一种缘操作杆法带电作业用压接型10kV耐张线夹
技术领域
本发明属于电力金具技术领域。
背景技术
目前国内10kV配网带电作业已得到大力发展,作业技术日趋成熟。在带电作业搭接引流线工作中,目前国内常用的作业方法有两种,分别是绝缘手套作业法和绝缘操作杆作业法。绝缘手套作业法通过人工用绑扎线(线夹)将支线与干线固定,作业时人体直接暴露在高压电场,存在较大的安全隐患。绝缘操作杆作业法是人体通过操作杆与带电体接触,始终与带电体保持一定的安全距离,相比绝缘手套作业法更安全,但目前绝缘操作杆作业法带电作业搭接引流线时,用绝缘操作杆代替人手进行导线绑扎(线夹固定),绑扎(固定)难度较大,熟练工人完成三项10kV导线搭接大约需要2小时左右时间,劳动强度大、工作效率低,因此绝缘操作杆作业搭接引流线作业法较少人采用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决目前绝缘操作杆作业法带电作业搭接引流线存在的问题,提供一种易于将支线与干线固定、安全可靠、省时省力的绝缘操作杆法带电作业用的压接型10kV耐张线夹。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种缘操作杆法带电作业用压接型10kV耐张线夹,包括底部带悬臂式导流棒的一体式10kV压接型耐张线夹、可插装在导流棒上的导线固定装置;所述导线固定装置包括管状导流棒固定线夹、设置于导流棒固定线夹内的槽口向上的圆弧槽形导流棒固定片、从导流棒固定线夹底部由外向内朝上旋入顶住分支线导流棒固定片的紧固螺栓、连接于导流棒固定线夹外端的导线压接管。
用本发明替换现有技术结构的10kV耐张线夹后,在采用绝缘操作杆作业法带电搭接引流线时,先将分支线导线插入导线压接管内,用压接机将导线与压接管压接紧固,利用绝缘操作杆(也可停电用人工)将导流棒固定线夹插装在导流棒外,利用另一根紧固绝缘操作杆(也可停电用人工)旋转紧固螺栓带动导流棒固定片上升,顶住导流棒,从而将导线压接管内的分支线与导流棒紧固连接,轻松完成分支线的搭接工作。本发明简化了10kV引流线的搭接流程,降低了工作强度,实现快速、安全的带电搭接10kV引流线。

具体实施方式
如图所示的缘操作杆法带电作业用压接型10kV耐张线夹,包括底部带悬臂式导流棒4的一体式10kV压接型耐张线夹5、可插装在导流棒4上的导线固定装置。所述导线固定装置包括管状导流棒固定线夹7、设置于导流棒固定线夹7内的槽口向上的圆弧槽形导流棒固定片1、从导流棒固定线夹7底部由外向内朝上旋入顶住分支线导流棒固定片1的紧固螺栓2、连接于导流棒固定线夹7外端的导线压接管3。导流棒4与10kV压接型耐张线夹5为一体制成。导流棒固定线夹7与导线压接管3也可制作成一体。
采用绝缘操作杆作业法带电搭接引流线时,在地面将待搭接分支线导线6插入导线压接管3内,用压接机将导线与压接管压接紧固,带电作业人员采用利用绝缘操作杆(也可停电用人工)将导流棒固定线夹7插装在导流棒4上,利用另一根紧固绝缘操作杆(也可停电用人工)旋转紧固螺栓2带动导流棒固定片1上升,顶住导流棒,即可轻松完成引流线的搭接工作。

1.一种缘操作杆法带电作业用压接型10kV耐张线夹,其特征在于,包括底部带悬臂式导流棒(4)的一体式10kV压接型耐张线夹(5)、可插装在导流棒(4)上的导线固定装置;所述导线固定装置包括管状导流棒固定线夹(7)、设置于导流棒固定线夹(7)内的槽口向上的圆弧槽形导流棒固定片(1)、从导流棒固定线夹(7)底部由外向内朝上旋入顶住分支线导流棒固定片(1)的紧固螺栓(2)、连接于导流棒固定线夹(7)外端的导线压接管(3)。
