一种滚刷吊架，属于路面清扫机械，尤其是扫雪机械领域。
背景技术
一种除雪机械设计有扫雪滚刷，功能要求滚刷能够前后移动，还要保证横向、纵向以及上下方向共6个方向的稳定，还要保证滚刷的可控升降，这就给设计者一个新的课题。
发明内容：
一种滚刷吊架，主要包括：立柱1、上横梁2、滑套3、下横梁4、斜撑5，其特征是：两根立柱1上部与上横梁2连接，下部与下横梁4连接，中间连接滑套3，滑套3为内孔为方形的管，滑套3上安装有轴承。
上横梁2上安装油缸铰接座6。
下横梁4连接滚刷7。
斜撑5一端与下横梁4连接，另一端与立柱1连接。
滑套（3）上安装的轴承将方钢管8的四面夹住。
本发明的有益之处：
1、所述的滚刷吊架结构简单轻便，但功能强大，满足了所有的功能要求。
2、滑套3为内孔为方形的套管，滑套3上安装有轴承这种结构既保证了所述滚刷吊架的顺利滑动，又使得所述滚刷吊架的横向、纵向、上下的稳定性好。

具体实施
把滚刷7安装在所述滚刷吊架上，将方钢管8穿过滑套（3）内孔，前后推动所述的滚刷吊架，就能带动滚刷7沿着方钢管8前后移动。
当滚刷7承受左右方向摆动的侧向力时，由于滑套（3）上安装的轴承将方钢管8的四面夹住，限制了滚刷7的上下左右摇摆，稳定性好。
油缸的一端连接油缸铰接座6，另一端连接滚刷7，就可以实现滚刷7的可控升降。

1.一种滚刷吊架，主要包括：立柱（1）、上横梁（2）、滑套（3）、下横梁（4）、斜撑（5），其特征是：滑套（3）为内孔为方形，滑套（3）上安装有轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚刷吊架，其特征是：两根立柱（1）上部与上横梁（2）连接，下部与下横梁（4）连接，中间连接滑套（3）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚刷吊架，其特征是：上横梁（2）上安装油缸铰接座（6）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚刷吊架，其特征是：下横梁（4）连接滚刷（7）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚刷吊架，其特征是：斜撑（5）一端与下横梁（4）连接，另一端与立柱（1）连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚刷吊架，其特征是：滑套（3）上安装的轴承将方钢管8的四面夹住。
