Abstract
Description
如此对AgCl晶体进行掺杂,例如以便实现线性发射(Kunze,I和P.Müller,“Relaxation von Fehlstellendipolen in AgCl-Kristallen II.Ergebnisse an AgCl:Ti3+,AgCl:V3+und AgCl:Cr3+”,physica Statussolidi(b)38.1(1970):271-276)。
光发射装置优选为LED(发光二极管)。
M1 mM2 n(M3 oCrp)qAr(公式I)
其中M3为Al、Ga、In、Ge或者Sc,
例如可以按照已知的方法,在85℃和85%空气湿度下,在持续负荷下以1W的辐射功率进行所述稳定性测量(还参阅I.H.Cho,G.Anoop,D.W.Suh,S.J.Lee,J.S.Yoo,On the stability and reliability ofSr1-xBaxSi202N2:Eu2+phosphors for white LED applications,Opt.Mater.Express.2(2012)1292-1305.doi:10.1364/OME.2.001292)。
可以用常见的方法确定所述电负差(参阅L.Pauling,The Nature of the Chemical Bond and the Structure ofMolecules and Crystals:An Introduction to Modern Structural Chemistry,康奈尔大学出版社,1960)。
举例而言,V.Bachmann等人借助于(Ca,Sr,Ba)Si202N2:Eu2+对此进行过详细研究(参阅V.Bachmann,C.Ronda,O.Oeckler,W.Schnick,A.Meijerink,Color Point Tuning for(Sr,Ca,Ba)Si2O2N2:Eu2+for White Light LEDs,Chemistry of Materials.(2009)316-325.)。
Luminescence:From Theory to Application中的描述(参阅P.Vergeer,Experimental Techniques,见于C.Ronda(Ed.),Luminescence,Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH&Co.KGaA,2007:第219-250页)。
例如V.Bachmann等人借助于(Sr,Ca,Ba)Si2O2N2:Eu2+的研究对热淬灭曲线的记录和分析进行过深入研究(参阅V.Bachmann,C.Ronda,O.Oeckler,W.Schnick,A.Meijerink,Color Point Tuning for(Sr,Ca,Ba)Si2O2N2:Eu2+for White Light LEDs,Chemistry ofMaterials.(2009)316-325.)。
