Abstract

本发明涉及一种连接组件。
背景技术
目前,服务器的主板通常是通过其上方固定一扩展卡以增加存储容量。然而,这种方式固定的扩展卡尺寸单一且不能满足存储容量需求较大的主板。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种能在主板上的固定两个扩展卡的连接组件。
一种连接组件,用于将一第一扩展卡及第二扩展卡固定在一主板上,第一扩展卡及第二扩展卡均开设一台阶孔,该主板设有一安装孔,该主板的上下两侧分别设有一扩展接口以与第一及第二扩展卡进行插接,该连接组件包括一固定件、一第一锁固件及第二锁固件,该固定件包括一第一夹持部、一第二夹持部,该固定件插接于该主板的安装孔,主板夹持于该第一夹持部与该第二夹持部之间,该固定件通过第一锁固件及第二锁固件将第一扩展卡及第二扩展卡固定在主板上。
本发明连接组件通过一固定件以固定在主板上,并通过第一锁固件及第二锁固件将第一扩展卡及第二扩展卡固定在主板的上下两面。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图5,在本发明的一较佳实施方式中,一连接组件用于将两扩展卡10及扩展卡60锁固于一主板20上。
当两扩展卡10及扩展卡60尺寸相同时,该连接组件包括一第一固定件30及两锁固件40。
该主板20的上下两面设有两个扩展接口50。
该主板20上设有若干安装孔22,每一安装孔22的形状与该第一固定件30的横截面积相同。
该扩展卡10的一端开设有一台阶孔12,另一端插接在主板20的上面的扩展接口50中。该扩展卡60的一端开设有一台阶孔62,另一端插接在主板20的下面的扩展接口50中。
该第一固定件30包括一第一上表面310、一第二上表面320、一底面330及两侧面340。在一实施方式中,该第一上表面310大致平行该第二上表面320及底面330,该第二上表面320位于该第一上表面310及该底面330之间。
该第一上表面310与该底面330贯穿设有一固定孔312,该第二上表面320与该底面330贯穿设有一固定孔322。本实施方式中,该第一上表面310与该第二上表面320呈阶梯状。
本实施方式中,该固定孔312及固定孔322均为一螺孔。
本实施方式中,该锁固件40为一螺丝。
该侧面340设有一第一限位槽341及一第二限位槽342,并在所述第一限位槽341及第二限位槽342两侧形成一第一夹持部343、一第二夹持部344及一第三夹持部345。该第一限位槽341位于该第一夹持部343及该第二夹持部344之间,该第二限位槽342位于该第二夹持部344及该第三夹持部345之间。本实施方式中,该第一上表面310到第一限位槽341的底端之间的距离等于该第二上表面320到第二限位槽342的底端之间的距离。
组装时,根据扩展卡10的长度尺寸,将第一固定件30调整方向以正对主板20的安装孔22垂直方向插入,使该主板20穿过第一固定件30的第一限位槽341,此时,该第一夹持部343及第二夹持部344将主板20卡持在第一限位槽341中,以防止主板20脱落。将扩展卡10一端插入主板20上面的扩展接口50,使得另一端的台阶孔12正对于第一固定件30的第一上表面310开设的固定孔312。将锁固件40旋入第一上表面310的固定孔312内,旋紧锁固件40,将扩展卡10与第一固定件30固定在一起。此时,锁固件40抵持于扩展卡10的台阶孔12,以防止扩展卡10脱离第一固定件30。将扩展卡60一端插入主板20下面的扩展接口50,使得另一端的台阶孔62正对于第一固定件30的底面330的固定孔312。将锁固件40旋入底面310的固定孔312内,旋紧锁固件40,将扩展卡60与第一固定件30固定在一起。此时,锁固件40抵持于扩展卡60的台阶孔62,以防止扩展卡60脱离第一固定件30。
请一并参照图6及图7,在另一实施方式中,当两扩展卡10及扩展卡60尺寸不同时(宽度和厚度相同,长度不同),连接组件还包括一第二固定件70,第二固定件70与第一固定件30结构大小一致。
使用时,第一固定件30与第二固定件70翻转180度使用,将主板20穿过第一固定件30的第二限位槽342,此时,该第二夹持部344及第三夹持部345将主板20卡持在第二限位槽342中,以防止主板20脱落。将扩展卡10一端插入主板20上面的扩展接口50,使得另一端的台阶孔12正对于第一固定件30的第二上表面320开设的固定孔322。将锁固件40旋入第二上表面320的固定孔322内,旋紧锁固件40,将扩展卡10与第一固定件30固定在一起。此时,锁固件40抵持于扩展卡10的台阶孔12,以防止扩展卡10脱离第一固定件30。
将主板20穿过第二固定件70的第一限位槽342,此时,该第一夹持部343及第二夹持部344将主板20卡持在第一限位槽341,以防止主板20脱落。将扩展卡60一端插入主板20下面的扩展接口50,使得另一端的台阶孔62正对于第二固定件70的底面330的固定孔312。将锁固件40旋入底面310的固定孔312内,旋紧锁固件40,将扩展卡60与第二固定件70固定在一起。此时,锁固件40抵持于扩展卡60的台阶孔62,以防止扩展卡60脱离第二固定件70。

Claims (10)

1.一种连接组件,用于将一第一扩展卡及第二扩展卡固定在一主板上,第一扩展卡及第二扩展卡均开设一台阶孔,该主板的上下两侧分别设有一第一扩展接口以及第二扩展接口,用以与第一及第二扩展卡进行插接,该连接组件包括至少一固定件、一第一锁固件及一第二锁固件,该固定件包括一第一夹持部及一第二夹持部,该固定件可拆卸地安装在该主板上,该主板夹持于该第一夹持部与该第二夹持部之间,该固定件通过第一锁固件及第二锁固件将第一扩展卡的第一端及第二扩展卡的第一端固定在主板上,所述第一扩展接口用于将所述第一扩展卡的第二端固定于所述主板,所述第二扩展接口用于将所述第二扩展卡的第二端固定于所述主板,该固定件还设有一第二限位槽及一第三夹持部,该第二限位槽位于该第二夹持部及该第三夹持部之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接组件,其特征在于:该第一扩展卡及第二扩展卡均开设一台阶孔,该固定件还包括一第一上表面及一底面,该固定件的第一上表面穿通该底面开设一第一固定孔,该第一锁固件贯穿该第一扩展卡的台阶孔及该第一上表面的第一固定孔以将第一扩展卡固定于该固定件上,该第二锁固件贯穿该第二扩展卡的台阶孔及该底面的第一固定孔以将第二扩展卡固定于该固定件上。
3.如权利要求2所述的连接组件,其特征在于:该固定件还包括一第二上表面,该第二上表面穿通该底面开设一第二固定孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的连接组件,其特征在于:该固定件的第一上表面与第二上表面呈阶梯形状。
5.如权利要求3所述的连接组件,其特征在于:该第一上表面大致平行该第二上表面及底面,该第二上表面位于该第一上表面及该底面之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的连接组件,其特征在于:该固定件还设有一第一限位槽,该第一限位槽位于该第一夹持部及该第二夹持部之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的连接组件,其特征在于:该第一上表面到第一限位槽的底端之间的距离等于该第二上表面到第二限位槽的底端之间的距离。
8.如权利要求3所述的连接组件,其特征在于:该第一固定孔及第二固定孔均为一螺孔,该第一锁固件及第二锁固件均为一螺丝。
9.如权利要求1-8中任一所述的连接组件,其特征在于:所述至少一固定件包括两所述固定件,两所述固定件翻转安装在所述主板上,用于固定尺寸不同的第一扩展卡及第二扩展卡。
10.如权利要求9所述的连接组件,其特征在于:每一固定件包括一第一夹持部及一第二夹持部,所述主板分别夹持在两所述固定件的第一夹持部及第二夹持部。
