本发明公开了一种快速精密调节排料量的闸门结构,排料口的外侧设有闸门固定板,该闸门固定板的上侧中部通过弹簧固定有齿条块,齿条块的两侧分别设有单侧倾斜的齿条,齿条块的上部设有贯穿闸门固定板上侧边板槽孔的挤压把手,闸门固定板的两侧分别设有与闸门滑动配合的滑槽,闸门的上部两侧分别通过固定杆连接有与齿条块上齿条相配的定位齿。本发明结构简单,操作灵活,可以在设备运转中实现闸门从完全封闭状态到完全敞开状态的随意分级调节,物料呈微粉或浆液时,密封效果更加理想。

本发明属于闸门排料量调节装置技术领域,具体涉及一种快速精密调节排料量的闸门结构。
背景技术
设备出料口的排料量在生产过程中需要进行调节,要能够实现从完全封闭状态到完全敞开状态的调整,现有的调节装置需要停机后用手调节后再用工具进行手动锁紧调节,调节过程繁琐且不方便,费工费时。当设备处于工作状态下时,物料呈微粉或浆液时很难达到完全密封分级,而出现漏液现象,达不到生产要求和环保要求。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种结构简单且设计合理的快速精密调节排料量的闸门结构。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种快速精密调节排料量的闸门结构,其特征在于:排料口的外侧设有闸门固定板,该闸门固定板的上侧中部通过弹簧固定有齿条块,齿条块的两侧分别设有单侧倾斜的齿条,齿条块的上部设有贯穿闸门固定板上侧边板槽孔的挤压把手,闸门固定板的两侧分别设有与闸门滑动配合的滑槽,闸门的上部两侧分别通过固定杆连接有与齿条块上齿条相配的定位齿。
进一步优选,所述的定位齿为3-5组。
进一步优选,所述的闸门固定板上与定位齿相对的位置设有刻度线。
进一步优选,所述的闸门外侧上部设有把手。
进一步优选,所述的闸门上与滑槽相接触的部位设有密封垫。
本发明结构简单,操作灵活,可以在设备运转中实现闸门从完全封闭状态到完全敞开状态的随意分级调节,物料呈微粉或浆液时,密封效果更加理想。

结合附图详细描述本发明的具体内容。一种快速精密调节排料量的闸门结构,排料口1的外侧设有闸门固定板2,该闸门固定板2的上侧中部通过弹簧3固定有齿条块4,齿条块4的两侧分别设有单侧倾斜的齿条5,齿条块4的上部设有贯穿闸门固定板2上侧边板槽孔的挤压把手6,闸门固定板2的两侧分别设有与闸门7滑动配合的滑槽8,闸门7的上部两侧分别通过固定杆9连接有与齿条块4上齿条5相配的定位齿10,闸门固定板2上与定位齿10相对的位置设有刻度线,闸门7外侧上部设有把手11,闸门7边缘与滑槽8相接触的部位设有密封垫。
本发明的使用过程为:排放物料过程中,通过设置于闸门上的把手向上提升闸门,提升过程中会持续压缩齿条块使闸门上部的定位齿移动至齿条块不同位置的齿条内,由于齿条块上设有单侧倾斜的齿条,所以闸门单独提升过程中能够自动定位,即升到特定位置后即可保持该位置,而需要降低闸门位置时,通过挤压齿条块上部的挤压把手,使闸门上部的定位齿脱离齿条块上的齿条,进而实现下调闸门的目的,可以实现在线调节,并且省时省力,工作效率较高。

1.一种快速精密调节排料量的闸门结构,其特征在于:排料口的外侧设有闸门固定板,该闸门固定板的上侧中部通过弹簧固定有齿条块,齿条块的两侧分别设有单侧倾斜的齿条,齿条块的上部设有贯穿闸门固定板上侧边板槽孔的挤压把手,闸门固定板的两侧分别设有与闸门滑动配合的滑槽,闸门的上部两侧分别通过固定杆连接有与齿条块上齿条相配的定位齿。
