本发明涉及一种内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置,其特征在于:混流腔(101)通过加速喉管(102)与喇叭形扩张尾管(103)连接,消声器微孔型排气尾管(2)布置在混流腔(101)中心位置,高压风机(3)布置在混流腔(101)入口位置,排气导流锥(104)布置在喇叭型扩张尾管(103)出口位置,多根混流喷管(105)穿过喇叭形扩张尾管(103)侧壁布置在喇叭形扩张尾管(103)入口周围,混流喷管(105)朝向喇叭形扩张尾管(103)出口方向,隔热层(106)布置在混流腔(101)出口、加速喉管(102)、喇叭形扩张尾管(103)以及混流喷管(105)外围,隔热层(106)端部与喇叭形扩张尾管(103)端部连接一体。本发明降低排气温度,有助于电站实现红外隐身。

Description

一种内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置
技术领域
本发明属内燃机电站技术领域,特别涉及一种内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置。
背景技术
内燃机电站排气温度较高,与周围环境温差较大,在红外检测条件下特征明显,不利于军用内燃机电站隐身使用。目前,降低内燃机电站红外特征的措施主要为使用水冷消声器降低排气温度,通过使用水冷消声器降低排气温度,可以起到减少红外特征的目的,但是水冷消声器需连接水路,水箱、水泵等结构较复杂,且排气温度不能完全达到红外隐身的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有内燃机电站高温排气红外特征明显的缺点,提供一种内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置,通过冷空气与高温排气混流,降低排气温度,减小排气部位与环境温差,从而减少红外特征,达到红外隐身的目的。
实现本发明的目的所采取的技术方案是:一种内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置,其特征在于:该装置包括混流腔、加速喉管、喇叭形扩张尾管、排气导流锥、混流喷管、隔热层、消声器微孔型排气尾管和高压风机,混流腔通过加速喉管与喇叭形扩张尾管连接,消声器微孔型排气尾管布置在混流腔中心位置,高压风机布置在混流腔入口位置,排气导流锥布置在喇叭型扩张尾管出口位置,多根混流喷管穿过喇叭形扩张尾管侧壁布置在喇叭形扩张尾管入口周围,混流喷管朝向喇叭形扩张尾管出口方向,隔热层布置在混流腔出口、加速喉管、喇叭形扩张尾管以及混流喷管外围,隔热层端部与喇叭形扩张尾管端部连接一体,形成密封结构;所述排气导流锥为锥形结构,所述排气导流锥锥体中心线与消声器微孔型排气尾管同轴线,所述排气导流锥锥体尖端朝向消声器微孔型排气尾管;所述混流腔为锥形结构,所述混流腔最小截面与加速喉管相等;所述喇叭型扩张尾管最小截面与加速喉管相等;所述消声器微孔型排气尾管出口端封闭,消声器微孔型排气尾管的管壁上布满微孔出气口。所述混流喷管为内径较细的圆管。
本发明的作用是:通过将冷空气与高温排气混流,达到降低排气温度,减小排气部位与周围温差的目的,从而降低红外特征,有助于电站实现红外隐身。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置,其特征在于:该装置包括混流腔101、加速喉管102、喇叭形扩张尾管103、排气导流锥104、混流喷管105、隔热层106、消声器微孔型排气尾管2和高压风机3,混流腔101通过加速喉管102与喇叭形扩张尾管103连接,消声器微孔型排气尾管2布置在混流腔101中心位置,高压风机3布置在混流腔101入口位置,排气导流锥104布置在喇叭型扩张尾管103出口位置,多根混流喷管105穿过喇叭形扩张尾管103侧壁布置在喇叭形扩张尾管103入口周围,混流喷管105朝向喇叭形扩张尾管103出口方向,隔热层106布置在混流腔101出口、加速喉管102、喇叭形扩张尾管103以及混流喷管105外围,隔热层106端部与喇叭形扩张尾管103端部连接一体,形成密封结构;所述排气导流锥104为锥形结构,所述排气导流锥104锥体中心线与消声器微孔型排气尾管2同轴线,所述排气导流锥104锥体尖端朝向消声器微孔型排气尾管2;所述混流腔101为锥形结构,所述混流腔101最小截面与加速喉管102相等;所述喇叭型扩张尾管103最小截面与加速喉管102相等;所述消声器微孔型排气尾管2出口端封闭,消声器微孔型排气尾管2的管壁上布满微孔出气口201。所述混流喷管105为内径较细的圆管。
本装置的工作原理,内燃机运行时高温排气通过微孔出气口201喷射到混流腔101内,在高压风机3的作用下,冷气流与高温排气形成混合气流,对高温排气进行第一次降温;然后混合气流流经加速喉管102进入喇叭形扩张尾管103,混合气流流经加速喉管102时,流速增加,随着喇叭形扩张尾管103截面积逐渐增大,混合气流压力迅速下降,形成负压,在高速气流和负压的作用下,又一部分冷气流流经混流喷管105喷入喇叭形扩张尾管,与第一次降温后的混合气流进一步紊流混合,对混合气流进行第二次降温;混合气流经过两次降温后,沿着排气导流锥104通过喇叭形扩张尾管103最大外圆环形截面紊流排出,与环境中的自然空气进一步混合,混合气流温度进一步降低,红外特征不明显,起到红外隐身作用。
隔温层106隔绝热量对外部扩散,对整个装置起到红外屏蔽作用。

1.一种内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置,包括混流腔(101)、加速喉管(102)、喇叭形扩张尾管(103)、排气导流锥(104)、混流喷管(105)、隔热层(106)、消声器微孔型排气尾管(2)和高压风机(3),其特征在于:混流腔(101)通过加速喉管(102)与喇叭形扩张尾管(103)连接,消声器微孔型排气尾管(2)布置在混流腔(101)中心位置,高压风机(3)布置在混流腔(101)入口位置,排气导流锥(104)布置在喇叭型扩张尾管(103)出口位置,多根混流喷管(105)穿过喇叭形扩张尾管(103)侧壁布置在喇叭形扩张尾管(103)入口周围,混流喷管(105)朝向喇叭形扩张尾管(103)出口方向,隔热层(106)布置在混流腔(101)出口、加速喉管(102)、喇叭形扩张尾管(103)以及混流喷管(105)外围,隔热层(106)端部与喇叭形扩张尾管(103)端部连接一体,形成密封结构,所述排气导流锥(104)为锥形结构,所述排气导流锥(104)锥体中心线与消声器微孔型排气尾管(2)同轴线。
2.按照权利要求1所述的内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置,其特征在于:所述排气导流锥(104)锥体尖端朝向消声器微孔型排气尾管(2)。
3.按照权利要求1所述的内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置,其特征在于:所述混流腔(101)为锥形结构,混流腔(101)最小截面与加速喉管(102)相等。
4.按照权利要求1所述的内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置,其特征在于:所述喇叭型扩张尾管(103)最小截面与加速喉管(102)相等。
5.按照权利要求1所述的内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置,其特征在于:所述消声器微孔型排气尾管(2)出口端封闭,消声器微孔型排气尾管(2)的管壁上布满微孔出气口(201)。
6.按照权利要求1所述的内燃机电站排气混流降温红外隐身装置,其特征在于:所述混流喷管(105)为内径较细的圆管。
