The locomotive wiring is a common link in the locomotive maintenance process, a wiring board of the locomotive is simulated before the locomotive wiring is replaced, wiring is carried out on the simulated wiring board, and then the arranged wires are removed from the simulated wiring board so as to replace the wiring before the locomotive.

However, the fixed analog wiring board in the prior art is limited to a certain vehicle type, and a worker needs to manufacture one analog wiring board every time he overhauls a locomotive, so that the waste of manpower and material resources is caused, and the problem of low overhauling efficiency is caused.

Optionally, the groove wall of each wire groove is provided with a plurality of wire holes through which the wires can pass, and the wire holes are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the wire groove.
The wire guide holes are formed in the wire guide grooves, so that wires can be orderly arranged, and the possibility of winding is avoided.
Optionally, the groove wall of each wire groove is formed by a plurality of columns arranged at intervals, and the end sizes of the columns are larger than the middle section sizes of the columns, so that the gaps between adjacent columns form the wire holes.
The ends of the adjacent posts that are farther from the base plate form openings from which wires can be removed, and thus the wire guide structure helps to adjust the position of the wires.
Optionally, the substrate is an iron plate, and the wire groove is a magnetic wire groove, so that the wire groove can be adsorbed on the substrate.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In order to solve the problems of waste of manpower and material resources and low maintenance efficiency caused by the fact that in the prior art, a fixed type simulation wiring board is only limited to a certain vehicle type, and a worker needs to manufacture a simulation wiring board every time he/she overhauls a locomotive, the embodiment of the invention provides the simulation wiring board.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an analog wiring board according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the analog wiring board includes: the wiring board comprises a substrate 11, a plurality of wire grooves 12 and a plurality of wires 13, wherein the wire grooves 12 are movably adsorbed on the substrate 11, and the wires 13 are arranged in the wire grooves 12 to form different wiring structures.
Optionally, the base plate 11 is an iron plate, and the wire groove 12 is a magnetic wire groove, so that the wire groove 12 is movably adsorbed on the base plate 11, wherein a worker determines a specific position of the wire groove 12 on the base plate 11 according to a model of a locomotive to be detected, for example: the staff can measure and record in detail the position of each electric device in the electric cabinet of the locomotive to be overhauled, for example: a worker draws a wiring sketch of the electrical cabinet by using CAXA; according to the following steps of 1:10, printing out a sketch check size, and pressing the sketch into a figure 1 after checking the size: 1, printing on white light-transmitting color cloth in proportion; then, the printed white light-transmitting colored cloth is laid on the substrate 11, and the wiring grooves 12 are provided in accordance with the positions of the respective electric devices. After the worker completes wiring on the analog wiring board, the wires can be taken down by using a nylon tie, and then the taken down wires are mounted on an electrical cabinet of the locomotive.
When a worker needs to replace wiring of another model locomotive, the worker can measure and record the positions of all electric devices in the electric cabinet of the model locomotive in detail, and the worker draws a wiring sketch of the electric cabinet by using CAXA; according to the following steps of 1:10, printing out a sketch check size, and pressing the sketch into a figure 1 after checking the size: 1, printing on white light-transmitting color cloth in proportion; and then the printed white light-transmitting color cloth is paved on the base plate 11, and the wire grooves 12 are adjusted according to the positions of the electric devices of the locomotive of the model.

Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a wire slot according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a slot wall of each wire slot 12 is provided with a plurality of wire guides 14 through which wires can pass, and the wire guides 14 are arranged at intervals along an extending direction of the wire slot 12.
Wherein the wires can extend into the other wire slot 12 through the wire guide 14, and the wires can be orderly arranged by arranging the wire guide 14 on the wire slot 12, so that the possibility of winding is avoided.
The wire guide 14 may be a circular wire guide, or may be the following shape.
Fig. 3 is a partial enlarged view of a wire guide slot according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the slot wall 15 of each wire guide slot is formed by a plurality of columns 16 arranged at intervals, and the end 161 of each column 16 is larger than the middle 162 of each column 16, so that the gaps between adjacent columns form wire guide holes 14.
That is, a plurality of columns 16 arranged at intervals like comb teeth on the slot wall 15, the ends of the adjacent columns 16 which are farther from the base plate form a certain opening from which the wire can be taken out, and thus the wire guide structure helps to adjust the position of the wire. It should be noted that the column 16 is preferably a column having elasticity, for example: the post 16 may be of a soft plastic material so that the opening is not too large to retain the wire if the opening is too large, nor too small because the wire cannot be removed from the opening if the opening is too small.
Optionally, the analog wiring board further includes: the wire clamping device is movably adsorbed on the substrate, and can be used for fixing the wire on one hand and preventing the wire from winding, on the other hand, the length of the wire possibly needs to be adjusted in the wiring process, and the wire clamping device can play a role in adjusting the length of the wire, for example: when the staff needs to adjust the length of the wire to be shorter, the wire can be wound for a plurality of circles and then fixed through the wire clamping device, and conversely, when the staff needs to adjust the length of the wire to be longer, the wound plurality of circles of wires can be lengthened according to actual needs and then fixed through the wire clamping device.
The clamping device is also movably adsorbed on the substrate, so that the problem that the clamping device is easy to drop does not occur. Alternatively, the wire clamping device is a spring wire clamping plate with magnetism, and the spring wire clamping plate with magnetism can be adsorbed on the substrate because the substrate is an iron plate.
Optionally, the analog wiring board further includes; the winding post is movably adsorbed on the substrate and extends out along the direction perpendicular to the substrate. The length of the wire may need to be adjusted during the wiring process, and besides the wire length may be adjusted by using the wire clamping device, the length of the wire may also be adjusted by using the winding post, for example: when the staff needs to adjust the length of the wire to be shorter, the wire can be wound on the winding post for a plurality of circles, and conversely, when the staff needs to adjust the length of the wire to be longer, the surrounding circles of the wire can be lengthened according to actual needs.
Optionally, the winding post is a winding post with magnetism, so as to prevent the winding post from falling off.
In summary, the wire clamping device provided by the invention can be used for fixing the wire to prevent the wire from winding, and on the other hand, the length of the wire may need to be adjusted in the wiring process, the wire clamping device can play a role in adjusting the length of the wire, and the wire clamping device is also movably adsorbed on the substrate, so that the problem that the wire clamping device is easy to drop is avoided; meanwhile, the embodiment of the invention can also adjust the length of the wire through the winding post, and the winding post is a magnetic winding post, so that the winding post can be prevented from falling off.

1. An analog wiring board, comprising: the wiring device comprises a substrate, a plurality of wire grooves and a plurality of wires, wherein the wire grooves are movably adsorbed on the substrate, and the wires are arranged in the wire grooves to form different wiring structures;
the groove wall of each wire groove is provided with a plurality of wire holes which can enable the wires to pass through, the groove wall of each wire groove is formed by a plurality of columns which are arranged at intervals, and the end sizes of the columns are larger than the middle section sizes of the columns, so that gaps between adjacent columns form the wire holes; forming an opening adjacent to the end of the post that is farther from the substrate, the wire being removable from the opening; the column body is made of soft plastic materials.
2. The analog wiring board according to claim 1, wherein the wire guides are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the wire grooves.
3. The analog wiring board according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the substrate is an iron plate, and the wire grooves are magnetic wire grooves.
4. The analog wiring board according to any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising: and the wire clamping device is movably adsorbed on the substrate.
5. The analog wiring board according to claim 4, wherein the wire clamping device is a spring wire clamping board having magnetism.
6. The analog wiring board according to any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising; the winding post is movably adsorbed on the substrate and extends out along the direction perpendicular to the substrate.
