伸长方向延伸的滑槽,卡孔位于滑槽上,卡孔为通孔,卡孔沿钉座的径向延伸。
优选的,所述钉座上位置相对的卡孔为一组,钉座上具有两组卡孔,两组卡孔沿钉座的伸长方向排列。
优选的,所述连接棒为圆形棒。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极效果:
本发明中的防爆丝椎弓根螺钉改变了传统的螺纹连接方式,将顶丝上设置卡扣,钉座上设置卡孔,通过卡扣与卡孔的配合使顶丝径向膨胀力化解为轴向压力,压紧连接棒,同时卡扣结构将顶丝与钉座分离,卡扣为弹性元件,其储能功能可由其悬臂大小尺寸进行调节,此弹性储能可对连接棒提供持续的固定压力,钉座径向膨胀力是引起爆丝的主要原因,本案的椎弓根螺钉在减少爆丝的同时,可将顶丝卡扣直接压入卡孔内,以加快顶丝的安装速度,提高手术效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应作广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1-4所示,为本发明的防爆丝椎弓根螺钉,包括椎弓根钉1、连接棒2和顶丝3,椎弓根钉1上具有钉座11,钉座11上具有凹槽,使钉座11呈U型。圆柱状的连接棒2穿过所述凹槽,顶丝3容置于所述凹槽内,顶丝3设于连接棒2的上方以用于压紧连接棒2。
顶丝3包括卡扣31和本体32,本体32呈具有圆弧倒角的矩形状,本体32的中部设有圆孔,圆孔内可旋入六角螺丝,图1-2中顶丝3内已旋入六角螺丝。卡扣31设于本体32的两侧,卡扣31的一端与本体32连接,卡扣31上的连接部位形成悬臂,卡扣31的另一端为外翻的折弯部31-1,所述折弯部31-1与本体32之间间隔形成弹性储能空间33,使卡扣31为弹性元件。
U型钉座11的内侧壁具有沿钉座11的伸长方向(即轴向)延伸的滑槽13,卡孔12位于滑槽13上,卡孔12为通孔,卡孔12沿钉座11的径向延伸。顶丝3设于钉座11上后卡孔12的位置与折弯部31-1的位置对应,所述折弯部31-1卡嵌于卡孔12内,使顶丝3与钉座11配合,顶丝3压紧连接棒2。钉座11上位置相对的卡孔12为一组,钉座11上具有两组卡孔12,两组卡孔12沿钉座11的伸长方向排列。可以理解,卡孔12的组数可以为一组、三组或三组以上,根据实际使用要求来设计,以对不同尺寸的连接棒2压紧。
本发明的防爆丝椎弓根螺钉使用时,连接棒2穿过钉座11,然后从钉座11的端部安装顶丝3,安装过程中折弯部31-1在滑槽13内滑行,到达指定卡孔12位置处后,卡扣31卡嵌于卡孔12内,使顶丝3与钉座11装配,顶丝3将其径向膨胀力化解为轴向压力,压紧连接棒2,同时,因钉座11受到的径向膨胀力削弱,其爆丝的可能性大大降低。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种防爆丝椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:包括椎弓根钉(1)、连接棒(2)和顶丝(3),椎弓根钉(1)上具有钉座(11),钉座(11)上具有凹槽,连接棒(2)穿过所述凹槽,顶丝(3)容置于所述凹槽内,顶丝(3)的两侧设有凸出的卡扣(31),钉座(11)上与卡扣(31)位置对应处设有卡孔(12),卡扣(31)嵌置于卡孔(12)内以使顶丝(3)压紧连接棒(2),顶丝(3)包括卡扣(31)和本体(32),本体(32)呈具有圆弧倒角的矩形状,卡扣(31)为弹性元件,卡扣(31)设于本体(32)的两侧,卡扣(31)的一端与本体(32)连接,卡扣(31)上的连接部位形成悬臂,另一端为外翻的折弯部(31-1),所述折弯部(31-1)卡嵌于卡孔(12)内,所述折弯部(31-1)与本体(32)之间间隔形成弹性储能空间(33),其储能功能由其悬臂大小尺寸进行调节,此弹性储能对连接棒(2)提供持续的固定压力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆丝椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:钉座(11)呈U型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防爆丝椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:U型钉座(11)的内侧壁具有沿钉座(11)的伸长方向延伸的滑槽(13),卡孔(12)位于滑槽(13)上,卡孔(12)为通孔,卡孔(12)沿钉座(11)的径向延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防爆丝椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:钉座(11)上位置相对的卡孔(12)为一组,钉座(11)上具有两组卡孔(12),两组卡孔(12)沿钉座(11)的伸长方向排列。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防爆丝椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:连接棒(2)为圆形棒。
