Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of this application and is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for recommending merchandise in online shopping according to a first embodiment of the present application. The first embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1.
Step S101, receiving a subscription request of a client.
The step is used for acquiring basic information of online shopping of the user.
The client refers to a main body for online shopping; when a customer makes online shopping, the shopping main body of the customer already contains a plurality of shopping-related information, for example, a general customer has a specific shopping address, and in many shopping websites, basic information of the customer and various preferences of the specific customer when making online shopping are recorded according to the past shopping situation of the customer. This basic information is an important calculation basis for providing recommended goods like customers.
The order request of the client is an instruction of online shopping sent by the client; the type and the quantity of the commodities needing to be ordered are contained, namely the originally ordered commodities; and addresses that need to be shipped-i.e., destination addresses, etc. The originally ordered item is an item that the shopper originally desires to purchase, as opposed to the recommended item to be mentioned later. The target address is a specific place provided by the customer and needing to transport the goods obtained by the online shopping. Through the order request of the customer, the commodity requirements of the customer in the online shopping and complete information related to the shopping process can be obtained.
Receiving a customer order request, namely receiving the customer order request through a shopping website; most of online shopping is realized through a specific shopping website, a customer can access a server where the shopping website is located through various clients, the selection and purchase process of commodities is realized through a series of designed shopping steps, and finally, a complete ordering request is sent out; for a shopping website, a customer's order request is received. This embodiment is a process of viewing the entire recommended goods to the customer from the shopping site side, and therefore, this step is described as receiving an order request from the customer. In fact, the whole process is a process that the customer carries out a series of operations according to the guidance of the shopping website, and for the shopping website, the whole process is a process that a series of selections and operations of the customer are received, and finally an order request is formed for one online purchasing behavior of the customer.
Through the step, various relevant information of customer shopping can be obtained, so that conditions are provided for starting subsequent steps.
And step S102, determining a corresponding logistics route according to the target address provided in the order request and the original order commodity confirmed by the customer.
The step is used for determining the logistics route and providing a premise for recommending the commodities according to the logistics route selection.
As described in the foregoing step S101, according to the received order request of the user, various information related to the purchase of the goods by the user can be obtained, including the originally ordered goods, i.e., the goods that the shopper originally desires to purchase, and the destination address, i.e., the address provided by the shopper to which the goods ordered by the shopper needs to be shipped.
For e-commerce, different commodities are located in different warehouses; according to the type of the originally ordered commodity and the target address and a logistics management system of an e-commerce, determining from which warehouse the commodity needs to be dispatched, namely determining a delivery warehouse; further, a transportation route from the warehouse to the destination address may be planned and an appropriate logistics provider may be selected, i.e., a transfer route may be determined. All the information related to logistics, such as the delivery warehouse and the transfer line, are collectively referred to as a logistics route in this embodiment.
For example, according to the destination address, the nearest warehouse storing the originally ordered goods can be searched around the destination address, and the warehouse is taken as a delivery warehouse; and then determining a transfer route according to the delivery warehouse address and the target address.
And step S103, determining recommended commodities which can be provided for the ordering request according to the logistics route by a logistics convenience principle.
This step is used for confirming the recommended goods according to the logistics route. The core of this step is to provide recommended goods on the logistics convenience principle.
The logistics route refers to information related to a logistics task generated by completing an order request of a user, as described above, and includes a departure place (a delivery warehouse of originally ordered goods), a destination (i.e., a destination address), and a call route for enabling goods to be transported therebetween.
The logistics convenience principle is that recommended commodities are provided according to the logistics route and the idea of fully utilizing the logistics delivery process. Specifically, the method comprises the steps of recommending commodities which can utilize a logistics delivery process for transporting the originally ordered commodities; for example, the commodities located in the same warehouse as the originally ordered commodity can be obtained from the same warehouse and transported together with the originally ordered commodity as recommended commodities; for another example, according to a transfer route provided by the logistics route, other warehouses may need to be transported, then the commodities in the passing warehouses may also be used as recommended commodities, the management system may prepare the recommended commodities before the originally ordered commodities pass through the passing warehouses, and the originally ordered commodities are directly packaged and transported together with the originally ordered commodities when passing through the warehouses in the transportation process of the originally ordered commodities, so that the logistics delivery process may also be fully utilized.
Therefore, the recommended goods that can be provided for the order request can be determined in at least two different ways on a logistics convenience basis, depending on the situation.
A first method of determining recommended goods that can be provided for the order request on a logistics convenience basis is as follows.
Step S103-1, retrieving the inventory goods in the delivery warehouse according to the delivery warehouse corresponding to the originally ordered goods.
As the logistics route is determined in the last step according to the original ordered goods, the destination address and other information, namely determining from which delivery warehouse the destination address provided for sending the original ordered goods to the customer needs to deliver; according to the logistics convenience principle, recommended commodities can be selected from commodities stored in the delivery warehouse, so that the recommended commodities can be packed and transported simultaneously when the originally ordered commodities are dispatched.
In this step, the delivery warehouse is obtained according to the delivery warehouse information provided in the logistics route; for each delivery warehouse, the warehouse management system is provided with a database for storing commodities contained in the delivery warehouse, and the database can be used for inquiring and obtaining inventory commodities contained in the delivery warehouse, and the commodities can be used as candidate recommended commodities.
Step S103-2, selecting recommended commodities which can be provided for the order request from the inventory commodities in the delivery warehouse.
In this step, from the candidate recommended commodities obtained in the previous step, the recommended commodity which is actually recommended and can be provided for the order request is determined. Since the number of categories of commodities stocked in the delivery warehouse may be very large, it is impossible to use all categories of commodities as recommended commodities, and there is no equal concern for customers about all commodities in the delivery warehouse. For this reason, a suitable commodity should be selected as an actual recommended commodity in a suitable manner among commodities stocked in the shipment warehouse, i.e., among candidate recommended commodities.
There are many calculation methods for determining the actual recommended goods in particular, and various calculation models have been provided in the prior art for determining the goods that are most likely to be of interest to the customer, and in particular, for selecting the recommended goods from the inventory goods in the delivery warehouse, most often based on the shopping history data of the customer who issued the order request. The above process can be realized by adopting different algorithm models.
In addition to the above determination, another simple and effective scheme is to select the product according to the correlation with the originally ordered product. For example, for a customer who originally ordered a refrigerator, it is likely that various accessories related to frozen foods are required at the same time, for example, goods such as various molds for making ice cream are stored in a warehouse right away, shelves for placing eggs in the refrigerator, or deodorizing packs for deodorizing the refrigerator, and so on, and recommendations can be directly selected from these goods, and such recommendations are natural and clear.
Of course, the two schemes can be used alternatively or in combination.
The above is only the first method of determining recommended goods that can be provided for the order request in a logistics convenience principle; the following provides a second method of determining recommended goods that can be provided for the order request on a logistics convenience basis.
And step S103-1', according to the transfer line corresponding to the originally ordered commodity, retrieving the stocked commodities along the line in the warehousing points through which the delivery logistics route passes.
The transfer route is a route through which the originally ordered goods pass from the delivery warehouse where the originally ordered goods are located to the destination, and the transfer route may include one or more intermediate shipping nodes, such as various transfer stations, which are also stored with various goods that may be selected by the customer as the stock point. The commodity serving as a candidate recommended commodity can also effectively utilize the logistics delivery process generated for the originally ordered commodity. When the method is adopted, the whole logistics management is required to be more accurate, and the recommended commodities selected by the customers can be well matched and packed together with the originally ordered commodities when or before the originally ordered commodities pass through the preset intermediate freight node in the logistics delivery process.
Step S103-2', selecting recommended goods which can be provided for the ordering request from the goods stored along the line.
In this step, from the candidate recommended commodities obtained in the previous step, the recommended commodity which is actually recommended and can be provided for the order request is determined. The specific process is already described in the foregoing step S103-2, and is not described herein again. Likewise, the recommended merchandise may be selected from the along-line inventory merchandise for the customer making the order request based on shopping history data and/or correlation with the originally ordered merchandise.
And step S104, providing the recommended commodity for the customer.
The step is used for displaying the recommended commodities determined in the previous step to the client.
After the recommended commodities provided for the customer are determined in the previous step, the steps only need to say the commodities to be displayed for the customer. For example, if a customer logs in to perform online shopping through a shopping website page, after the customer issues an order request, the customer determines a recommended product through the above steps S102 and S103, and then displays the recommended product to the customer through an appropriate position of the logged-in page for selection. Of course, the manner of providing the recommended goods to the customer may also be a pop-up window manner or other manners convenient for the user to select and confirm.
Further, the customer may be provided with a discount corresponding to the recommended product at the same time as the recommended product, so that the customer's purchase may be promoted. Meanwhile, considering that the recommendation method adopted in the embodiment actually utilizes the logistics deployment required by the originally ordered commodity of the customer, a certain amount of cost can be saved from the logistics provider, and therefore, it can be considered that the discount is given within the saved logistics cost range, that is, the discount is determined according to the logistics cost saving range obtained by sharing logistics between the recommended commodity and the originally ordered commodity. Through the mode, on one hand, the customer obtains the benefit, on the other hand, the cost of the merchant is not increased, and the win-win situation can be realized.
And step S105, receiving the selection of the customer on the recommended commodity, and combining the selected recommended commodity with the originally ordered commodity to form a final shopping list.
The step is used for combining the selected recommended commodity and the original ordered commodity according to the selection of the receiving customer on the recommended commodity to form a final shopping list. The information is combined with logistics, payment and other information related to the shopping, so that a complete order can be formed, and the complete network purchasing process can be realized by the customer.
The method for the customer to select the recommended product may be determined according to the specific method for providing the recommended product to the customer in the foregoing step S104, for example, while the recommended product is listed in the lower part of the web page, a checkbox may be set in the upper left corner, and the checkbox may receive the checkbox of the customer, thereby implementing a process of receiving the selection of the customer on the recommended product.
Through the embodiment, the logistics process generated by ordering the commodities in the ordering request of the customer can be combined, the income of the logistics process is fully amplified once, the logistics is fully utilized, and therefore the overall efficiency of online shopping is effectively improved.
The second embodiment of the application provides a device for recommending commodities in online shopping.
