本发明公开了一种电气两用保温配餐车加工方法。它把电力保温装置设置在保温箱中,电力保温装置包括电热层和保温棉,所述电热层设置在保温棉的下方,电热层包括防水密封布料和电热阻丝,所述防水密封布料中含有介质水,然后将保温箱的含水层通过循环管与燃烧室连接,燃烧室内设置燃气管,所述循环管固定在含水层的底部,内含有介质水,所述含水层的上方设有保温棉。本发明可以利用电能和化学能两种保温手段,结构简单,使用方便。

本发明涉及送餐车技术领域,具体为一种电气两用保温配餐车加工方法。
背景技术
送餐时,对食物进行保温是很重要的,我们最常见的保温措施就是用棉布将食物盖起来,虽然这样可以使食物的温度保证,但是保温的时间较短,且随着时间增长,热度下降,食物的口感也会受到影响,为了解决这个问题,有人使用一些加热装置对事物进行保温,这样效果虽然好,但是配送的成本却增加了,为了减少配送成本又能保证食物的温度,我们提出了一种电气两用保温送餐车加工方法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种电气两用保温送餐车加工方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种电气两用保温配餐车加工方法,其步骤如下:
它把电力保温装置设置在保温箱中,电力保温装置包括电热层和保温棉,所述电热层设置在保温棉的下方,电热层包括防水密封布料和电热阻丝,所述防水密封布料中含有介质水,然后将保温箱的含水层通过循环管与燃烧室连接,燃烧室内设置燃气管,所述循环管固定在含水层的底部,内含有介质水,所述含水层的上方设有保温棉。
进一步的,所述燃烧室、循环管、含水层均为铜质材料。
进一步的,所述含水层紧贴在保温箱除了箱门以外的每个面上,使保温的效果均匀。
进一步的,所述燃烧室折弯成中空圆柱形。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:
1、可以利用电能和化学能两种保温手段;
2、既保证了食物的温度又不浪费能源;
3、结构简单,使用方便。

所述燃烧室、循环管、含水层均为铜质材料,铜质材料的导热性能好,可以更好的传递热量,所述含水层紧贴在保温箱除了箱门以外的每个面上,使保温的效果均匀,所述燃烧室折弯成中空圆柱形。
需要说明的是,本发明一种电气两用保温送餐车工作流程为:通过电力保温装置可以通过电热阻丝对介质水进行加热,从而提高保温箱中的温度,通过燃气保温装置则是通过燃烧室、循环管、含水层对对保温箱中的食物进行保温。
