Abstract
本发明公开了一种高耐磨离合片,包括片体,所述片体的内侧和外侧均具有若干通槽,使片体的内侧和外侧均呈齿型结构;在片体的两侧面均具有若干凸出于片体的半球形凸起,且相邻两半球形凸起的根部之间的间距小于等于半球形凸起的直径;所述半球形凸起与片体一体成型。本发明结构简单,耐磨性更高,从而能够有效提高离合器的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,尤其涉及一种高耐磨离合片。
背景技术
离合器是汽车传动系统中直接与发动机相联系的部件,它负责着动力和传动系统的切断和结合作用。其中,离合器主要通过离合片来完成操作,传统的离合片大都采用合金钢制成,工作过程中通过主动摩擦片与从动摩擦片的贴合与分离实现离合器的离合功能。但离合片的工作过程中,会产生大量的热量,尤其在贴合过程中,其稳定性好坏直接影响机械设备的可靠性和操作人员的生命安全。因此,作为汽车的离合片需要很好的耐磨性和耐热性。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐磨离合片,耐磨性更高,从而能够有效提高离合器的稳定性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:一种高耐磨离合片,包括片体,其特征在于:在片体的两侧面均具有若干凸出于片体的半球形凸起,且相邻两半球形凸起的根部之间的间距小于等于半球形凸起的直径;所述半球形凸起与片体由以下重量份数的原料一体成型:
碳纤维15—25份,多孔陶球10—15份,硫化剂5—8份,氢氧化铝8—12份,抗氧剂 3—5份,聚碳酸酯3—8份,弹性树脂6—13份,硬脂酸3—6份,聚四氟乙烯9—13份,玻璃纤维5—8份,二氧化硅6—10份,硼—桐油改性酚醛树脂10—15份,阻燃剂2—5份,增韧剂2—4份,相容剂2—4份。
进一步地,所述半球形凸起与片体通过浇铸的方式成型为一体。
进一步地,所述片体的内侧和外侧均具有若干通槽,使片体的内侧和外侧均呈齿型结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、结构简单,稳定性好,在两离合片接触的过程中,半球形凸起之间逐渐产生摩擦,当两摩擦片贴合后,相邻两摩擦片上的半球形凸起错位分布,从而能够保证离合器的稳定性。
2、片体和半球形凸起均采用本发明公开的材质,从而能够有效提高离合片的耐摩擦性和耐热性,进一步提高离合器的稳定性。

下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例:参见图1,一种高耐磨离合片,包括片体1,所述片体1的内侧和外侧均具有若干通槽,使片体1的内侧和外侧均呈齿型结构。在片体1的两侧面均具有若干凸出于片体1的半球形凸起2,且相邻两半球形凸起2的根部之间的间距小于等于半球形凸起2的直径。在两离合片接触的过程中,半球形凸起2之间逐渐产生摩擦,当两摩擦片贴合后,相邻两摩擦片上的半球形凸起2错位分布,从而能够保证离合器的稳定性。
所述半球形凸起2与片体1由以下重量份数的原料一体成型:

本发明结构简单,能够有效提高离合片的耐摩擦性和耐热性,提高离合器的稳定性。

碳纤维15—25份,多孔陶球10—15份,硫化剂5—8份,氢氧化铝8—12份,抗氧剂 3—5份,聚碳酸酯3—8份,弹性树脂6—13份,硬脂酸3—6份,聚四氟乙烯9—13份,玻璃纤维5—8份,二氧化硅6—10份,硼—桐油改性酚醛树脂10—15份,阻燃剂2—5份,增韧剂2—4份,相容剂2—4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐磨离合片,其特征在于:所述半球形凸起与片体通过浇铸的方式成型为一体。
