Abstract
本发明一种双层波纹叠加的保温隔热彩钢板及加工方法主要用于建筑工程领域钢结构屋面、墙体使用,它强度高,重量小,又可节省大量的保温材料;本发明主要由上板A、下板B、空腔4、保温材料5组成;上板A及下板B均有多个上波纹1及多个下波纹2,将上板A和下板B连接后可以形成多个空腔4,多个空腔4具有良好的保温隔热效果,同时大大增加了彩板的刚度和强度;本发明的加工方法是:步骤一,先由拉板或扎板设备将彩板加工成上板A及下板B的形状;步骤二,将上板A的多个圆弧槽3压入下板B的多个圆弧槽3内;步骤三,用专用工具将上板A及下板B的圆弧槽3压平,最后在上板A的下波纹2的凹槽内粘附保温材料5,单块彩板制作完成。

本发明主要用于建筑工程领域钢结构屋面、墙体使用。
背景技术
目前在建筑工程领域钢结构屋面或者墙体使用的彩钢板普遍存在强度低,重量大,且需耗用大量的保温材料。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述缺点,它强度高,重量小,又可节省大量的保温材料;本发明主要由上板(A)、下板(B)、空腔(4)、保温材料(5)组成;上板(A)主要由多个上波纹(1)、多个下波纹(2)、左右两个上接头板(7)组成,上板(A)的多个下波纹(2)有圆弧槽(3),左右两个上接头板(7)有圆弧槽(3);下板(B)主要由多个上波纹(1)、多个下波纹(2),左右两个下接头板(8)组成,下板(B)的多个上波纹(1)有圆弧槽(3),左右两个下接头板(8)有圆弧槽(3);上板(A)的下波纹(2)的凹槽内粘附有保温材料(5);将上板(A)和下板(B)连接后可以形成多个空腔(4)及左右两个封边接头(6);本发明的加工方法是:步骤一,先由拉板或扎板设备将彩板加工成上板(A)及下板(B)的形状;步骤二,将上板(A)的多个圆弧槽(3)压入下板(B)的多个圆弧槽(3)内;步骤三,用专用工具将上板(A)及下板(B)的圆弧槽(3)压平,最后在上板(A)的下波纹(2)的凹槽内粘附保温材料(5),单块彩板制作完成,将相邻的单块彩板的封边接头(6)用专用工具连接起来就形成大面积的彩板了。

具体实施方式
发明内容已详细说明了本发明的具体实施方式,这里不再重复;需说明:上板A和下板B连接后形成多个空腔4,多个空腔4具有良好的保温隔热效果,同时上板A和下板B连接后大大增加了彩板的刚度和强度;本发明只需将上板A的下波纹2的凹槽内填充保温材料5,即减轻了整个彩板的重量又节省了大量的保温材料。

1.一种双层波纹叠加的保温隔热彩钢板及加工方法,其特征是:它主要由上板(A)、下板(B)、空腔(4)、保温材料(5)组成;上板(A)主要由多个上波纹(1)、多个下波纹(2)、左右两个上接头板(7)组成,上板(A)的多个下波纹(2)有圆弧槽(3),左右两个上接头板(7)有圆弧槽(3);下板(B)主要由多个上波纹(1)、多个下波纹(2),左右两个下接头板(8)组成,下板(B)的多个上波纹(1)有圆弧槽(3),左右两个下接头板(8)有圆弧槽(3);上板(A)的下波纹(2)的凹槽内粘附有保温材料(5);将上板(A)和下板(B)连接后可以形成多个空腔(4)及左右两个封边接头(6);本发明的加工方法是:步骤一,先由拉板或扎板设备将彩板加工成上板(A)及下板(B)的形状;步骤二,将上板(A)的多个圆弧槽(3)压入下板(B)的多个圆弧槽(3)内;步骤三,用专用工具将上板(A)及下板(B)的圆弧槽(3)压平,最后在上板(A)的下波纹(2)的凹槽内粘附保温材料(5),单块彩板制作完成,将相邻的单块彩板的封边接头(6)用专用工具连接起来就形成大面积的彩板了。
