The invention relates to the technical field of networks, in particular to a method for initiating a signoff and a device for initiating the signoff.
Background
In the prior art, the document signing and checking are generally carried out manually, corresponding documents need to be printed in a specific process, and are manually transmitted to signing and checking persons needing signing and checking, so that the operation process is complicated, time and labor are wasted, and the efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a method and equipment for initiating a signoff, which are used for overcoming the defects in the prior art, realizing convenient and quick signoff initiation and improving the signoff efficiency.
Specifically, the present invention proposes the following specific examples:
the embodiment of the invention provides a method for initiating signoff, which is applied to a signoff system and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a signer selection instruction of a user; wherein, the signer selects the order of the instruction existence time;
determining a signer based on the signer selection instruction and generating a signer frame of the determined signer;
determining a signing position on the signing electronic document based on the track of the signing person selecting instruction;
setting the approving position as a final display position of the approving frame;
and sequentially sending the electronic document of the signoff to corresponding signoff persons based on the sequence.
Further, in a specific embodiment, the endorsing system includes a plurality of endorsing person icons, wherein the endorsing person icons are associated with information of the endorsing persons;
the acquiring of the signed person selection instruction of the user comprises the following steps:
acquiring a selection signal generated by a user selecting a signer icon;
and generating a signer selection instruction based on the signal.
Further, in a specific embodiment, the determining a endorsing position on the endorsing electronic document based on the track of the endorsing person selecting instruction includes:
acquiring a track of a selection signal generated by dragging the signatory icon by a user on an interface of the signatory electronic document;
determining an end position of the track;
and setting the end position as the signing position on the signing electronic document.
Further, in a specific embodiment, the sequentially sending the electronic document for approval to the corresponding approvers based on the sequence includes:
determining the signatory needing to sign at present based on the sequence, and sending the electronic document to the determined signatory;
after the current approving person is finished, associating the approving information of the current approving person with the corresponding approving frame to generate a new approving electronic document;
and sending the newly generated electronic document for approving to the determined next approving person.
Further, in a specific embodiment, the method further comprises:
acquiring the contact way of each signatory;
aiming at each signatory, when the time that the electronic document stays at the signatory exceeds a preset time threshold, generating information for prompting the signatory;
and sending the information to the signatory based on the contact way so as to remind the signatory to sign.
The invention also provides a device for initiating signoff, which is applied to a signoff system and comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a signoff selection instruction of a user; wherein, the signer selects the order of the instruction existence time;
the generating module is used for determining the signer based on the signer selecting instruction and generating a signing frame of the determined signer;
the determining module is used for determining a signing position on the signing electronic document based on the track of the signing person selecting instruction;
the setting module is used for setting the approving position as the final display position of the approving frame;
and the sending module is used for sequentially sending the electronic document of the signoff to the corresponding signoff persons based on the sequence.
Further, in a specific embodiment, the endorsing system includes a plurality of endorsing person icons, wherein the endorsing person icons are associated with information of the endorsing persons;
the obtaining module is configured to:
acquiring a selection signal generated by a user selecting a signer icon;
and generating a signer selection instruction based on the signal.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a method and equipment for initiating signoff, which are applied to a signoff system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a signer selection instruction of a user; wherein, the signer selects the order of the instruction existence time; determining a signer based on the signer selection instruction and generating a signer frame of the determined signer; determining a signing position on the signing electronic document based on the track of the signing person selecting instruction; setting the approving position as a final display position of the approving frame; sequentially sending the electronic document of the signoff to corresponding signoff persons based on the sequence; therefore, the process of initiating the signing place is convenient and fast, and the operation of the signing initiating user is convenient.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a method and equipment for initiating a signing and checking, which are applied to an electronic signing and checking process and are used for improving the efficiency of the electronic signing and checking process.
Specifically, the present invention proposes the following specific examples:
example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention discloses a method for initiating signoff, which is applied to a signoff system, and as shown in figure 1, the method comprises the following steps:
step 101, acquiring a signer selection instruction of a user; wherein, the signer selects the order of the instruction existence time;
102, determining a signer based on the signer selection instruction and generating a signing frame of the determined signer;
103, determining a signing position on the signing electronic document based on the track of the signing person selecting instruction;
step 104, setting the approving position as a final display position of the approving frame;
and 105, sequentially sending the electronic document of the signoff to corresponding signoff persons based on the sequence.
In a specific embodiment, the signoff system comprises a plurality of signoff icons, wherein the signoff icons are associated with information of the signoff; in this case, the step 101, namely acquiring the signer selection instruction of the user, includes:
acquiring a selection signal generated by a user selecting a signer icon;
and generating a signer selection instruction based on the signal.
Here, a specific example is described, the signatory system may be installed in a network system of a specific company, and perform screening based on the staff information of the company, and associate some staff as signatory persons, and then associate the signatory person icon based on the screened staff information, specifically, for example, the names of the signatory persons are "zhangsan" and "liquan"; correspondingly, the icon written with the name of the signatory can be selected for association; specifically, one signatory icon corresponds to one signatory.
When the signoff is to be initiated, the user, that is, the signoff initiator, selects a signoff icon in the display interface, for example, the icon corresponds to a person named Zhang III, and generates a selection signal based on the selected operation, and then generates a signoff selection instruction based on the signal to select the Zhang III associated with the signoff icon as the signoff.
In the subsequent process, that is, in step 102, the signer may be determined based on the signer selection instruction, and generate a signature corresponding to the signer. For example, it is determined that the signer is Zhang III, and a signer frame is generated for Zhang III, and the signed content of the subsequent Zhang III is displayed in the signed frame.
After the signer is selected, the following operation, i.e. step 103, is required.
In one specific embodiment, step 103, namely "determining a endorsing location on the endorsing electronic document based on the trajectory of the endorsing person selecting instruction", includes:
acquiring a track of a selection signal generated by dragging the signatory icon by a user on an interface of the signatory electronic document;
determining an end position of the track;
and setting the end position as the signing position on the signing electronic document.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2A, the interface diagram of a specific electronic document with a endorsing position not yet set is shown, when a user drags the icon of the endorsing person, a track is generated, and the end position of the track is the endorsing position, for example, the interface of the electronic document with a endorsing position is shown in fig. 2B.
In the above, a signatory is selected, a signatory position is selected, and then the selected signatory is associated with the selected signatory position, step 104 is executed, for example, the selected signatory is signatory a, the signatory position is signatory position 1, in this case, the signatory a is associated with the signatory position 1, that is, the signatory position 1 is set as the final display position of the signatory frame when the signatory a signs, and the signatory content, such as signatures, of the following signatory a and/or other opinions are displayed at the signatory position 1 after the signatory.
The above is to select one signatory and one signatory position, and perform the description of the association between the two, if there are other signatories, repeat the above operations until the user has selected the required signatory, so that there is a chronological order between the signatory selection instructions.
After the approving position is set for each approving person, the electronic document needs to be sent to each approving person, that is, step 105 is performed, and the specific step 105, that is, "the electronic document is sent to the corresponding approving person in sequence based on the sequence" includes:
determining the signatory needing to sign at present based on the sequence, and sending the electronic document to the determined signatory;
after the current approving person is finished, associating the approving information of the current approving person with the corresponding approving frame to generate a new approving electronic document;
and sending the newly generated electronic document for approving to the determined next approving person.
Here, a specific example is used for explaining, if there are signatory a, signatory B, and signatory C in order; firstly, sending an electronic document of signoff to a signoff A for signoff, after the signoff of the signoff A is finished, generating a new electronic document of signoff (for example, the electronic document of signoff contains the signature of the signoff A) based on the signoff of the signoff A, and sending the new electronic document of signoff to a signoff B, the signoff B signs on the basis of the signoff A, after the signoff of the signoff B is finished, in a specific example, the generated new electronic document of signoff contains the signatures of the signoff A and the signoff B, and then the generated new electronic document of signoff A and the generated new electronic document of signoff B are sent to a C for signoff, and so on until the signoff is finished.
In one embodiment, considering that the signatory may not notice after the electronic document is sent to the signatory, the method further comprises:
acquiring the contact way of each signatory;
aiming at each signatory, when the time that the electronic document stays at the signatory exceeds a preset time threshold, generating information for prompting the signatory;
and sending the information to the signatory based on the contact way so as to remind the signatory to sign.
In this specific embodiment, for example, the electronic document for checking is already sent to the user D, but after a long time, for example, 3 days, the user D does not perform checking, and in this case, a prompt message is generated based on the acquired contact information of the user D to prompt the user D to perform checking in time. The preferred contact way is a mobile phone number, and the prompt message can be a short message.

Embodiment 2 of the present invention discloses a device for initiating a signoff, which is applied to a signoff system, and as shown in fig. 3, the device includes:
an obtaining module 201, configured to obtain a signer selection instruction of a user; wherein, the signer selects the order of the instruction existence time;
the generating module 202 is configured to determine a signer based on the signer selection instruction and generate a signer frame of the determined signer;
the determining module 203 is used for determining a signing position on the signing electronic document based on the track of the signing person selecting instruction;
a setting module 204, configured to set the check-out position as a final display position of the check-out frame;
a sending module 205, configured to send the electronic document of endorsement to corresponding endorsers in sequence based on the sequence.
In a specific embodiment, the signoff system comprises a plurality of signoff icons, wherein the signoff icons are associated with information of the signoff;
the obtaining module 201 is configured to:
acquiring a selection signal generated by a user selecting a signer icon;
and generating a signer selection instruction based on the signal.
In a specific embodiment, the determining module 203 is configured to:

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a method and equipment for initiating signoff, which are applied to a signoff system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a signer selection instruction of a user; wherein, the signer selects the order of the instruction existence time; determining a signer based on the signer selection instruction and generating a signer frame of the determined signer; determining a signing position on the signing electronic document based on the track of the signing person selecting instruction; setting the approving position as a final display position of the approving frame; sequentially sending the electronic document of the signoff to corresponding signoff persons based on the sequence; therefore, the process of initiating the signing place is convenient and fast, and the operation of the signing initiating user is convenient.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the figures are merely schematic representations of one preferred implementation scenario and that the blocks or flow diagrams in the figures are not necessarily required to practice the present invention.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules in the devices in the implementation scenario may be distributed in the devices in the implementation scenario according to the description of the implementation scenario, or may be located in one or more devices different from the present implementation scenario with corresponding changes. The modules of the implementation scenario may be combined into one module, or may be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.
