本发明提供了一种柔性电缆,它包括电传输单元、依序地包覆在电传输单元外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述电传输单元的数量有N个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层内,每个电传输单元包括有共置于一个柔性套管内的分别包覆有绝缘层的2根输电导体,所述电传输单元为圆柱形,且彼此外切;其特征在于:还包括固定于隔水层内的N个扇形支撑体,其中N为3‑7,所述电传输单元分别开设有沿其中心线向扇形支撑体开设的扇形槽,扇形支撑体的圆心角嵌入所述扇形槽中,且所述扇形槽的圆心角小于所述顶角。

一种柔性电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,特别是一种柔性电缆和用作通讯设备与用户终端之间的电力电缆。
背景技术
在国际申请WO 97/40504中描述了一种自支承电缆,其具有在绝缘电导体周围的屏蔽带,当缆线悬挂于固定点上时屏蔽带有效地保护着缆线。缆线可配备有在上述区域中的管。国际申请WO 2004/006272描述了一种电缆,其具有部分导电材料的屏蔽条带,该屏蔽条带在绝缘电导体与缆线护套之间的区域中沿着缆线而敷设。导电线在条带中沿着其整个长度而敷设并且形成有效防护以在缆线被导电物体穿透时切断缆线电压。而且,管也可布置于这种缆线中。
上述类型的缆线良好地适用于它们的目的,但如果它们配备了用于光缆的管,则会出现问题。当制造或处理缆线时管可能会变形,且这种变形导致不可能安装光纤。例如当缆线由悬挂设备沿着缆线而悬挂、或者由捆扎装置在缆线端部处固持时,可能会出现这种变形。埋 入地面的缆线可能会由于石头而变形,且甚至置于海底的缆线可能会经受使管变形的力。管可被制造得非常强固,使得其耐受变形力。这会具有以下缺点:管会变得非常刚硬且所有缆线将会是有刚性的且难以处理。
发明内容
基于解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种柔性电缆,它包括电传输单元、依序地包覆在电传输单元外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述电传输单元的数量有N个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层内,每个电传输单元包括有共置于一个柔性套管内的分别包覆有绝缘层的2根输电导体,所述电传输单元为圆柱形,且彼此外切;其特征在于:还包括固定于隔水层内的N个扇形支撑体,其中N为3-7,所述电传输单元分别开设有沿其中心线向扇形支撑体开设的扇形槽,扇形支撑体的圆心角嵌入所述扇形槽中,且所述扇形槽的圆心角小于所述扇形支撑体的圆心角。
根据本发明的实施例,所述柔性套管的弹性模量小于所述扇形支撑体的弹性模量。
根据本发明的实施例,所述电传输单元外切的位置处设置有位于柔性套管内部的弹性体。
根据本发明的实施例,所述2根输电导体分别位于其对应的所述扇形槽的圆心角的角平分线两侧。
根据本发明的实施例,在所述的同置于隔水层内的各个电传输单元之间的空域内填充有填充料。
根据本发明的实施例,所述的填充料为岩棉绳和聚丙烯纤维中的任意一种。
根据本发明的实施例,所述的柔性套管内填充有填充物。
根据本发明的实施例,所述填充物的弹性模量小于所述扇形支撑体的弹性模量。
本发明的优点如下:
(1)利用扇形支撑体来缓冲弯曲力,防止电传输单元的彼此错位;
(2)每个电传输单元的弹性体可以最大限度的缓冲来自外界的应力,避免产生对输电导体的过度扭曲;
(3)套管的扇形槽可以使得套管所受的压力传递至柔性套管,并且使得套管向两侧释放压力,避免内部输电导体受损。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明提供了一种柔性电缆,它包括电传输单元6、依序地包覆在电传输单元6外圆柱形的隔水层4、内护套3、铠装层2、外护套1,所述电传输单元6的数量有N个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层4内,每个电传输单元6包括有共置于一个柔性套管内的分别包覆有绝缘层9的2根输电导体10,所述电传输单元6为圆柱形,且彼此外切;还包括固定于隔水层4内的N个扇形支撑体7,其中N为3-7,所述电传输单元6分别开设有沿其中心线向扇形支撑体7开设的扇形槽8,扇形支撑体7的圆心角嵌入所述扇形槽8中,且所述扇形槽8的圆心角小于所述扇形支撑体7的圆心角。
所述柔性套管的弹性模量小于所述扇形支撑体7的弹性模量,这样使得柔性套管易于变形释放压力,而扇形支撑体固定所述柔性套管。所述电传输单元6外切的位置处设置有位于柔性套管内部的弹性体11。所述2根输电导体10分别位于其对应的所述扇形槽8的圆心角的角平分线两侧。
在所述的同置于隔水层4内的各个电传输单元6之间的空域内填充有填充料5。所述的填充料为岩棉绳和聚丙烯纤维中的任意一种。所述的柔性套管内填充有填充物,所述填充物的弹性模量小于所述扇形支撑体7的弹性模量。
图2的受力图可以看出,当电传输单元6受到向外的外力15或扇形支撑体受到向内的外力时,柔性套管会在所述扇形槽8处向扇形支撑体的两侧方向16分开,以释放压力。
此外,其输电导体还可以替换为光纤,用于传输光信号,也能够起到保护光纤的作用。
最后应说明的是:显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

1.一种柔性电缆,它包括电传输单元、依序地包覆在电传输单元外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述电传输单元的数量有N个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层内,每个电传输单元包括有共置于一个柔性套管内的分别包覆有绝缘层的2根输电导体,所述电传输单元为圆柱形,且彼此外切;其特征在于:还包括固定于隔水层内的N个扇形支撑体,其中N为3-7,所述电传输单元分别开设有沿其中心线向扇形支撑体开设的扇形槽,扇形支撑体的圆心角嵌入所述扇形槽中,且所述扇形槽的圆心角小于所述扇形支撑体的圆心角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述柔性套管的弹性模量小于所述扇形支撑体的弹性模量。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述电传输单元外切的位置处设置有位于柔性套管内部的弹性体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述2根输电导体分别位于其对应的所述扇形槽的圆心角的角平分线两侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电缆,其特征在于:在所述的同置于隔水层内的各个电传输单元之间的空域内填充有填充料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述的填充料为岩棉绳和聚丙烯纤维中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述的柔性套管内填充有填充物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述填充物的弹性模量小于所述弹性芯的弹性模量。
