a transmission rate mean value obtaining unit, configured to obtain a transmission rate mean value by counting all speed measurement data per second according to a preset statistical algorithm and the size of the test file;
the preset statistical algorithm is as follows:
if the size of the test file is smaller than a preset threshold value, calculating a first average value of all speed measurement data per second, filtering the speed measurement data per second of which the value is smaller than the first average value in all the speed measurement data per second, calculating a second average value of the rest speed measurement data per second, and taking the second average value as a transmission rate average value;
and if the size of the test file is not smaller than a preset threshold value, filtering the speed measurement data per second corresponding to the first 1 second and the last 1 second of transmission, calculating a third average value of the remaining speed measurement data per second, and taking the third average value as a transmission rate average value.
