A longitudinal key groove 17 is planed on one side of the upper section (the part above the finger shaft hole) of the mandril 9; a section of sleeve 19 is arranged on the mandril 9, a section of key 18 matched with the key slot 17 is connected on the inner wall of the sleeve 19, and the sleeve 19 and the key 18 are connected into a whole; the installed sleeve 19 can only move up and down on the mandril 9 but cannot rotate; the driven wheels 8 are symmetrically arranged right above the driving wheel 7, the driven wheels 8 are arranged on a wheel shaft 20 matched with the driven wheels 8, the driven wheels 8 can flexibly rotate on the wheel shaft 20, and one end of the wheel shaft 20 of the driven wheels 8 is vertically welded and connected with the middle part of the side wall of the sleeve 19 into a whole; the diameter of the driven wheel 8 is greater than the length of the sleeve 19; the diameters of the driven wheel 8 and the driving wheel 7 and the cross sections of the corresponding grooves 12 are the same, so that the purpose of symmetrical matching of two wheels is achieved.
