Abstract

本发明公开了一种带钢丝承重的连续管缆,包括中心钢丝绳,围绕中心钢丝绳设有至少两层铜导体,各层铜导体的中心与中心钢丝绳的轴心重合;每根铜导体包裹有第一防水绝缘层;最外层铜导体的轴向外侧面均包裹于第二防水绝缘层中;第二防水绝缘层外侧面套设有连续油管。本发明通过将承荷钢丝绳设于多芯电缆的内部中心位置,多芯铜导体环绕于钢丝绳的外围,由中心钢丝绳承载电缆的重量,钢丝绳具有强度高的特点,提高了电缆承受机械负荷的能力;这样,就能够生产更大长度的管缆,同时保证管缆在使用过程中不会因为盘卷造成损坏,提高管缆的应用范围,同时降低对内部电缆的要求。

一种带钢丝承重的连续管缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带钢丝承重的连续管缆,适用于石油工程的技术领域。
背景技术
电缆本身的承载能力有限,长度较长时,由于自重易造成电缆拉断,限制了大长度产品的生产和应用。目前,防止电缆拉断的主要方法是选用承荷电缆,利用钢丝包裹在电缆外围以达到更大的载荷能力。这种承荷电缆的缺陷在于,外层钢丝在受热或多次弯曲以后容易断裂,承荷结构的寿命有限;里层的绝缘在受到拉力的时候,由于与外层钢丝之间产生较大的剪力,容易发生绝缘损坏,从而导致漏电事故,具有较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决目前石油工程中使用的承荷电缆外层钢丝在受热或多次弯曲以后容易断裂,承荷结构的寿命有限;里层的绝缘在受到拉力的时候,由于与外层钢丝之间产生较大的剪力,容易发生绝缘损坏,从而导致漏电事故,具有较大安全隐患的技术问题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种带钢丝承重的连续管缆,包括中心钢丝绳,围绕所述中心钢丝绳设有至少两层铜导体,各层所述铜导体的中心与所述中心钢丝绳的轴心重合;每根所述铜导体包裹有第一防水绝缘层;最外层所述铜导体的轴向外侧面均包裹于第二防水绝缘层中;所述第二防水绝缘层外侧面套设有连续油管,每根所述铜导体的第一防水绝缘层的外侧面均绞合有钢丝。
优选地,围绕所述中心钢丝绳设有三层铜导体,所述第二防水绝缘层内侧可以敷设有聚酯膜。每根所述铜导体及绞合在其外侧的钢丝作为一个整体、与所述连续油管构成测井回路。
优选地,所述连续油管的化学成分按照质量百分比为:C:0.1-0.12%,Cr:1-1.2%,Ni:0.7-0.72%,Mo:0.3-0.33%,V:0.1-0.12%,Nb:0.05-0.07%,B:0.03-0.035%,P:0.015-0.016%,S:0.008-0.01%,其余是Fe和不可避免的杂质;
用于制造连续油管的钢带的制备过程为:第一,将上述组分按照对应的质量百分比冶炼并浇铸成板坯;第二,将板坯加热到1235-1240℃,保温时间为2.0-2.2分/毫米,取决于板坯的厚度;第三,终轧温度控制范围为790-795℃,保温10-15分钟;第四,加热到1020-1026℃后进行淬火处理;第五,在660-665℃时进行高温回火处理;第六,空气中自然冷却。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过将承荷钢丝绳设于多芯电缆的内部中心位置,多芯铜导体环绕于钢丝绳的外围,由中心钢丝绳承载电缆的重量,钢丝绳具有强度高的特点,提高了电缆承受机械负荷的能力;还可以在每根铜导体外侧绞合钢丝,进一步增强电缆的承荷性能;这样,就能够生产更大长度的管缆,同时保证管缆在使用过程中不会因为盘卷造成损坏,提高管缆的应用范围,同时降低对内部电缆的要求。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
如图1所示,本发明的带钢丝承重的连续管缆,包括中心钢丝绳1,围绕中心钢丝绳1设有至少两层铜导体2,各层铜导体2的中心与中心钢丝绳1的轴心重合。
各层铜导体2包括若干根均匀排布的铜导体2,每根铜导体2包裹有第一防水绝缘层(图中未示出);每根铜导体2的第一防水绝缘层的外侧面均绞合有钢丝6,以进一步增强电缆整体的承荷性能。最外层铜导体2的轴向外侧面均包裹于第二防水绝缘层4中;第二防水绝缘层4外侧面套设有连续油管5。优选地,第二防水绝缘层4内侧还可敷设有聚酯膜3,以进一步增强电缆整体的绝缘性能。每根铜导体2及绞合在其外侧的钢丝6作为一个整体、与连续油管5构成测井回路。即,每根铜导体2及绞合在其外侧的钢丝6作为测井回路的一路、连续油管5作为测井回路的另一路。
本发明的连续管缆的制造主要分三步进行:电缆的制造、连续油管的制造和管缆组合。
其中,电缆的制造流程为:拔丝——束丝——(复绞)——包带——绝缘——火花试验——包带——并缆——护套——成品检验;
连续油管的制造流程为:放钢带——制管成型——放缆——激光焊接——无损探伤——盘卷。
管缆组合流程为:选择一定直径的钢丝绳1,在钢丝绳1外围均匀布设至少两层铜导体2,每根铜导体2外侧均可缠绕或绞合钢丝6,在最外层铜导体2外围包裹一层聚酯膜3,在聚酯膜3外侧包裹第二防水绝缘层4,在第二防水绝缘层4外侧套设连续油管5。
本发明中连续油管的化学成分按照质量百分比为:C:0.1-0.12%,Cr:1-1.2%,Ni:0.7-0.72%,Mo:0.3-0.33%,V:0.1-0.12%,Nb:0.05-0.07%,B:0.03-0.035%,P:0.015-0.016%,S:0.008-0.01%,其余是Fe和不可避免的杂质。用于制造连续油管的钢带的制备过程为:第一,将上述组分按照对应的质量百分比冶炼并浇铸成板坯;第二,将板坯加热到1235-1240℃,保温时间为2.0-2.2分/毫米,取决于板坯的厚度;第三,终轧温度控制范围为790-795℃,保温10-15分钟;第四,加热到1020-1026℃后进行淬火处理;第五,在660-665℃时进行高温回火处理;第六,空气中自然冷却。
实施例1:
连续油管的化学成分按照质量百分比为:C:0.1%,Cr:1.1%,Ni:0.72%,Mo:0.32%,V:0.11%,Nb:0.05%,B:0.034%,P:0.015%,S:0.008%,其余是Fe和不可避免的杂质。
实施例2:
连续油管的化学成分按照质量百分比为:C:0.11%,Cr:1.1%,Ni:0.7%,Mo:0.3%,V:0.1%,Nb:0.06%,B:0.032%,P:0.015%,S:0.009%,其余是Fe和不可避免的杂质。
实施例3:
连续油管的化学成分按照质量百分比为:C:0.12%,Cr:1%,Ni:0.71%,Mo:0.3%,V:0.12%,Nb:0.05%,B:0.035%,P:0.016%,S:0.01%,其余是Fe和不可避免的杂质。
优选地,用于制造连续油管的钢带的制备过程为:第一,将上述组分按照对应的质量百分比冶炼并浇铸成板坯;第二,将板坯加热到1236℃,保温时间为2.0分/毫米,取决于板坯的厚度;第三,终轧温度控制范围为792℃,保温15分钟;第四,加热到1024℃后进行淬火处理;第五,在664℃时进行高温回火处理;第六,空气中自然冷却。经过上述热处理以后的钢带不仅具有优良的焊接性能,而且还具有优良的延展性和塑性,能够极大地提高连续油管的使用寿命。
本发明中,连续管缆通过将承荷钢丝绳1设于多芯电缆的内部中心位置,多芯铜导体2环绕于钢丝绳1的外围,由中心钢丝绳1承载电缆的重量,钢丝绳1具有强度高的特点,提高了电缆承受机械负荷的能力;还可以在每根铜导体2外侧绞合钢丝6,进一步增强电缆的承荷性能;这样,就能够生产更大长度的管缆,同时保证管缆在使用过程中不会因为盘卷造成损坏,提高管缆的应用范围,同时降低对内部电缆的要求。

Claims (5)

1.一种带钢丝承重的连续管缆,其特征在于,包括中心钢丝绳,围绕所述中心钢丝绳设有至少两层铜导体,各层所述铜导体的中心与所述中心钢丝绳的轴心重合;每根所述铜导体包裹有第一防水绝缘层;最外层所述铜导体的轴向外侧面均包裹于第二防水绝缘层中;所述第二防水绝缘层外侧面套设有连续油管,每根所述铜导体的第一防水绝缘层的外侧面均绞合有钢丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带钢丝承重的连续管缆,其特征在于,围绕所述中心钢丝绳设有三层铜导体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带钢丝承重的连续管缆,其特征在于,所述第二防水绝缘层内侧敷设有聚酯膜。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的带钢丝承重的连续管缆,其特征在于,每根所述铜导体及绞合在其外侧的钢丝作为一个整体、与所述连续油管构成测井回路。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的带钢丝承重的连续管缆,其特征在于,所述连续油管的化学成分按照质量百分比为:C:0.1-0.12%,Cr:1-1.2%,Ni:0.7-0.72%,Mo:0.3-0.33%,V:0.1-0.12%,Nb:0.05-0.07%,B:0.03-0.035%,P:0.015-0.016%,S:0.008-0.01%,其余是Fe和不可避免的杂质;
