本发明公开了一种海上风机浮式基础整体式安装工艺,所述安装工艺具体方法步骤如下:步骤一,筒形浮式基础岸上制作;步骤二,筒形浮式基础下水;步骤三,筒形浮式基础平卧拖运至风机拼装海域;步骤四,筒形浮式基础竖立扶正;步骤五,竖立的筒形浮式基础嵌入固定于海上施工平台;步骤六,筒形浮式基础空腔内部填充砂石、灌浆料或细石混凝土;步骤七,风机海上拼装安装至浮式基础;步骤八,风机基础及风机整体浮式拖运至机位;步骤九,筒形浮式基础通过不锈钢锚链固至海床面上的50T的钢筋混凝土块预埋吊耳上。它主要的工序在陆上完成,受天气影响小;风机拼装等工序在海上完成,不需要专门的码头;具有较强的推广价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及海上风机浮式基础施工及风机安装技术领域,尤其涉及一种海上风机浮式基础整体式安装工艺。
背景技术
随着海上风电开发,风电场海域水深逐步加深,在水深达到40米,甚至更深海域时,传统的固定式基础造价偏高,并且深海海域,可用的船舶较少,对施工设备的要求较高,施工台班费高,而浮式基础具有明显优势,因此减少海上作业工序,降低工程造价,是深海浮式风机基础亟待研究、解决的课题。
因此,需要提供一种海上风机浮式基础整体式安装工艺来解决上述问题。

为了解决该问题,本发明公开了一种海上风机浮式基础整体式安装工艺,它是一种海上风机浮式基础施工及风机安装相结合的施工工艺,此工艺施工便捷、安装效率高、作业安全性好。一种海上风机浮式基础整体式安装工艺,所述安装工艺的具体方法步骤如下:
